Thisinstrumentcarriesthe manufacturer'swarrantyforthe period oftwo
yearsfromthe dateofpurchase. Proof ofpurchaseisthe invoiceorreceipt.
Damage caused byimproperhandling orunauthorised access invalidates
the guarantee. No warrantyeitherexpressed orimplied ismade ofthis
instrument regarding itsquality,performance,suitabilityorfitness fora
particularpurpose.
The manufacturerisnotliablefordirect, indirect, special,incidental or
consequentialdamagesarising of the useorinabilitytousethisinstrument
ordocumentationevenif advised of the possibilityof suchdamages. In
particularthe manufacturerassumesno liabilityforanymaterialincluding
negativesorphotographsused withthisinstrumentincluding whatevercosts
of repairing,replacing orrecovering suchmaterials.
Thisinstrumenthasbeen carefullymanufactured and tested using flawless
materialsand state-of-the-arttechnology.Incaseoffailurereturnthe
instrument toan authorised serviceagent accompanied byproof of
purchase.Withinthe warrantyperiod,the manufacturerassumesthe cost of
replacement partsand repair.The manufacturerreservesthe righttoreplace
the instrumentinlieu of repairing atitsdiscretion.
