Before you use your Handbox device, it is important that you read the
guidelines for correct setup and safe use. To find additional and updated
information, please visit www.handbox.me
- The manufacturer advises using the device only indoors.
- The device must be filled with sanitising liquid before connection to the
power supply.
- Only supports alcohol-based liquid hand sanitiser. Do not use gel or foam
formula.
- Must be placed stable on the floor. The base is adjustable with the legs at
the bottom of the device.
- Do not attempt to repair the mechanics of the device yourself. Have a
technical service performed by a qualified specialist using only supported /
identical replacement parts. Ensuring the quality and safety of the product.

- Prepare for set up. Area of the surface must be even with access to a power
source.
- Unpack the device and put it on the floor, make sure it's stable.
- For extra stability, adjust the legs at the bottom of the device.
- Unlock the door and take out the empty tank. Unscrew the lid, fill the con
tainer with liquid hand sanitiser or switch with a full standard 5l tank.
The device supports only alcohol-based liquid hand sanitiser. The capacity
of the device is 5l.
- Screw the cap that is attached to the liquid supply tube back on the tank.
Place the tank back in the device.
- Connect the device to a 100-240VAC power source.
- Switch on the power button.
- To start using the device pump the contents of the tank. Press and hold the
button that's located next to the power button until the liquid is pumped up
the tube and starts to pour from the dispenser.
- Test the device. Insert your hand within 5 cm height from the bottom, wait
for liquid, rub your palms for 20 seconds!
- If you feel that the hand sanitising dosage is too low, easily adjust it from
any smartphone using Wi-Fi connection. Follow the instructions on page 6.
- Make sure that the door that accesses the hand sanitising liquid is closed
and securely locked.
The device is ready for work!

IMPORTANT!
Handbox device only supports alcohol-based liquid hand sanitiser, other
formulas like gel or foam are not supported. Do not use the product that may
contain small particles. The manufacturer does not take any guarantee if
there is used any other type of formula than liquid.
- To access the hand sanitising liquid supply, please follow the directions
used to set up the device.
- The capacity of the device is 5l.
- Easily refill the device by pouring liquid in the empty tank or switch with the
new one.
- When refilling the device, it's highly advised always to fill the tank full.
- Pumping is necessary after each refill.
- Can be used with any brands alcohol-based liquid hand sanitiser,
containing at least 60% - 70% ethanol.

The better care you will take of the device, following the suggested
guidelines, the better service and longer durability we can ensure.
- Regularly pay attention to the excess liquid drainage tray to check if
cleaning/emptying is needed. Before cleaning the tray, switch off the
device with the power button.
- To clean the outer frame of the device, use warm water with soap.
Gently clean the device with microfiber or cotton cloth. Do not use other
cleaners containing harsh chemicals and hard/metal sponges, scrapers.
This may cause the discolouration, leaving marks, scrapings and other
imperfections.
- Empty the tank and secure the excess liquid drainage tray before moving
or transporting the device.
- Although the device does not need to be supervised all the time, it is
advised to pay regular attention to how it is used, how it works and if it
doesn't need cleaning or refill.

- To use the device simply insert your hand, wait for liquid, rub your palms for
20 seconds!
- For the best results, insert your hand within 5 cm height from the bottom.
- Children are only allowed to use the device under adult supervision.
