Läs noggrant igenom bruksanvisningen innan du använder produkten

– Innan du ansluter enheten: Säkerställ att ditt vägguttags spänning
motsvarar den spänning som anges på produktens typskylt
(typskylten är placerad på klämman).
– För att förhindra risk för elchock: Öppna aldrig höljet. Det finns
inga delar som du som användare själv kan laga. Överlåt all
service till kvalificerad servicepersonal.
– Reparationer av elektriska enheter får endast utföras av behörig
servicepersonal. Felaktig reparation kan utsätta användaren och
enheten för allvarlig fara.
– Använd inte produkten om den har en skadad kontakt eller sladd,
eller efter att den tappats och skadats på något sätt. Gör du det
kan det leda till elchock/personskador eller skador på egendom.
– Om strömsladden är skadad måste den ersättas av tillverkaren,
dess serviceagent eller liknande kvalificerad servicepersonal för att
undvika fara.
– Koppla inte från enheten genom att dra i sladden, dra i kontakten.
Annars kan sladden eller enheten skadas.
– Tryck inte in föremål i några öppningar på enheten då skada på
enheten och/eller elchock kan uppstå.
– Använd inte enheten till annat än det den är avsedd för.
– Koppla alltid från enheten innan du utför rengöring och underhåll.
Låt enheten svalna ordentligt innan du flyttar eller förvarar den. Rör
inte de varma delarna.
– Placera inte enheten nära värmeavgivande produkter, eller i direkt
solljus.
– Använd inte enheten utomhus.
– Denna utrustning får inte användas av personer (inklusive barn)
med nedsatt känsel, fysisk eller mental förmåga eller har bristfällig
erfarenhet eller kunskap. De ska ha lämplig tillsyn och ges

– En kort strömsladd ska användas för att minska risken för att
sladden ska trasslas eller att man ska snubbla över den. Använd
inte förlängningssladd tillsammans med den här produkten.
– Enheten ska inte komma i kontakt med mat. Använd godkända
kokbara påsar.
– Ingredienser så som juice, soppa eller mjölk måste också packas
eller förseglas i glasburkar innan tillagning. Enheten får endast
användas i vatten.
– Använd endast apparaten i vatten. Vattennivån ska hållas inom
“Min” och “Max”-nivåerna på apparaten.
– Håll enheten torr. Använd inte apparaten om vattennivån är under
“Min” eller över “Max”. Endast värmeelementet och cirkulatorn ska
vara i vattnet. Sänk inte ned sladden eller den övre delen i vatten.
Använd inte produkten om den övre delen sänkts ner i vatten.
– Vattnet kan bli mycket varmt. Använd ett underlägg för att skydda
köksbänken. Använd tänger för att ta upp mat från vattenbadet.
Var försiktig när du flyttar behållare med varmt vatten.
– Täck över vattenbadet. Energi kan sparas genom att du täcker
behållaren med exempelvis plastfolie under tillagning, men täck
ingen del av själva enheten med plastfolie.

ANVÄNDNING
VAD INNEBÄR SOUS VIDE?
Sous vide betyder “under vakuum” på franska och innebär att vakuumförpackad
mat tillagas i en väldigt precis temperatur i ett vattenbad.
ANVÄNDNING
Försiktig: Delar över “Max”-markeringen får inte sänkas ned i vatten.
1. Fäst enheten på en behållare med hjälp av klämman. Behållaren du använder
måste vara minst 11 cm hög och ha tillräckligt stor kapacitet för att rymma
maten och ha gott om utrymme för vattnet att cirkulera.
Obs! Om du använder en plastbehållare bör du säkerställa att den tål
temperaturen du kommer tillaga maten i.
2. Häll vatten i behållaren. Vattennivån ska ligga mellan “Min” och “Max”-nivåerna
som indikeras på enheten.
Obs! Kom ihåg att vattennivån stiger när du lägger ned mat i behållaren.
Använd inte destillerat vatten.
3. Anslut enheten till en strömkälla. Ett långt pip hörs och alla indikatorer lyser
under ungefär en sekund, och sedan släcks dem men indikatorn för lyser
konstant.
4. Tryck på och -indikatorn blinkar. Den senast sparade temperaturen
blinkar på displayen. Ställ in önskad temperatur genom att trycka på och
-knapparna. Temperaturen ändras med 0.1°C för varje tryck. Tryck och
håll in för snabbare temperaturändring.
Obs! Temperaturen går att ställa in mellan 30 och 95 °C.
5. Efter att du valt temperatur trycker du på för att gå in i timerläget.
-indikatorn blinkar, och den senast sparade tiden blinkar på displayen.
Välj tid genom att trycka på och -knapparna. Tiden ändras med en minut
för varje tryck. Tryck och håll in för snabbare tidsändring.
Obs! Tiden går att ställa in mellan 00:00 och 99:59.
6. Efter att du valt tid trycker du på -knappen en gång. -indikatorn lyser
konstant och enheten börjar värma upp vattnet enligt inställningarna.

