•Read and familiarise yourself with all operating
instructions before using this Air Fryer.
•DO NOT touch hot surfaces. Use the handles provided.
•Always ensure that the voltage on the rating label
corresponds with the voltage in your home.
•Keep the appliance out of the reach of children.
•Keep the mains lead away from the body of the Air Fryer.
•DO NOT leave the appliance unattended whilst operating.
•Disconnect the appliance from the mains after use.
•To disconnect the appliance grip and pull the mains plug.
•DO NOT pull the power cord.
•DO NOT wrap the power cord around the appliance in
use or during storage.
•Always disconnect the plug from the mains before
cleaning. Wipe clean only, do not immerse the unit, plug
or cord in water or any other liquid.
•Always allow the unit to cool before storage or cleaning.
•Retain the instruction manual for future use and
reference.

•There are no user serviceable parts, if the unit fails,
consult a qualified electrician, a repair centre or contact
the supplier if the unit is under warranty.
•If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified
persons inorder to avoid a hazard.
•It is recommended that this appliance should not be
operated in conjunction with an electrical extension lead.
•This appliance is not intended for use by persons
(including children) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, or lack of experience or knowledge,
unless they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible
for their safety.
•Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play
with the appliance.
•For indoor use only.
•Keep away from splashes of water or damp conditions.
•For domestic use only.
•DO NOT use accessories with this appliance other than
those recommended by the supplier.
•DO NOT use this product with an external programmer,
timer, separate remote control system or any other
device.
•DO NOT touch hot surfaces. Accessible surfaces are liable
to gethot during use. Always use the handles.
•Oven gloves should be worn when using this appliance.
•Hot steam may be released when opening and closing the
appliance during use –Risk of scalding!
•Avoid moving the appliance whilst it is still hot or
contains hot food or liquids. Turn the appliance off and
disconnect from the mains and let it cool sufficiently
before moving it.
•Always carry the appliance with both hands.
Always use ovengloves. Burn hazard!

•PLEASE NOTE: Before use, ensure that the Air Fryer is used in
an open, well ventilated area well away from other
appliances and other obstructions.
•Do not use the Air Fryer in front of, near or below
combustible materials such as plastics, curtains or cupboards,

•Do not place the appliance against a wall or against other
appliances. Leave at least 10cm minimum free space on the
back and sides and 10cm minimum free space above the
appliance.
•Do not place anything on top of the appliance.

Before the First Use of Your Air Fryer
•Remove all packing materials and discard responsibly.
•Ensure all parts are present see Description of Parts above.
•Check that there is no damage to the mains cable or product.
•Ensure that you clean your Air Fryer before first and every use with a damp cloth
and dry thoroughly.
•Whilst using your Air Fryer for the first time you may notice a little smoke and
odour; this is normal and simply the grease used during manufacture and will
soon pass.
Instructions for use
1.Place the air fryer on a solid, level, heat resistant
surface clear of all obstructions as described above.
2.Insert the mains plug into a suitable socket outlet.
WARNING! Take care whilst handling the Drawer, use of Oven Gloves are
recommended.
3.Remove the Drawer (4) by pulling it by the Drawer Handle (5). Ensure that the
Trivet (6) is placed in the bottom of the Drawer (4)
4.Replace the Drawer (4) into the Air Fryer ensuring that it is pushed fully home,
you should here a click at this point.
The Air Fryer will not function if the Drawer (4) is not placed fully into the Air
Fryer.
5.Ensure the four Silicone feet (arrowed right) are fitted to the Trivet
(6) before inserting it into the bottom of the Drawer (4).
Do not remove the Silicone feet before inserting the Trivet (6) into
the Drawer (4) as they help to hold the Trivet in place and prevent
scratching of the Cooking Pot non-stick surface.
The Trivet (6) must be fitted to the base of the Drawer (4) as this lifts the
food clear of the base and provides air circulation around the food for
efficient cooking.

