*STATUS OF LED INDICATIORS FROM SPEAKER SET
When it is placed onto Base Unit:
• Green and Blinking - Battery of Speaker Set is fully charged.
• Red - Battery of Speaker Set is being charged.
When it is detached from Base Unit:
• Green - Speaker Set is working normally.
• Orange and Blinking - receiving signal is weak or out of range.
• Red and Blinking - Battery of Speaker Set is low.
Note: The “DC IN 9V” jack from Speaker Set is not for use in charging battery. When
DC 9V is plugged in, it provides the option to power up the Speaker Set in case
the battery is low or not charged properly.

REMOTE CONTROL BATTERY INSTALLATION
1. Slide the battery compartment out.
2. Install 1x CR2032 battery (3V) into the remote,
paying attention to the polarity diagram in the battery
compartment.
3. Replace the battery compartment.
Note :
1. Weak batteries can leak and severely damage the
remote control unit.
2. This unit comes with a battery. Pull out the insulation sheet to begin use.
BATTERY PRECAUTIONS
Follow these precautions when using battery in this device:
1. The batteries (battery pack or batteries installed) shall not be exposed to excessive
heat such as sunshine, re or the like.
2.
Do not attempt to recharge, short-circuit, disassemble, heat or throw the battery into a re.
3. If the device is not to be used for a long period of time, remove the batteries to prevent
damage or injury from possible battery leakage.
4. Do not try to recharge batteries that are not intended to be recharged as they could
overheat and rupture. (Follow battery maufacturer’s directions.)
5. Dispose of batteries properly in accordance with local laws.
AC Adapter Operation
1.
Insert the DC plug, at the end of the adapter cord, into the DC input jack on the product.
2. Plug the AC adapter into an AC power outlet. Only use with the recommended
9V - 2.2A AC adapter and make sure the local voltage corresponds to adapter’s required
AC input voltage.
MAIN POWER SUPPLY
Check that the power voltage as shown on the type plate corresponds to your local power
voltage. If it does not, consult your dealer or service organization.

IMPORTANT! The identication no. is engraved at
the bottom of the inserts. Please refer to the following
illustration for the location of the number.
INSTALL THE iPod®INSERT FOR DOCKING
1. Gently press the correct insert into the dock. (Refer to Drawing 1 & 2)
2. Place the iPod® into the dock via the correct insert. (Refer to Drawing 3)
3. Never pull iPod® forward or push backwards. This can damage your iPod®and /or
the main unit. (Refer to Drawing 4)
REMOVE THE iPod®INSERT
1. Remove the iPod® insert as shown.
2. Replace it with another one you need.

OPERATION
- Press the “STANDBY” button of Base Unit or Remote Control Handset once to turn on
the system. LED indicator of “iPod®” or “AUX” from Base Unit will light up.
- Set the ON/OFF switch of Speaker Set to ON position. LED indicator will light up.
INSTALLATION
- Place the Speaker Set to the Base Unit
rmly with proper position.
- Connect the DC plug of AC/DC adapter to
the “DC IN 9V” jack of Base Unit. Charge
LED indicator from Speaker Set will light
up in RED to indicate battery is being
charged. If the speaker battery is fully
charged, the LED indicator will turn to
Green and Blinking.
Note:
It is recommended to charge the battery for
4 hours before using for the rst time.
DETACHING THE SPEAKER SET
FROM BASE UNIT
1. Detach the Speaker Set from Base Unit.
2. Place the Speaker Set at a maximum distance of 90 feet to listen to music transmitted
from Base Unit.
3. When receiving signal is weak or out of range, the “Signal” LED indicator will turn
Orange and blink to alert user to place Speaker Set closer to Base Unit.
4. Aim the remote control handset to the remote sensor of Speaker Set or Base Unit to
operate the system.
Note : When not in use for extended periods of time, set the power switch from the bottom
to “OFF”.
STATUS OF LED INDICATORS FROM SPEAKER SET
When it is placed onto Base Unit:
• Green and Blinking - Battery of Speaker Set is fully charged.
• Red - Battery of Speaker Set is being charged.
When it is detached from Base Unit:
• Green - Speaker Set is working normally.
• Orange and Blinking - receiving signal is weak or out of range.
• Red and Blinking - Battery of Speaker Set is low.
Note: The “DC IN 9V” jack from Speaker Set is not for use in charging battery. When
DC 9V is plugged in, it provides the option to power the Speaker Set in case the
battery is low or not charged properly.

