WFCLSYNC
Introduction
The Hayward Sync Module is a driver that permits compatibility between Hayward LED Waterfalls (Sheer 500 LED) and
Hayward Universal ColorLogic® LED lights from the same power source (same circuit). The Sync Module will sync with 17
different Light Show programs for the ultimate backyard experience. The Sync Module can drive up to 3 Hayward LED
Waterfalls.

Installation
- Sync Module includes a 4 foot long power cable
- Figure 1 shows wiring from Hayward transformer to Sync Module
- Connect and lock the Sync Module from the 3-Way Splitter to the waterfall
power cable(s)
- ColorLogic® light(s) must be connected to the same power source as the
Sync Module.
- The Sync Module is capable of syncing up to 3 LED Waterfalls using the
provided 3 Way Splitter. Multiple Sync Modules can be connected on the
same power source. Consult a qualified professional for electrical work.
NOTE 1: SHALL BE INSTALLED ONLY WITH CSA CERTIFIED
TRANSFORMER (LTBCY11300).
NOTE 2: SHALL BE INSTALLED WITHIN 1 FOOT (30cm) FROM CSA

Operation
Choose a light show from 17 of the available settings:
- Toggle light transformer from “On”, back to “Off”, and back “On” between 2 to 10 seconds.
A new Sync Module will require a sync to be performed between the waterfall and pool lights. Power the transformer
“On” for 1 minute prior to sync. Power the transformer “Off” and wait 14 seconds before power “On”. Lights will now be
synched. If power switch is turned “Off” for more than 15 seconds, the Sync Module will store the last running Light
Show. The next time the unit is powered on, the Sync Module will load the last running show within 15 seconds.

Installation
-Le module de synchronisation comprend un cordon d’alimentation de 4 pi
(1,2 m).
-La figure 1 montre le câblage entre le transformateur Hayward et le
module de synchronisation.

-Raccordez et verrouillez le module de synchronisation du diviseur à trois voies au(x) câble(s) d’alimentation de la
(des) cascade(s) d’eau.
-La ou les lumières ColorLogicMD doivent être connectées à la même source d’alimentation que le module de
synchronisation.
-Le module de synchronisation peut synchroniser jusqu’à trois cascades d’eau DEL à l’aide du diviseur à trois voies
fourni. Plusieurs modules de synchronisation peuvent être connectés à la même source d’alimentation. Consultez un
professionnel qualifié pour les travaux électriques.
NOTE 1 : DOIT ÊTRE INSTALLÉ UNIQUEMENT AVEC UN TRANSFORMATEUR HOMOLOGUÉ CSA (LTBCY11300).

Fonctionnement
Choisissez un spectacle lumineux parmi les 17 réglages possibles :
-Faites passer l’interrupteur du transformateur de la lumière de la position « On », à la position « Off » et de
nouveau à la position « On » entre 2 à 10 secondes.
Dans le cas d’un nouveau module de synchronisation, une synchronisation entre la cascade d’eau et les lumières de la
piscine est nécessaire. Mettez sous tension le transformateur en plaçant l’interrupteur à « On » durant 1 minute avant la
synchronisation. Coupez le courant au transformateur en plaçant l’interrupteur à « Off » et attendez 14 secondes avant
de replacer l’interrupteur à « On ». Les lumières seront maintenant synchronisées. Si l’interrupteur est placé à « Off »
durant plus de 15 secondes, le module de synchronisation sauvegardera le dernier spectacle lumineux. La prochaine fois
que le module de synchronisation sera mis sous tension, il démarrera le dernier spectacle lumineux sauvegardé dans les
15 secondes.

Mettez sous tension le transformateur en plaçant l’interrupteur à
« On » durant 1 minute avant la synchronisation. Coupez le
courant au transformateur en plaçant l’interrupteur à « Off » et
attendez 14 secondes avant de replacer l’interrupteur à « On ».
Après 4 secondes, vérifiez que toutes les lumières sont
synchronisées. Au besoin, répétez la procédure de
synchronisation (idéalement en utilisant un chronomètre).
