Do not, under any circumstances, cut or remove the third (ground)
prong from the power cord. For personal safety, this appliance must
be properly grounded.
Thepowercord ofthisappliance isequippedwith a3-prong(grounding)
plugwhichmates withastandard 3-prong(grounding)wall outletto
minimizethepossibility ofelectricshock hazardfromthis appliance.
Havethewall outletandcircuit checkedbya qualifiedelectricianto make
suretheoutlet isproperlygrounded.
Whereastandard 2-prongwalloutlet isencountered,it isyourpersonal
responsibilityandobligation tohaveit replacedwitha properlygrounded
3-prongwalloutlet.
Therefrigeratorshould alwaysbeplugged intoitsown individual
electricaloutletwhich hasavoltage ratingthatmatches theratingplate.

1.Usingaflat-bladescrewdriver,gentlyinsertthebladeunderthetophinge
coverandpryuptoremove.
2.UsingaPhillips-headscrewdriver,loosenthethreetophingescrews.
3.Adjustthedoororputaspacerbetweenthehingeandcabinet,andthen
tightenthescrews.
4.Replacethetophingecoverbyfirstaligningthebackofthecoverwiththe
backofthehinge,andthenpressingdownfirmlyonthefrontofthehinge
coveruntilitsnapsintoplace.

NOTE:Turningthecontrolknobto0(O)doesnotdisconnectthe
