凹部 凸部

1.ハッコー951／952／FX-8803、フ ッ ク の 取り付け
1.袋ナット 、保護パ イ プ 、こ て先、ニ ッ プ ル の順に
取りはずします。
 注意
必ず袋ナ ット を 取りはずしてからニップ ルを取りはずし
てください。ニップ ルを先 にはず すとヒーターのリード
線が よ じ ら れ 、シ ョ ー ト す る 恐れがあります。
2.(a)部のタッピンねじをはずしフックをセットしま
す。
3.付属の3×16B1のねじで固定します。
4.逆の順序で組み立てます。
2.こて台の組み立て
1.こて台ベース(b)にこてカバー取付板(c)を取り付けます。
図のように付属のなべねじM4×35、平ワ ッ シ ャ −（ 呼4）、外歯付きワッシャ−、ち ょう ナ ット M4を用い、こて
カバー取り付け板下部の凸部がベースの凹部に合うように取り付けてください。
2.こてカバー(d)を取り付けます。
ちょうボ ルト M4×8で 、こ て カ バ ー を 取り付け板に取り付けます。
こてカバーの3つの穴のいずれかを取り付け穴の凸部に合わせ角度を調節します。
3.クリーニングスポンジ(e)を水にぬらして 固く絞ります。
 注意
乾いたクリーニングスポンジを使用すると大切なこて先を傷めます。
4.ハッコー951／952／FX-8803の
フックをこてカバーにひっかけ
使用します。
 注意
こてカバーは高温となります
のでやけどにご 注意ください 。

1. HAKKO 951/952/FX-8803 鈎板的安裝
1. 按照螺帽，發熱元件護罩，焊鐵頭，套頭，
之順序取出。
注 意
必須將螺帽拆下後才取出套頭。如果先取出套
頭，發熱元件之引線被扭曲，可能引起短路。
2. 取出 (a) 部之攻絲頭螺釘，放置鈎板。
3. 以附屬之 3×16B1 之螺釘鎖緊。
4. 依照相反順序組裝。
2. 組裝焊鐵架
1. 將焊鐵架裝置板 (c) 裝到焊鐵架基座 (b)。
依照下圖，用大柱頭螺釘 M4×35，平面墊圈（公稱尺寸 4），外齒鎖墊圈與蝴蝶形螺帽 M4，將
焊鐵架套裝置板下部之凸部與焊鐵架基座之凹部合起來並安裝。
2. 安裝焊鐵架套 (d)。
以蝴蝶形螺絲 M4×8 將焊鐵架套安裝到焊鐵裝置板。
焊鐵架套的3個洞內之任何一個跟裝置洞之凸部對准，調節焊鐵架角度。
3. 以清水沾濕清潔海綿 (e) 後擰緊。
注 意
如果使用乾燥清潔海綿進行清理工作，會將珍重的焊鐵頭受損。
4. 將 HAKKO 951/952/FX-8803的
鈎板挂在焊鐵架套好後才使用。
注 意
焊鐵架套溫度高請注意
燙傷。

1. Attaching the hook to the HAKKO 951/952/FX-8803
1. Remove the nut, tip enclosure, tip and
nipple.
CAUTION
Be sure to remove the nut beforeremoving the
nipple.Removingthenipplefirstcouldcausethe
heaterleadstotwistandcauseashortcircuit.
2. Remove the tapping screw (a) and attach
the hook.
3. Secure the hook with attached 3
×16 (fluted
point) screw.
4. Reassemble in reverse order.
2. Assemble the iron holder
1. Attach the holder mounting plate (c) to the iron holder base (b).
When assembling, use the attached pan head screw M4
×35, plain washer (nominal size 4), exter-
nal tooth lock washer, and wing nut (M4). Match the convex part of the holder mounting plate to the
concave part of the iron holder base.
2. Attach the holder cover (d).
Attach the holder cover to the holder mounting plate with thumbscrew M4
×8.
Adjust the angle by matching three holes of the holder cover with concave part of holder mounting
plate.
3. Wet the cleaning sponge (e) and squeeze it dry.
CAUTION
Using a dry sponge may result in
damage to the soldering tip.
4. Attach the hook of HAKKO 951 / 952 /
FX-8803 to the holder cover.
CAUTION
The holder cover will be-
come extremely hot. Do
not touch it!