Pre-Heating Your Air Fryer
To enable thorough cooking of the food, it is recommended that the Air Fryer is
Pre-Heated before cooking as follows:
1.Set the Air Fryer to the desired cooking temperature for
the food to be cooked, using arrows on the
Temperature Selection (11) on the Digital Control Panel
(3). The top arrow will increase the temperature and the
bottom arrow will decrease the temperature.
(The Temperature Selection (11) is set to 180⁰C in the
example right).
2.Set the Timer Selection (8) to 5 minutes to pre-heat the
Air Fryer for 5 minutes. The top arrow will increase the
time in 5 minute increments and the bottom arrow will
decrease the time in 5 minute increments.
The Air Fryer will power up and the Air Fryer will now
Pre-Heat for 5 minutes.
3.After the 5 minutes pre-heat time the Air Fryer and the Air Fryer will no longer
heat. The fan will continue to run for a further few seconds to cool the
appliance.
4.After the fan has ceased the Air Fryer will beep 5 times and the Power Button
(10) will flash on and off until the Drawer (4) is removed.
Cooking with Your Air Fryer
1.Carefully remove the Drawer (4) from the Air Fryer. Ensure that the Trivet (6) is
placed in the bottom of the Drawer (4).
DO NOT remove the rubber feet from the Trivet (6) as they hold the trivet in
place and prevent damage to the Drawer (4).
2.Place the food to be cooked into the Drawer (4) ensuring that there is adequate
room left for the air to circulate, Do not fill to the brim. Insert the cooking pot
back into the air fryer ensuring that the cooking pot is pushed fully home.
The Air Fryer will not operate if the Drawer (4) is removed or not pushed all
the way in.
3.Press the Power Button (10), the Digital Control Panel (3) will illuminate.
4.Check that the Temperature Selection (11) is set to the correct cooking
temperature (80-200 degrees Celsius).
5.Set the Timer Selection (8) to the cooking time required (0-60 minutes).
6.Press the Power Button (10 and the Air Fryer will begin to cook the contents.
7.If during the cooking process the Drawer (4) is removed to shake/turn the
contents, the Air Fryer will pause the current programme and will restart when
the Drawer (4) is replaced.

8.At the end of the cooking time the Air Fryer will no longer heat and the fan will
continue to run for a further few seconds to cool the appliance.
9.After the fan has ceased the Air Fryer will beep 5 times and the Power Button
(10) will flash on and off until the Drawer (4) is removed.
10.Remove the Drawer (4) and serve. (Place the pot on a heat proof surface if it is
put down during serving).
For better cooking results, turn the food over by removing and shaking the
Drawer (4) during the cooking process.
DO NOT use metal cooking tools with this Air Fryer as damage may occur to the
non-stick coating. Only use wooden or plastic (nylon) tools with your Air Fryer.
Cooking can be stopped at any time by pressing the Power Button (10).
Cooking Pre-sets
This Air Fryer comes with 8 pre-set cooking settings for the most common food
types for easy use. These pre-sets are a default setting and as such they can be
altered to your own personal taste, size of portion and if the food is frozen or not.
Once the pre-set has been selected both the time and temperature can be
adjusted using the Temperature Selection (11) and Timer Selection (8).

Keep Warm
The Keep Warm setting will keep food warm for up to two hours and maintains
the temperature at 90 degrees Celsius. This setting can be stopped at any time by
pressing the Power Button (10).

Cleaning and Maintenance of Your Air Fryer
•Always unplug the Air Fryer from the mains supply and allow to cool before
cleaning.
•DO NOT clean any part of the Air Fryer in a dishwasher –NOT dishwasher safe.
•DO NOT submerge any part of the main body, the mains cable or mains plug in
water or any other liquids.
•Wipe excess oil from the Cooking Pot and Trivet with kitchen roll or similar.
•Wipe the main body of the Air Fryer clean using a soft, damp cloth.
•The Cooking Pot and Trivet can be washed in warm soapy water, rinse and dry
thoroughly before reusing.
•Never clean any part of the Air Fryer with harsh or abrasive cleaners.
•After cleaning, allow the product to thoroughly dry before re-use.
Hints and Tips
•This household Litre Air Fryer cooks using very little or no cooking oil for
healthier cooking.
•If a little oil is required for extra browning for example, use a moderate amount
of spray type cooking oil.
•DO NOT fill your Air Fryer with cooking oil as this will cause a fire and scolding
hazard.
•The Air Fryer will quickly cook your food using rapid cycling airflow of hot air.
•DO NOT use metal cooking tools or harsh abrasive chemicals with this Air Fryer
as damage may occur to the non-stick coating. Only use wooden or plastic
(nylon) tools with your Air Fryer.
