Sie haben gut gewählt. Ihr GUTFELS –Gerät wurde für den Einsatz im privaten Haushalt
gebaut und ist ein Qualitätserzeugnis, das höchste technische Ansprüche mit praxisgerechtem
Bedienkomfort verbindet–wie andere GUTFELS –Geräte auch, die zur vollen Zufriedenheit
ihrer Besitzer in ganz Europa arbeiten.
Lesen Sie diese Gebrauchsanweisung bitte sorgfältig vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme durch. Es
beinhaltet wichtige Sicherheitsanweisungen und Informationen bezüglich der Installation, des
Betriebs und der Wartung des Geräts. Eine richtige Handhabung trägt zu einer effizienten
Nutzung bei und minimiert den Energieverbrauch während des Betriebs.
Die falsche Nutzung könnte zu gefährlichen Situationen führen, besonders für Kinder.

Falscher Umgang, fehlerhafte
Elektroinstallation oder zu hohe
Netzspannung können zu einem
Stromschlag fuhren.
•Schließen Sie das Gerät nur an:
→Wenn die Netzspannung der
Steckdose mit der Angabe auf dem
Typenschild übereinstimmt.
→Eine gut zugängliche
Steckdose an, damit Sie sie bei
einem Störfall schnell vom
Stromnetz trennen können.
•Greifen Sie niemals nach dem Gerät,
wenn sie ins Wasser gefallen ist.
Ziehen Sie in einem solchen Fall sofort
den Netzstecker.
•Betreiben Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn
sie sichtbare Schäden aufweist oder
das Netzkabel bzw. der Netzstecker
defekt ist.
•Fassen Sie den Netzstecker niemals
mit feuchten Händen an.
•Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker nie am
Netzkabel aus der Steckdose.

Tragegriff. Halten Sie das Gerät, den
Netzstecker und das Netzkabel von

•Stellen Sie das Gerät auf einer gut
zugänglichen, ebenen, trockenen und
ausreichend stabilen Arbeitsfläche auf.
•Stellen Sie das Gerät nicht an den
Rand oder an die Kante der
Arbeitsfläche.
•Stellen Sie das Gerät nie auf oder in
der Nähe von heißen Oberflächen ab
(z.B. Herdplatten etc.).
•Bringen Sie das Netzkabel nicht mit
heißen Teilen in Berührung.
•Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht mehr,
wenn die Kunststoffbauteile des
Gerätes Risse oder Sprünge haben
oder sich verformt haben. Ersetzen Sie
beschädigte Bauteile nur durch
passende Originalersatzteile.

1.3 Bestimmungsgemäße
Verwendung
Das Gerät ist ausschließlich zum Entsaften
von Zitrusfrüchten. Der Entsafter ist
ausschließlich für den Privatgebrauch
bestimmt und nicht für den gewerblichen
Bereich geeignet.
Verwenden Sie den Entsafter nur wie in
dieser Bedienungsanleitung beschrieben.
Jede andere Verwendung gilt als nicht
bestimmungsgemäß und führt zu
Sachschäden oder sogar zu
Personenschäden führen.
Der Hersteller oder Händler übernimmt
keine Haftung für Schäden, die durch
nicht bestimmungsgemäßen oder falschen
Gebrauch entstanden sind.
Umbauten oder Veränderungen am Gerät
sind aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht
zulässig.
2Erstinbetriebnahme

Vor dem Öffnen die Verpackung auf
Schäden prüfen,

Beschädigungsgefahr!
Wenn Sie die Verpackung unvorsichtig mit
einem scharfen Messer oder anderen
spitzen Gegenstanden öffnen, kann das
Gerät schnell beschädigt werden.
Gehen Sie beim Öffnen sehr vorsichtig
vor.
•Nehmen Sie das Gerät aus der
Verpackung.
•Prüfen Sie, ob die Lieferung
vollständig ist.
•Prüfen Sie, ob das Gerät oder die
Einzelteile Schäden aufweisen. Ist dies
der Fall, benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht.

Gerät reinigen
•Entfernen Sie das
Verpackungsmaterial und sämtliche
Schutzfolien.
•Reinigen Sie vor der erstmaligen
Benutzung alle Teile des Gerätes wie
im Kapitel „Reinigung“ beschrieben.
•Spülen Sie vor dem ersten Gebrauch
des Entsafters die Kegel, das Sieb, den
Saftbehälter warmem Wasser aus.
2.1 Gerät zusammensetzen
•Wickeln Sie das Netzkabel von der
Kabelaufwicklung vollständig ab.
•Stellen Sie das Gehäuse mit Motor
(6) auf eine ebene, ausreichend
stabile sowie leicht zu reinigende
Arbeitsfläche.

