ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
A) Measure distance between vertical mounting centers on enclosure.
B) Layout PMH..GY (item 2) centered on PMV....GY (item 1) with the distance
measured in step A. EJ enclosures must use top hole, 1414 enclosures use the center
hole.
C) Use 3/8" x 3/4" bolt (item 3) with split lock washer (item 4) and 3/8" nut (item 5) to
PMH..GY (item 2) to PMV....GY (item 1). Tighten down.
D) Attach assembly to pole using PMSTRAP40 (up to 10" diameter pole) or
PMSTRAP55 (up to 12" diameter pole).
E) Attach enclosure to pole mount assembly using 5/16" x 1" bolts (item 7) 5/16" split
lock washer (item 8) and 5/16" hex nut (item 9).

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
