1 User information
These operating instructions are an essential aid for
proper operation of the AT2000CPKbenchmountkit.
They contain important information and safety
instructions to properly set up the products as well as for
their intended and economical use.
1.1 Field of application
The operating instructions are directed towards
technicians and the operator.
These operating instructions only apply for the following
AT2000CPKbenchmountkit, referred to in the following
as “bench mount” and the associated Autotool2000CPK
tool, referred to as “tool” in the following.

1.6 Keeping and handing over these instructions
These operating instructions must be kept in the
immediate vicinity of the workplace and must be available
to all personnel at all times. The operator must inform the
personnel about where this manual is kept. If the manual
should no longer be legible, the operator must procure a
replacement from the manufacturer.
When the products are handed over or sold to third
parties, the following documents must be handed over to
the new owner:
• this manual
• documents regarding repair work
• verification of maintenance work

2 Safety instructions
The bench mount has been manufactured according to
the current state of technology and recognised safety
regulations. Nonetheless, use of the device can result in
hazards to life and limb for the user or third persons, or in
damage to the bench mount and other material property.
These operating instructions contain information
on safety.
fAlways follow all of the instructions to prevent
personal injury, material damage, or environmental
damage.
2.1 Representation and layout of warning
instructions
The warning instructions relate to actions and are
structured as follows:

2.2 Classification of the warning instructions
Warning instructions in the operating instructions warn
the user about risks involved with handling the bench
mount and the tool and also provide information on how
to avoid them.
Non-observance can result in accidents with fatalities,
injuries or material damage.
The warning instructions are graded according to the
severity of their danger. In the following, the danger
grading is explained with the corresponding signal words
and warning symbols.

Immediate risk of lethal or serious injuries.
WARNING
Possible risk of lethal or serious injuries.

Possible damage to the bench mount, the tool, the cable
bundle, or the surroundings.
2.3 General safety instructions for power tools
The safety instructions in the operating instructions for
the Autotool2000CPK also apply for operating the
Autotool2000CPK after installation in the
AT2000CPKbenchmountkit.

Risk of severe injury due to failure to observe the
applicable safety instructions!
Failure to observe the safety instructions in these
operating instructions and/or in the other applicable
documents can result in severe injuries, burns, and
electrical shocks.

prevent danger.

Autotool2000CPK.
fBefore performing installation work, cleaning, and
maintenance, switch off the tool and the power
supply unit.
2.4 Basic safety instructions
2.4.1 Cleanliness at the workplace
Tidiness, good lighting and cleanliness at the workplace
make work easier and minimise the dangers and
risks of injury.
Observe the following basic principles for tidiness and
cleanliness at the workplace:
fPut away any tools that are no longer required.
fAvoid tripping hazards (e.g. dispose of rubbish in the
intended containers immediately).
fClean up soiling caused by grease, oils and other
liquids immediately.
2.4.2 Spare parts and accessories
Only genuine spare parts and accessories guarantee correct
function and minimise hazards and risk of injury.
Observe the following basic principles regarding spare
parts and accessories:
fOnly use genuine spare parts.
fCheck replaced components for proper function.
fOnly use accessories that are approved by
HellermannTyton.