2.2 Gerät starten
WARNUNG
Stromschlaggefahr!
Falscher Umgang mit dem Gerät kann zu
einem Stromschlag fuhren.
Ziehen Sie sofort den Netzstecker, wenn
Saft überläuft.
VORSICHT
Verletzungsgefahr!
Falscher Umgang mit dem Gerät kann zu
Verletzungen fuhren.
Bevor Sie Teile des Gerätes, die sich im
Betrieb bewegen, auswechseln oder
aufsetzen, trennen Sie das Gerät
vom Stromnetz.
WICHTIG
Unsachgemäßer Umgang mit dem Gerät
kann zu Beschädigungen des Gerätes
führen.
•Lassen Sie den Motor immer nur
kurzarbeiten (max. 15 Sekunden) und
machen Sie kleine Pausen zwischen
den einzelnen Entsaftungsvorgängen
(empfehlenswert sind 15 Sekunden).
•Wenn Sie größere Mengen entsaften
mochten, machen Sie nach zehn
Entsaftungsvorgängen einige Minuten
Pause, damit der Motor abkühlt. Der
Motor könnte andernfalls überhitzen.
•Beim Entsaften kann es immer zu
Spritzern kommen.
•Achten Sie darauf, dass der
Untergrund gut zu reinigen ist.

•Halten Sie Abstand zu empfindlichen
bzw. schwer zu reinigenden
Gegenständen oder Oberflächen.
•Bereiten Sie die Zitrusfrüchte vor,
indem Sie sie halbieren und griffbereit
neben das Gerät legen.
•Drucken Sie die Schnittfläche der
halbierten Zitrusfrucht mit etwas Kraft
auf den kleinen Presskegel bzw. auf
den großen Presskegel.
•Sobald Sie Druck auf den Presskegel
ausüben, beginnt dieser sich zu
drehen. Der Presskegel dreht sich in
das Fruchtfleisch und der dabei
gewonnene Saft fließt durch den
Fruchtfleischsieb in den Behälter.
•Zu viel Druck auf den Griff/Saftkegel
blockiert den Motor.
Entsaften
1. Entsprechenden Kegel auf die
Antriebswelle (groß für Orangen und
klein für Zitronen) setzen.
2. Einen Saftbehälter (Becher) darunter
bereitstehen, sodass der
frischgepresste Saft in den Becher
abbliesen kann.
Der Saftschale kann ca. 0,2 L Saft
auffangen, wenn der Saftauslauf nach
oben gedreht ist.
3. Nach dem Entsaften den Saftauslauf
nach oben drehen. Damit es nicht
tropft.
4. Zitrusfrucht in zwei Hälften schneiden.
5. Eine Fruchthälfte auf den Kegel legen.
6. Den Griff mit dem Kegel nach unten
drücken.
→Der Kegel beginnt zu laufen.
→Der Kegel läuft nur mit Druck
durch den Griff oder mit Druck
auf die Frucht. Lässt man den
Griff oder die Frucht los, dreht
sich der Kegel nicht mehr.
→Der Kegel schabt das
Fruchtfleisch aus und presst
den Saft in die Saftschale.
→Das Fruchtfleisch und die
Kerne bleiben auf dem
Fruchtfleischsieb.
HINWEIS
•Zitrusfrucht Säfte sofort verzehren
und niemals in einem Metallbehälter
aufbewahren.
•Zitrusfrucht Säfte sind ideal zum
Mischen.
Bsp. Orangensaft mit Zitronensaft
mischen. Zitronensaft für einen extra
Vitamin-C-Kick.
•Frisch gepresster Saft gibt Cocktails
eine besonders spritzige Note und
einen besseren.
Geschmack.
Zitronensaft schmeckt auch in heißem
Tee und hilft zusätzlich, die
Abwehrkräfte zu stärken.
3Reinigung und Pflege
Ziehen Sie vor der Reinigung immer den
Netzstecker aus der
Steckdose. Tauchen Sie das Gerät niemals
in Wasser und achten Sie darauf, dass
kein Wasser in den Motorsockel gelangt.
WICHTIG
Beschädigungsgefahr!
Unsachgemäßer Umgang mit dem Gerät
kann zu Beschädigungen des Geräts
fuhren.
•Verwenden Sie keine aggressiven oder
losungsmittelhaltigen
Reinigungsmittel, scharfe, kratzende
oder metallische
Reinigungsgegenstande wie Messer,
Metallschwamme und dergleichen.
Diese können die Oberflächen
beschädigen.
•Geben Sie den Motorsockel keinesfalls
in die Spulmaschine.
Gerät reinigen
1. Ziehen Sie vor der Reinigung den
Netzstecker.
2. Bauen Sie das Gerät auseinander,
sodass alle Teile vor Ihnen liegen.
3. Reinigen Sie den Siebeinsatz, die
Presskegel und den Saftbehälter, die
Antriebswelle sowie den Deckel unter
warmem, fließendem Wasser.
Alternativ können Sie diese Teile
auch in die Geschirrspülmaschine
geben.
4. Wischen Sie den Motorsockel mit
einem weichen Tuch und etwas
Spülmittel sauber.
5. Reiben Sie alle Teile gründlich
trocken.

