Greenhouse Warranty
Harvest Right warrants its greenhouses and accessories against defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use,
maintenance and service for 5 years . The warranty covers parts to replace components that, in the sole opinion of Harvest
Right, are defective. The following are not included in the greenhouse warranty coverage:
1. Normal wear and tear as well as adjustments and/or damage from cleaning.
2. Repairs due to unauthorized service or modifications to the greenhouse, product tampering, or use of non-standard
parts or accessories without prior written approval from Harvest Right.
3. Damage caused by: improper setup and installation of the greenhouse; floods, storms, or other acts of God.
4. Damage caused by not properly securing the greenhouse to the ground. Surfaces and soil types vary considerably.
Securing the greenhouse to the ground is the complete responsibility of the person(s) who have purchased or are using
the greenhouse. Harvest Right accepts no responsibility for the manner in which a greenhouse is secured to the ground
or any other surface. When floods, winds, storms or other acts of God occur, Harvest Right accepts no responsibility for
damage that may transpire.
5. Parts or assemblies subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect or accidents, or lack of specified maintenance or operational
procedures.
6. Damage or problems caused by relocation of unit, cleaning and/or maintenance procedures inconsistent with the
technical instructions provided in the manual.
7. Claims for personal injuries, incidental or consequential damages, or economic loss (profit or revenue), however
caused.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. In no event shall Harvest Right be
liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Upon the expiration of the warranty period, Harvest
Right’s liability under this warranty shall terminate. The foregoing warranty shall constitute the sole liability of Harvest Right
and the exclusive remedy of the customer or user.
Warranty is provided only in the country of origin in which the greenhouse was purchased. Use of the greenhouse outside the
country of purchase voids all warranties, expressed or implied.
Lifetime Replacement Plan
Provided at no additional cost, this program is a lifetime replacement plan that allows customers to purchase replacement
covers, poles, hubs and windows at steeply-discounted rates in the event of out-of-warranty failure. This drastically lowers the
lifetime ownership costs of Harvest Right greenhouses.
The Lifetime Replacement Plan is available for the 16’ diameter greenhouse, the 24’ diameter greenhouse and the 32’ diameter
greenhouse. For in-warranty greenhouses, Harvest Right will provide the appropriate parts and send them directly to the
customer’s location. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
Plan Details
During the warranty period Harvest Right will replace defective greenhouse components and ship them directly to a customer
location. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs. The replacement parts retain the remaining warranty of the original
greenhouse purchased components. In its sole discretion, Harvest Right will determine if the replacement of any components
fall under this warranty. Customer should take pictures of components that are damaged or return them directly to Harvest
Right.
For out-of-warranty greenhouse components, new covers, poles and hubs of the same type with a one year warranty can be
purchased at a substantial discount. The Lifetime Replacement Plan is available only on greenhouses sold and used within the
US.


