Installing the bottom plate
The purpose of the bottom plate is to sup press noise
from the washing machine during operation.
Steps:
2. Place the plate onto the bottom of the
machine.
3. Use a screwdriver to tighten the screw (in accessory
bag) securing the panel to the bottom of the washer.
4. Once the screw is tight and the panel
is
secure, return
the washer to its standing position.
1. Tilt the machine backwards against a wall (ensure that
the machine is well supported).
The new hose sets supplied by the appliance are to be used and the old
hose sets should not be reused.
NOTE: The washing machine has ventilation openings in the base, the product must not be
placed on a carpeted surface.
Please do not remove the pump filter cap at the bottom
rear of the product in any situation as water remaining
in the product will flow directly out of the product.
In the event of a blockage or a failure to drain, please contact
the customer care centre for assistance.
The pump filter cap is only to be removed by a trained service
technician.

1. Remove the cap of the drain hose outlet.
Note: A small amount of water may come out when the cap is removed. This is
normal as there may be some water left in the pump from
when the machine was tested during manufacture.

Installation on an uneven surface can lead to“out of balance”events, instability in the
machine operation, or even failure to successfully complete a wash cycle.
Please refer to the following steps for adjustment:
1. Confirm whether the machine is level.
2. Lift the lid and ensure that the bowl is central to the top deck opening.
Adjust the two front leveling feet as necessary.
Balancing the washing machine
NOTE::
Not level level
and the washing machine's rear end should be at
least 60mm away from the wall.
2. First, connect the drain hose to the connection point on
the lower right side of the cabinet, and fasten with drain hose
clamp (provided).
3. Connect the drain hose guide onto the outside of the drain hose
To guide the drain hose over the washbasin or standpipe,
the bracket must be fitted to the drain hose.

extended that more than 20 mm from the end of
the guide.
Ensure the drain hose is held in place to avoid
leakage or spills.
CAUTION: The drain hose is subject to water pressure in use and may come loose
from the installed connection point. Secure the drain hose against
unintentional loosening.

clearance to a side wall or other adjacent product,

1. Connect the cold hose (blue connector) to the cold tap
and the hot hose (red connector) to the hot tap. You
may have to use pliers to tighten the coupling. Do not
over-tighten as this may cause damage to the valve or
hose fittings.
2. Connect the other end of the hose to the respective hot and cold
inlet valves located at the rear of the washing machine.
3. We recommend you to replace the inlet hoses every 5 years. Hoses should be
checked from time to time and replaced if any wear, damage or leaks are found.
1. Do not take off the water absorption cushion.
Please check if the cushion is dropped or
damaged before each usage. If this happens,
please contact with after-sales department
immediately.
2. Put the nut of the water inlet hose onto
the inlet valve thread.
3. Fasten the nut.
2. After installation, open the tap to check for leakage.
CAUTION:
1. If the water pressure is too high or too low, the appliance may not be able to operate properly.
2. Ensure the water pressure in the water supply system is at least 30 kPa(1 bar)and a maxmum
of 1 Mpa (10bar).
3. If the water pressure exceeds the maxmum value specified, a pressure reducing valve must be
installed between the water outlet and the hose set connection.
4. Modified or damaged water hoses may result in water leakage resulting in property or
appliance damage.
5. Never kink, crush, modify or cut through water hoses.
6. Only use the new water hoses supplied with the appliance or genuine spare hoses.
7. Never re-use water hoses that have been used before.

Preparation before washing

d. For heavily soiled items, please first remove loose dirt or select Pre Wash option (if
avalible).

The rated washing capacity refers to the largest dry
weight of a load that can be washed.
Before washing, please make sure that the water level covers th
e clothes. Adjust the number of
clothes according to the cycle chosen. Refer to page13 for maximum load sizes.
The load should not exceed the height of the metal drum surface.
The thickness, size and type of clothes will influence
the actual capacity.
Do not select higher than water level“Med”for
clothes less than 2.0kg, to avoid splashing of water.
It is recommended that low suds/high efficiency
washing powder or liquid is used.

How to use Auto Dose
Before washing, the user can open the automatic
drop box cover, put the liquid detergent into the
smart-dose tray in advance, after starting the
machine, it will automatically dose the detergent
amount according to the user's load.
Note: no solid detergent, such as washing powder,
can be put into the smart-dose tray.

On : Indicates that the program is running and indcates the selected
cycle and options.
Flashing: When it pauses, it indicates the washing progress status of the current

If“Delay start”is selected, after the startup, the delay start time remaining
is displayed first.

Press the water level button to select the water level you want to set.
When there is water or wet clothing in the tub, it can't automatically detect
the load size.
All of the cycles except Drum Clean cycle default to“Auto”water level,
you can choose other water levels manually. The Drum Clean cycle
defaults to“High”water level.
Load Sensing is only accurate with dry clothing items, If wet items are
put into the machine it is advised to manually select the water level.