4Fehler beheben
5Altgeräteentsorgung
Dieses Produkt wird gemäß der europäischen Abfallrahmenrichtlinie 2012/ 19/EU
gekennzeichnet. Die Richtlinie regelt die richtige Entsorgung des Produkts. Die
umweltgerechte Entsorgung wird mögliche negative Folgen für die Gesundheit
verhindern, die durch eine falsche Entsorgung verursacht werden. Das Symbol auf
dem Produkt oder der Verpackung gibt an, dass dieses Produkt nicht mit dem
normalen Hausmüll entsorgt werden darf. Der Benutzer muss das Produkt an/bei
einer Sammelstelle zum Recycling von elektrischer und elektronischer Ausrüstung
zurückgeben. Die Entsorgung muss die bestehenden lokalen Vorschriften erfüllen. Für weitere

6Garantiebedingungen
Die nachstehenden Bedingungen, die
Voraussetzungen und Umfang unserer
Garantieleistung beschreiben, lassen das
Gewährleistungsrecht des Endabnehmers
unberührt.
Für dieses Gerät leisten wir Garantie gemäß
nachstehenden Bedingungen:
Als Käufer eines Gutfels –Gerätes haben Sie
eine Herstellergarantie
(2 Jahre ab Kaufdatum).
Während dieser Garantiezeit haben Sie die
Möglichkeit, Ihre Ansprüche direkt in der
Serviceplattform des Herstellers unter
www.ggv-service.de
geltend zu machen.
Beim Abschluss einer zusätzlichen Garantie
zwischen Ihnen und Ihrem Händler sind
jegliche Ansprüche nach Ablauf der 24-
monatigen Herstellergarantie
ausgeschlossen. Wenden Sie sich in diesem
Fall direkt an Ihrem Händler.
Leistungsdauer
Die Garantie läuft 24 Monate ab Kaufdatum
(Kaufbeleg ist vorzulegen). Während der
ersten 6 Monate beseitigt der Kundendienst
Mängel am Gerät unentgeltlich.
Voraussetzung ist, dass das Gerät ohne
besonderen Aufwand für Reparaturen
zugänglich ist. In den weiteren 18 Monaten
ist der Käufer verpflichtet nachzuweisen,
dass der Mangel bereits bei Lieferung
bestand.
Bei gewerblicher Nutzung (z.B. in Hotels,
Kantinen) oder bei Gemeinschaftsnutzung
durch mehrere Haushalte, beträgt die
Garantie 12 Monate ab Kaufdatum
(Kaufbeleg ist vorzulegen). Während der
ersten 6 Monate beseitigt der Kundendienst
Mängel am Gerät unentgeltlich.
Voraussetzung ist, dass das Gerät ohne
besonderen Aufwand für Reparaturen
zugänglich ist. In den weiteren 6 Monaten ist
der Käufer verpflichtet nachzuweisen, dass
der Mangel bereits bei Lieferung bestand.
Durch die Inanspruchnahme der Garantie
verlängert sich die Garantie weder für das
Gerät noch für die neu eingebauten Teile.
Umfang der
Mängelbeseitigung
Innerhalb der genannten Fristen
beseitigen wir alle Mängel am Gerät, die
nachweisbar auf mangelhafte Ausführung
oder Materialfehler zurückzuführen sind.
Ausgewechselte Teile gehen in unser

DANGER

Incorrect handling, faulty electrical
installation or excessive mains voltage can
lead to electric shock.
•Only connect the appliance:
→When the mains power supply of
the plug socket corresponds to the

citrus fruits. The juicer is intended
exclusively for use in private households
and is not suitable for commercial use.
Use the juicer only as described in this
instruction manual. Any other form of use
does not constitute an intended use and
can result in material damage or even
personal injury.

