Introduction
Thank you for choosing a healing HIR434 Remote Control Extender.
The HIR434 Remote Control Extender is a low profile Infrared command
repeater that utilises 434MHz wireless technology to send the Infrared
signal from one room to another.
The systems infrared Receiver and infrared Transmitter allows you to
change channels or use almost any Remote Control function of Pay TV
Receivers, CD Player, DVD Player, Blu-Ray Player, CCTV - or virtually any
IR controlled device from another room.

Projectors or almost any AV device wirelessly from one room to another.

Safety and General Instructions
.This product has no serviceable parts inside - do not disassemble as this
may result in electric shock.
. This product should only be installed and operated in a dry place - do not
expose this product to water or humidity.
.Install this product on a flat even surface free from vibration.
. Use a damp cloth for cleaning –do not use solvents, liquid cleaners,
aerosol cleaners or insecticides on this product.
. When cleaning, unplug the product from the wall outlet.
.Do not locate this product near equipment that generates heat.
. Do not expose this product to strong light.
. If the product is to be left unattended and unused for long periods, unplug
from the wall outlet –this is an electrical safety measure in case of
lightning storm and power surges.
.This product must be powered from the low voltage source as supplied.
.Remove the AC Power Adaptors from the wall socket if any of the
following occur:-
- power adaptor is damaged.
- the product has been exposed to water.
- the product does not operate normally.
- the product is mechanically broken.
The distance your healing wireless remote control extender will reach will
vary according to the material with which the walls of the building are
constructed –Range: up to 100 metres in open terrain.

Installation –Transmitter Unit
Transmitter Unit
Install in the room where you want to use the remote control.
. Locate the Transmitter so that the receiver will receive IR commands.
.Connect the supplied 9V DC power supply to the power supply jack on
the Transmitter and to mains power.
Receiver Unit
. Position the Receiver or the remote IR blaster so that the IR signals
repeated will be emitted towards the equipment you need to control from
other room.
.Connect the supplied 9V DC power supply to the power supply jack on
the Receiver and to mains power.

Troubleshooting
If you experience operating difficulties please firstly check the Power
Adaptor and IR Extender Mouse are correctly plugged in.
Ensure Transmitter and Receiver are plugged into mains power.
Power LED of the Transmitter does not Flash when the Remote Control is
operated
. Try operating in another location.
. Ensure the Remote Control is directed in line with the Transmitter IR
Window.
. Ensure when operating the Remote Control the distance from the
Transmitter is no more than 20 feet.
Power LED of the Receiver does not Flash when the Remote Control is
operated.
. Try operating in another location.
. Ensure the Receiver is directed in line with the front of the A/V device you
are controlling.
. Receiver cannot be more than 100 feet from the Transmitter.
. Ensure the IR Extender Mouse has been placed in front of the IR window
of the A/V device you are controlling.

TWELVE MONTH
WARRANTY
Subject to the conditions stated below, healing digital warrants your new
Remote Control Extender to be free of defects in workmanship and
materials for 12 months from the date of purchase. For the period of
warranty healing digital’s obligation includes labour and materials, but
excludes neglect, accident, abuse and transportation to and from healing
digital’s service station. healing digital will not be liable for consequential
loss or damage arising from any function of the receiver.
healing digital reserves the right to determine at is sole discretion fault
cause. In the event of a claim, proof of purchase in the form of your Tax
invoice and this warranty slip may be required. This warranty applies to
the original purchaser only and is not transferable. The benefits conferred
by this warranty are in addition to rights provided under relevant State or
Federal legislation, but excludes any other expressed or implied warranty.