ANVÄNDNING
Observera:
– Under användningen kan du trycka på för att kontrollera vilken temperatur
och tid du valt. Du kan också ändra inställningarna genom att följa ovan
anvisningar. Tryck på en gång efter att du ändrat inställningarna, så
indikatorn lyser med ett fast sken istället för att blinka, så kommer enheten
använda de nya inställningarna. Om du inte trycker på någon knapp inom 3
sekunder avbryts ändringen.
– Vid användning kan du hålla in i två sekunder för att avbryta och stänga
av enheten.
– Om du inte vill ställa in en ny temperatur eller tid så kan du trycka på för att
starta enheten enligt de senast använda inställningarna.
7. Vänta på att vattnet värmts upp till den valda temperaturen. När temperaturen är
uppnådd hör du ett längre pip och därefter startar timern.
8. Lägg ned den paketerade maten i behållaren och låt utrustningen göra sitt.
Tre pip hörs när timern är klar, och enheten går automatiskt in i standby.
Försiktig: Nederdelen på apparaten blir mycket varm under användning.
Säkerställ att den hunnit svalna innan du rör den.
9. Koppla från enheten och rengör den genom att följa instruktionerna i kapitlet
”Rengöring”.
Obs!
– Om enheten kopplats från strömförsörjningen visar den standardtemperaturs-
och tidsinställningarna (“50:0” och “03:00”) när den sätts på igen.
– Enheten har minnesfunktion, vilket innebär att den startar enligt senast valda
temperatur och tid genom att du trycker på . Men detta gäller endast om den
enbart varit i standby och du inte dragit ur kontakten.

UNDERHÅLL
RENGÖRING
Försiktig: Enheten är inte diskmaskinsäker. Låt enheten svalna till rumstemperatur
och torka den sedan försiktigt med en fuktig trasa. Låt den torka ordentligt innan du
ställer under den.
Om de delar som varit i kontakt med vatten blir oljiga eller behöver rengöras ordentligt:
1. Sätt enheten i en behållare enligt vad som beskrivs under ”Användning”. Fyll
behållaren med vatten upp till ”Max”-nivån.
2. Sätt temperaturen till 65 °C.
3. Tillsätt en halv matsked av icke-löddrande diskmedel per 3 liter vatten.
4. Låt vattnet cirkulera under 10 minuter efter att det nått 65 °C.
5. Stäng av och koppla från enheten.
6. När enheten har svalnat, skölj nederdelen med kallt vatten och låt torka innan
du ställer undan den.
AVKALKNING
Vid regelbunden användning bör du avkalka enheten varje månad eller oftare om du
bor i ett område med hårt vatten. För att kalka av:
1. Sätt enheten i en behållare enligt vad som beskrivs under ”Användning”. Fyll
behållaren med vatten upp till ”Max”-nivån.
2. Sätt temperaturen till 80 °C.
3. Tillsätt 1/2 dl citronsyra per 3 liter vatten.
4. Låt vattnet cirkulera under 20 minuter efter att det nått 80 °C.
5. Stäng av och koppla från enheten.
6. När enheten har svalnat, skölj nederdelen med kallt vatten och låt torka innan
du ställer undan den.

Låg vattennivå: Om vattennivån är

Vänta några minuter så enheten får svalna.

Read this instruction manual carefully before use and save it for future
reference. If you follow these instructions, your appliance will provide
you with years of good service.
– Before you connect the appliance: Ensure that the voltage rating
on the type plate corresponds to your mains voltage (type plate is
located on the clamp).
– To reduce the risk of electric shock: Do not remove the cover.
There are no user serviceable parts inside. Refer servicing to
qualified service personnel.
– Repairs to electrical appliances shall always be performed by
qualified personnel. Improper repairs may place the user and the
equipment at serious risk.
– Do not operate the appliance with a damaged plug or cord, after
a malfunction or after being dropped or damaged in any way.
Doing so may cause electric shock/personal injuries and property
damage may occur.
– If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified people to
avoid a hazard.
– Do not remove the appliance from the mains power supply by

– Never leave the appliance within reach of children. The product is
not a toy! Close supervision is required when using the appliance
near children.
– A short supply cord should be used to reduce the risk resulting
from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord. Do not
use an extension cord with this product.
– The appliance should not come into direct contact with food. Use
approved boilable bags.
– Ingredients like juice, soup or milk products still need to be
bagged or sealed in jars for cooking. The appliance must only be
used in water.
– Operate the appliance in water only. Keep the water level between
the “Min” and “Max” levels indicated on the appliance.
– Keep the appliance dry. Never operate the appliance unless the
water level is between the indicated “Min” and “Max” levels. Only
the heater and impeller parts should be in water. Do not immerse
the cord or upper part of the appliance into liquid. Do not use if
the upper parts are submerged in water.
– Circulated water can be very hot. Use a trivet to protect your
countertop from any container being used with the appliance. Use
tongs to reach anything inside the water bath. Extreme caution
must be used when moving containers of hot water.
– Cover the water bath. Energy can be saved by covering the water
bath with clingwrap when cooking. Do not cover any part of the
appliance with clingwrap.

