Playing a DVD Disc
1. Turn on the DVD Player.
2. Press the 'OPEN/CLOSE' button on the Remote Control or on the Front
Panel. The Disc Tray will slide out.
3. Carefully place the DVD disc that you want to play, shiny-side down,
within the grooves on the Disc Tray.
4. Depending on the DVD disc inserted, you may need to navigate its title
menu with the 'Direction' arrow buttons and press 'Play' to start playback.
USB Playback
(See 'Technical Specifications' section for compatible file formats and
maximum USB capacity)
1. Turn on the DVD Player.
2. Plug your USB memory device into the USB port on the front of the unit.
3. If there is no DVD disc in the unit, the USB device will be detected and
you can then simply press the 'Play' button to start playback.
4. If there is also a DVD disc in the disc tray, DVD takes priority over USB,
so you will need to access the USB device as follows:
- Press 'Source' button
- Press 'Down' button to select 'USB', then press the 'Enter' button (see
picture below).
5. To switch back to watching an inserted DVD disc, repeat step 4 but
select 'DISC'.
IMPORTANT!
Before unplugging the USB device, you must stop playback and turn off
the DVD player unit. Failure to turn off the unit before unplugging your
USB device may result in loss of data and/or corruption of your USB
device.