2Using for the first time
Checking the appliance and
scope of delivery
Before opening, check the packaging for
damage.
WARNING
Risk of damage!
If you open the packaging carelessly with
a sharp knife or other pointed objects, the
appliance can be damaged quickly.
Take care when opening the packaging.
•Remove the appliance from the
packaging.
•Check that the delivery is complete.
•Check the appliance and the individual
parts for damage. If this is the case,

Cleaning the appliance
•Remove the packaging material and all
protective films.
•Before using the appliance for the first
time, clean all parts of the appliance
as described in the "Cleaning" section.
•Before using the juicer for the first
time, rinse the cones, strainer, juice
container with warm water.
2.1 Assembling the appliance
•Completely unwind the mains
power cable from the cable winder.
•Place the housing with motor (6)
on a level, sufficiently stable and
easy-to-clean work surface.
•For assembly of the appliance, see
also the "Getting to know the
appliance" overview.
2.2 Starting the appliance
WARNING
Risk of electric shock!
Incorrect handling of the appliance can
lead to electric shock.
Immediately pull out the mains plug if
juice overflows.
CAUTION
Risk of injury!
Incorrect handling of the appliance can
lead to injuries.
Before replacing or mounting parts of the
appliance that move during operation,
disconnect the appliance
from the power supply.
IMPORTANT
Improper use of the appliance can result
in damage to the appliance.
•Always allow the motor to run for a
short time (max. 15 seconds) and take
small breaks between each juicing
operation (15 seconds is
recommended).
•If you want to juice larger quantities,
pause for a few minutes after ten
juicing operations to allow the motor
to cool down. The motor could
otherwise overheat.
•Splashing can always occur during
juicing.
•Make sure that the surface is easy to
clean.
•Keep away from sensitive or hard-to-
clean objects or surfaces.
•Prepare the citrus fruits by cutting
them in half and placing them close at
hand next to the appliance.
•Press the cut surface of the halved
citrus fruit with a little force onto the
small pressing cone or onto the large
pressing cone.
•As soon as you apply pressure to the
pressing cone, it starts to rotate. The
pressing cone rotates into the flesh of
the fruit and the juice obtained flows
through the pulp strainer into the
container.
•Too much pressure on the
handle/juice cone blocks the motor.

Juicing
1. Place the appropriate cone on drive
shaft (large for oranges and small for
lemons).
2. Have a juice container (cup) ready
underneath so that the freshly
squeezed juice can drain into the cup.
The juice tray can collect approx. 0.2 l
of juice when the juice spout is turned
upwards.
3. After juicing, turn the juice spout
upwards so that it does not drip.
4. Cut citrus fruit into two halves.
5. Place one half of the fruit on the cone.
6. Push down the handle with the cone.
→The cone starts to rotate.
→The cone rotates only with
pressure from the handle or
with pressure on the fruit. If
you let go of the handle or the
fruit, the cone stops rotating.
→The cone scrapes out the pulp
and squeezes the juice into the
juice tray.
→The pulp and seeds remain on
the pulp strainer.
NOTE
•Consume citrus juices immediately
and never store in a metal container.
•Citrus juices are ideal for mixing.
For example, try mixing orange juice
with lemon juice. Lemon juice for an
extra vitamin C kick.
•Freshly squeezed juice gives cocktails
a particularly tangy note and a better
taste.
Lemon juice also tastes great in hot
tea and additionally helps to
strengthen the immune system.
3Cleaning
Before cleaning, always disconnect the
mains plug from the
plug socket. Never immerse the appliance
in water and make sure that no water gets
into the motor base.
IMPORTANT
Risk of damage!
Improper use of the appliance can result
in damage to the appliance.
•Do not use aggressive cleaning agents
or those containing solvents, or sharp,
scratching or metallic cleaning objects
such as knives, metal sponges and the
like. These can damage the surfaces.
•Never put the motor base into the
dishwasher.
Cleaning the appliance
1. Disconnect the mains plug before
cleaning.
2. Disassemble the appliance so that all
parts are in front of you.
3. Clean the sieve insert, the pressing
cones and the juice container, the
drive shaft and the cover under
warm, running water. Alternatively,
you can also put these parts in the
dishwasher.
4. Wipe the motor base clean with a
soft cloth and some washing-up
liquid.
5. Rub all parts thoroughly dry.

This product is marked in
accordance with the European
Waste Electrical and Electronic
Equipment (WEEE) Directive
2012/19/EU. This directive lays
down the regulations for proper
disposal of the product. Environmentally
friendly disposal prevents possible
negative impacts on health that could be
caused by improper disposal. The symbol
on the product or packaging indicates that
this product must not be disposed of with
the normal domestic waste. The user must
return the product to a collection point for
the recycling of electrical and electronic
waste.
The prevailing local regulations must be
observed for disposal. For further
information, please contact your local
authority.