Auto Dose: When AutoDose is selected the machine will
automatically dispense the correct amount of detergent from the
Smart Dosing tank based on the sensed load size.
The user has the ability to adjust the amount of detergent for each
program if required. There are 5 levels (1, 2, 3, 4, Hi). The default is 3
(see page 16).
Wash+
Soiled+:
For heavily soiled items the user can choose Soiled+ which
increases the wash time by 30% and incorporates a 15min soak sequence
to the middle of the wash phase. During the soak phase the machine will
periodically agitate for a few seconds every minute to help remove
loosened dirt from clothing items.
Soiled+ is not available on Drum Clean, Express, Delicate and Wool cycles.
UV Sanitise: When UV Sanitise is selected, sanitisation is turned on
during the wash and deep rinse to kill bacteria.
Delicate, Bulky, Express, Wool cycles cannot choose UV Sanitise.
Hygiene and Drum Clean have UV Sanitise functions by default.
Favourite
Favourite can be set on any cycle. (see page 17)
Special features can be selected using the Options button: Pre Wash, Extra
Rinse, Eco Rinse.

and Drum Clean programs, Eco Rinse is the default on the Eco cycle.
Extra Rinse: cannot be selected for Express and Eco, Extra rinse is the
default on the Hygiene cycle.
If Soak and Soiled+ are both selected the wash time will be increased by
30% and a one hour soak sequence will be added to the middle of the
wash phase. During the soak phase the machine will periodically agitate
for a few seconds every minute to help remove loosened dirt from clothing
items.

the washing machine, press "Advance Wash" + "Delay Start" for 3 seconds

You can use the mobile APP to run your washing machine.

From there it increases in 1 hour increments e.g.1, 2, 3,4, 5 hours, etc,

The Delay time remaining will display solidly lit on the viewing screen.
When a delay cycle is started, the displayed viewing screen the reservation
time remaining will flash to show it has started.
If a delay has been started, then paused, the delay led will flash to indicate
it is paused, and the viewing screen will display solidly.

If the " " button is not pushed, the machine will power off
automatically after 10 minutes.

After the power is turned on, the default is Mix program. Rotate the dial clockwise to
select the Cotton, Delicate, Durable, Eco, Express, Bedding, Wool, Hygiene, Bulky,
Drum Clean, and Downloaded programs.
For example, when you want to wash light soiled clothes quickly
, use Express cycle.
All of the cycles except Drum Clean have a load sensing function, the water level is
adjusted according to the texture and quantity of clothing. After the detection is
completed the water level is set automatically.
When the washing machine is working, the water level is not optional. If the user needs

The amount of detergent for a given cycle can be adjusted to the following levels 1, 2, 3, 4,
5, and Hi. Turn the dial to the selected wash cycle you want to adjust the Auto Dose level.
Hold down the Wash + button for 3 seconds, the screen wiill then display SEt.
Rotate the dial clockwise to increase the detergent level up to Hi, or rotate
counterclockwise to reduce level down to 1.
To store the new detergent level setting press "Wash+" for 3 seconds,
the screen will flash SEt.
NOTE:
The Auto Dose function only applies to HWT10AD1, HWT10ADB1 1 and HWT12AD1,
but not HWT09AD1.
When‘Soiled +’is selected,‘Wash’,‘Rinse’and‘Spin’is the default for the
‘Advance Wash’modifier. The cycle will start the wash by flash ing the‘Wash’LED
continuously. When the cycle progresses to the short soak phase the‘Soak’LED will
flash continuously ,while the‘Wash’,‘Rinse’and‘Spin’LEDs are solid. At the
completion of the soak phase when the machine resumes the wash the‘Soak’LED
will go out , and the‘Wash’LED will flash continuously.
The wash will continue to progress flashing the LED of the current cycle stage.
As it progressed it turns off the LED when the stage has completed.
Wash operation sequence: This parameter is applicable only to HWT10AD1,HWT10ADB1
and HWT12AD1.
When the Smart Dose detergent tray is almost out of detergent the display will flash FILL
on the screen. The tank will need re-filling before another Auto Dose cycle is run.

Delay display: After the delay is started, the remaining delay time is displayed. After the
delay is started, it can be suspended, but parameters cannot be changed after the
suspension.
8Specific features
Favourite
There is a ‘favourite’ icon above the view screen to allow users to create
favourite cycles with their chosen wash modifiers which will then replace the default
settings for that cycle.
Once the user has selected the wash modifiers they desire, press and hold both
Options button and Wash+ button for 1 second to save the setting for that particular
cycle - this is indicated by a single beep when the FAVOURITE LED illuminates.
Holding down the two buttons again for 1 second will delete that favourite.
Changing any modifier after the FAVOURITE is set will turn them off as the set of
modifiers is no longer the same as what they had saved as a FAVOURITE.
CHILD LOCK
There is a CHILD LOCK function designed to prevent accidental changes to the washing
cycle once the machine has started or when the machine has a delay start modifier.
When the CHILD LOCK is activated, all controls will remain inactive, with exception of
the " " button. If any control is pressed when the CHILD LOCK function is activated,
the machine will sound 3 warning tones.
After starting the washing machine by pressing START/PAUSE, the user can hold both
“Spin Speed”&“Advance Wash”buttons for 1 second - the CHILD LOCK function will
turn on and the product will beep once. CL will display on the screen for 2 seconds to
indicate that the CHILD LOCK is set.

Operation and Wash Cycles
Turning off the machine by pressing Power button or unplugging will not remove or delete
any saved information in the machine, e.g. Favourites will not be removed in this case.
If a loss of power occurs during a cycle, the machine will remember where the washing
progress was and will turn back on in a PAUSED state ready to resume the washing progress.
POWER OFF & LOSS OF POWER
To release the child lock function: push down “Spin Speed” button and “Advance
Wash” button at the same time for more than 1 seconds.
The digital screen will
display“CL”for 2
seconds.
NOTE: After the child lock is released, press the button to open the lid. If the lid is forced to
open when washing, the machine will alarm E2 and stop running. The machine will automatically drain
after 10 seconds. If you confirm the safety, please close the lid and press“ ”button to
wash the clothes. The machine will continue to run. If a separate washing or rinsing process is selected,
the washing machine will drain automatically after running.
During running, the child lock function (including alarm) can be activated or deactivated.
After the child lock is activated, all controls will remain inactive, with
“ ”
exception of the " " key.