OPERATION
WHAT IS SOUS VIDE COOKING?
Sous vide means “under vacuum” in French and refers to the process of vacuum-
sealed food in a bag which is cooked in a very precise temperature in a water bath.
OPERATION
Caution: Parts above the “Max” mark must not be immersed into the water.
1. Attach the appliance on a container by using the clamp. The container you use
must be minimum 11 cm deep, and have enough capacity to hold your food
and have plenty of room for the water to circulate.
Note: If you use a plastic container, make sure it is suitable for the temperature
you will use.
2. Add water to the container. The water level should be between the “Min” and
“Max” levels indicated on the appliance.
Note: Remember that the water level will rise when you add food to the
container. Do not use distilled water.
3. Connect the appliance to a power source. One long beep will be heard and all
the indicators illuminate for about one second and then they extinguish but the
indicator of key will illuminate solidly.
4. Press the key and the icon flashes. The last saved temperature is
flashing on the display. Set the desired temperature by pressing and keys.
The temperature changes by 0.1°C for each press. Press and hold for faster
temperature change.
Note: The temperature range is between 30 to 95 °C.
5. After choosing your preferred temperature, press the key to enter time
mode. The indicator flashes, and the last saved time is flashing on the
display. Set the desired time by pressing and keys. The time changes by
one minute for each press. Press and hold for fast temperature change.
Note: The time range is between 00:00 to 99:59.
6. After choosing the time, press the key once. The indicator of the key will
illuminate solidly and the appliance starts to heat based on the chosen settings.
Notes:
– During operation, you can press the key to check the set temperature

and time. You can also reset the temperature and time by following the above
operation. Press once after reset and the corresponding indicator illuminates
solidly instead of flashing, and the appliance will work based on the reset
settings. If not pressing any keys for 3 seconds, the reset will be invalid.
– During operation, you can press and hold the key for about 2 seconds to
turn off the appliance and enter standby mode.
– If you do not want to set the temperature or time, you can press the key to
start the appliance according to the last saved settings.
7. Wait for the water to heat up to the set temperature. One long beep will be heard
when the set temperature is reached, and then the time starts to count down.
8. Add your food in the pot and let the appliance do its work. Three beeps can
be heard when the countdown is finished, and then the appliance enters into
standby mode.
Caution: The bottom part will become very hot during operation. Make sure it
has cooled down completely before touching it.
9. Unplug the appliance and clean it by following the instructions in the section
”Cleaning”.
Notes:
– If the appliance is unplugged, the display will show the default temperature and
time settings (“50:0” and “03:00”) after being turned on again.
– The appliance has memory function, which means that it will start according to
last set temperature and time when it is started again (only pressing the key) -
if it has only been in standby mode and not unplugged from the power source.

MAINTENANCE
CLEANING
Caution: The appliance is not dishwasher safe. Allow the appliance to cool down
to room temperature, then wipe it carefully with a damp cloth and allow it to dry
before storing.
If the immersed parts become greasy or need more cleaning:
1. Put the appliance in a container as described in the section ”operation”. Fill the
container with water to the “Max” level indicated on the appliance.
2. Set the temperature to 65 °C.
3. Add 1/2 a tablespoon of non-foaming dishwashing liquid per 3 liter of water.
4. Allow the water to circulate for 10 minutes after 65 °C is reached.
5. Turn off and unplug the appliance.
6. When the appliance is cool, rinse the bottom part with cold water and dry
before storage.
DESCALING
With frequent use, descaling should be done every month or more often in regions
with hard water. To descale:
1. Put the appliance in a container as described in the section ”operation” and fill
the container with water to the “Max” level indicated on the appliance.
2. Set the temperature to 80 °C.
3. Add 1/2 dl of citric acid powder per 3 liter of water.
4. Allow the water to circulate for 20 minutes after 80 °C is reached.
5. Turn off and unplug the appliance.
6. When the appliance is cool, rinse the bottom part with cold water and dry
before storage.

Problem Solution
Low water: If the water level is
below the “Min” mark, a low
water warning “ER1” will appear.
Unplug the appliance. Add water to a
level between the “Min” and “Max” marks.
Reconnect and start the appliance again.
Overheating: If the appliance
gets too hot, an overheating
warning “ER2” will appear.
It may be necessary to add water to the
container. Unplug the appliance, wait a few
minutes for the appliance to cool down, and
then reconnect and start the appliance again.