iPod®MODE OPERATION
1. Please make sure to use the correct insert for your iPod®and be sure it is properly
docked into the system; failure to do so may damage your iPod®.
2. iPhone and iPod® shufe models are not supported.
CHARGING THE iPod®
While the iPod® is docked and the system is properly connected to AC power, the iPod®
begins charging automatically.
Remarks: 3rd generation iPod® will not be charged.
LISTEN TO iPod®
1. Gently press the correct insert into the dock.
2. Place the iPod®into dock via the correct insert.
3. Press the function button of remote control handset to select “iPod®” mode. “iPod®”
LED indicator will light up from Base Unit.
4. Press “PLAY” button of the remote control handset to play the music from the iPod®.
5. Press “PLAY” button again to pause play; press again to restart play.
6. Press the VOLUME +/- button to adjust the sound level.
7. Press “SKIP ” or “SKIP ” button to skip track forward or backwards, or hold the
button to fast forward or backwards.
Connecting to Other Audio Equipment
Caution: Turn off power and disconnect from the DC supply before connecting any other
equipment.
• AUX IN - Connects to other audio equipment through an audio cable (not included)
including a video recorder, MP3 or non-docking iPod®model to provide sound output
through the wireless speakers.
• AUDIO OUT - Connects to other audio equipment, including an Active Subwoofer, TV
or an amplier for alternative stereo sound. The other jack could be refered to as CD
or AUX on an amplier; LINE IN on a TV; or AUDIO INPUT on an amplier.
Note: Refer to your audio equipment guide to determine how the audio input or output
port is identied.
AUX MODE OPERATION
1. Press the funciton button of remote control handset to select AUX mode. “AUX” LED
indicator will light up from Base Unit.
2. Press the VOLUME +/- button to adjust the sound level.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Please note: Disconnect the unit from the power supply before cleaning.
System
Wipe the housing gently with a soft, dry cloth. If the unit is heavily stained or soiled, wipe
with a moistened cloth. To avoid damage, do not use any cleaning agents or abrasive
cleaners.
Speakers
Wipe the speakers gently with a clean, damp cloth. To avoid damage, do not use any
cleaning agents or abrasive cleaners.

ACTION
• Insert AC power plug rmly into AC outlet.
• Choose correct insert and dock into system again.
• Choose iPod® mode using the FUNCTION button.
• Make sure that volume controls are set properly.
• Turn the power switch to ON from Speaker Set.
• Press and hold the On/Off button of Base unit
and plug in the mains power at the same time.
The transmitter’s AUX LED light from base unit
starts ashing, it represents the transmitter is set
at “match code mode” and ready to send code to
speaker.
• At Speaker side, use a sharp pencil or similar thing
to press “match code button” for about 2 seconds,
this button is located at the bottom of speaker
receiver, then the receiver LED light starts ashing,
the receiver is now also entering to the “match
code mode”. When the match code has been done
successfully, the receiver’s LED light will stop
ashing. If no code is received from based unit, 30
sec later, it will exit to Standby mode.
• When matching code process is done, press
the On/Off button of base unit again to exit.
If this button not pressed, there will also exit
automatically after 60 seconds.

the only express warranty for this product and is in lieu of any other warranty of condition.
Starlite warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship within
the following warranty period, starting from the date of sale to the original consumer
purchase. If this product proves defective within the NINETY (90) DAY warranty period
your exclusive remedy is replacement of the product when it is returned, with your sales
receipt, to the retailer of purchase. If the product is no longer available, we will replace
with a similar one of equal or greater value.
This warranty is void if the product is used for commercial, rental, or industrial purposes.
This warranty does not cover cosmetic parts, wear from normal use, use not in conformity
