authorised servi ce cen tre of the Company.
5) This w arr anty sh all be str ictl y limited to the rep airs or replacement o f de fectiv e parts spe ci fied i n the
warranty.T hi sw ar ranty shall not cover any consequenti al or resulting liabi lity.
6) This w arr anty shall not i n an y case exten d tow ar ds payment of an y mon etary conside ra tion
whatsoeve r or rep la cemen t or return of the product.
7) The Compan y ma y repa ir/supply part s free o f cost during t he wa r ranty period . This warran ty does not
cover any Excise duty, Central or Salestax, octroi a nd other local tax es or levies on the components/p art.
8) The parts shal l be rep lac ed by f un ctionally operating equivalent mat eria l onl y and no t w ith brand ne w
onesand are likelytobe di fferen t fro m t he on e orig ina l ly fitted. Th e parts thu s rem oved shal l be taken
back by the co mpan y.
9) The Compan y reserve s th e right to reta i n any part or com pon ent repl ace d at its so le discre tion duri ng the warra nt y period .
10) In no even t the Company or its aut ho rise d s ervic e cen tre be lia ble for any con sequ ential damages or resu lting liability, damage or l oss arisi ng dir ectly or indirectly out of an y defect in
the product.
11) Th is warr anty i s not valid i n case of the followi ng events:

If the Product has bee n Ins tall ed/Se rv i ced/R epai red/O pened or tampered by any un autho rised personnel.
b) If de fects arise/caused b y acc idents, alteration, mis use, n egl ect, sub stitution of ori gina l com pon ents w i th sp uriou s/ non -g enu ine com pon en ts, at tacked by household pes t/
rodents, fi re, flo od, earthquake, light ni ng and /o r any ot her act of God/natura l calamities.
c) T he prod uct is shifted outside India.
12) For any service und er thi s warr anty beyo nd city/to wn/municipal limits from the Compan y/authorised service cen tre, a fixed charge of Rs. 50 will be coll ected from th e c ustom er in
addition to the act ual to a nd fro cha rges by the shortest route.
13) A ny chan ge of location or chang e in th e owne rshi p during the w arr anty period must be intimated in writing to the Com pa ny.
14) T he C om pa ny’s employee s or its autho rised rep re sentativ es have no authority to vary th e terms o f this w arr anty .
15) Th is Wa rranty is e ffected in New Delhi and claims , if any, sha ll be made only before the cou rts having jurisdiction in New Del hi and no clai m shall b e mad e aga in st th e com pa ny outsid e