6Warranty terms
The following terms describing the
preconditions for and scope of our warranty,
do not infringe the warranty rights of the
ultimate buyer.
Our warranty for this appliance is granted
under the following terms:
As a buyer of a Gutfels appliance you have a
manufacturer's warranty
(2 years from date of purchase).
During this warranty period, you can make
your warranty claims directly on the
manufacturer’s Service platform at
www.ggv-service.de
If an additional warranty is concluded
between you and your dealer, all claims
against the manufacturer will become void
after the end of the 24-month
manufacturer’s warranty. In this case,
please contact your dealer directly.
Warranty period
The warranty period is 24 months from the
date of purchase (proof of purchase must be
presented). During the first 6 months, After
Sales Service will fix defects in the appliance
free of charge on condition that the
appliance is accessible for repairs without
any great effort. During the following 18
months, the buyer is obliged to prove that
the defect already existed at the time of
delivery.
In the case of commercial use (e.g., in
hotels, canteens) or joint use by several
households, the warranty period is 12
months from the date of purchase (proof of
purchase must be presented). During the
first 6 months, After Sales Service will fix
defects in the appliance free of charge on
condition that the appliance is accessible for
repairs without any great effort. During the
following 6 months, the buyer is obliged to
prove that the defect already existed at the
time of delivery.
The claim under warranty does not prolong
the warranty period for either the appliance
or for newly installed parts.
Scope of the defect remedy
Within the periods indicated, we will
remedy all defects in the appliance that
are demonstrably attributable to poor
workmanship or material flaws. Replaced
parts become our property.
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear, intentional or
negligent damage, damage caused by
non-compliance with the operating
instructions, improper set-up or
installation or by connection to incorrect
mains voltage, damage due to chemical or
electrothermal effects or due to other
abnormal environmental conditions, glass,
paint or enamel damage and possible
colour differences as well as defective
bulbs.
Defects in the appliance resulting from
transport damage are also not covered.
We also do not provide any services if -
without our special written approval -
work has been carried out on the
appliance by unauthorised persons or
parts of third-party origin have been used.
This limitation shall not apply to faultless
work carried out by a qualified person
using our original parts to adapt the
appliance to the technical safety
regulations of another EU member state.
Scope
Our warranty applies to appliances
purchased and in operation in the Federal
Republic of Germany or Austria.
In the case of complaints about defective
appliances, the sender's and recipient's
addresses must be in the Federal Republic
of Germany or Austria.
For appliances purchased and operated in
other European countries, the warranty
conditions of the seller apply.
For repairs outside the warranty
period:
If an appliance is repaired, the repair
invoices are payable immediately without
deduction.

8Première mise en service
Vérifier l’appareil et le
contenu de la livraison
Vérifiez la présence de dommages avant
d'ouvrir l’emballage.

objets pointus, l’appareil peut être

Nettoyer l’appareil
•Retirez les matériaux d’emballage et
tous les films de protection.
•Avant la première utilisation, nettoyez
toutes les pièces de l’appareil comme
décrit au chapitre « Nettoyage ».
•Avant la première utilisation de
l’extracteur de jus, rincez le cône, le
tamis et le récipient à jus à l’eau
chaude.
8.1 Remonter l’appareil
•Déroulez complètement le câble
secteur.
•Placez le boîtier avec le moteur (6)
sur une surface de travail plane,
suffisamment stable et facile à
nettoyer.
•Pour remonter l’appareil, consultez
la section « Se familiariser avec
l’appareil ».
8.2 Démarrer l’appareil
AVERTISSEMENT

Une mauvaise manipulation de l’appareil

Débranchez immédiatement la fiche si le
jus déborde.
ATTENTION

Une mauvaise manipulation de l’appareil

Avant de remplacer ou d’installer les
pièces de l’appareil qui sont mobiles
pendant le fonctionnement, débranchez
l’appareil du
réseau électrique.
IMPORTANT
Une manipulation incorrecte peut
entraîner des dommages de l’appareil.
•Faites toujours fonctionner le moteur
pendant une courte durée (max. 15
secondes) et faites de petites pauses
entre les différentes opérations
d’extraction (recommandé : 15
secondes).
•Si vous voulez extraire de plus grande
quantités, faites une pause de
quelques minutes après dix
extractions pour laisser le moteur
refroidir. Le moteur pourrait
surchauffer le cas échéant.
•Il peut y avoir des projections lors de
l’extraction.
•Veillez à ce que la surface soit
toujours facile à nettoyer.
•Éloignez-vous des objets ou surfaces
sensibles ou difficiles à nettoyer.
