DESCRIPTION
The TRD300 is an infrared remote control device designed to configure and control the operating power level of RCW electric
radiators. Of modern, elegant design, it has a good-sized display which informs the user of all the enabled functions, such
as the predetermined temperature setting, date and time. User-friendly, with its 7-key keyboard, it offers easy access to all
operating modes (the key, for example, allows rapid activation of the ECONOMY mode). It is delivered with a wall mounting
kit.
A double infrared transmitter allows the user to control the radiator(s) without having to remove the remote control device
from its wall mounting
• 7 operating modes:
MODES Radiator operation
COMFORT Regulation to predetermined temperature setting.
ECONOMY Regulation to a predetermined temperature setting.
When switching from COMFORT mode to ECONOMY mode, the set-point value is automatically reduced by 3.5°C
(and vice versa: switching from ECONOMY mode to COMFORT mode automatically increases the set-point value
by 3.5°C). It is recommended to use this operating mode at night or if the room is not occupied for a period of 2
hours or longer.
FROST PROTECTION Regulation to predetermined FROST PROTECTION temperature setting set on each of the radiators (refer to the
manual for the radiator(s)).
PROGRAMMING • Choice of 9 predetermined factory programs (P1 to P9)
• 5 customizable weekly programs (U1 to U5).
• The predetermined temperature settings COMFORT and ECONOMY are congured on the radiator(s).
BOOST Override control for maximum heating (no set-point value regulation) for 2 hours.
SLEEP Regulation controlled directly by the radiators’ thermostat(s). The remote control device is disabled.
HOLIDAY Override setting of a specied power level (COMFORT, ECONOMY, FROST PROTECTION, OFF), until a given date
and time, starting from a given date and time and for a period of at most 1 year.
• Permanent display of the time and the mode activated.
• The thermostat’s keyboard can be locked to prevent any unintentional change to the settings. In that case all the
thermostat’s keys are disabled.
NB: some functions may not be accessible in the thermostat of
your device. Please refer to the manual for your device.
