1 User information
These operating instructions are an essential aid for
proper operation of the AT2000CPKbenchmountkit.
They contain important information and safety
instructions to properly set up the products as well as for
their intended and economical use.
1.1 Field of application
The operating instructions are directed towards
technicians and the operator.
These operating instructions only apply for the following
AT2000CPKbenchmountkit, referred to in the following
as “bench mount” and the associated Autotool2000CPK
tool, referred to as “tool” in the following.

1.6 Keeping and handing over these instructions
These operating instructions must be kept in the
immediate vicinity of the workplace and must be available
to all personnel at all times. The operator must inform the
personnel about where this manual is kept. If the manual
should no longer be legible, the operator must procure a
replacement from the manufacturer.
When the products are handed over or sold to third
parties, the following documents must be handed over to
the new owner:
• this manual
• documents regarding repair work
• verification of maintenance work

2 Safety instructions
The bench mount has been manufactured according to
the current state of technology and recognised safety
regulations. Nonetheless, use of the device can result in
hazards to life and limb for the user or third persons, or in
damage to the bench mount and other material property.
These operating instructions contain information
on safety.
fAlways follow all of the instructions to prevent
personal injury, material damage, or environmental
damage.
2.1 Representation and layout of warning
instructions
The warning instructions relate to actions and are
structured as follows:

2.2 Classification of the warning instructions
Warning instructions in the operating instructions warn
the user about risks involved with handling the bench
mount and the tool and also provide information on how
to avoid them.
Non-observance can result in accidents with fatalities,
injuries or material damage.
The warning instructions are graded according to the
severity of their danger. In the following, the danger
grading is explained with the corresponding signal words
and warning symbols.

NOTE
Possible damage to the bench mount, the tool, the cable
bundle, or the surroundings.
2.3 General safety instructions for power tools
The safety instructions in the operating instructions for
the Autotool2000CPK also apply for operating the
Autotool2000CPK after installation in the
AT2000CPKbenchmountkit.
WARNING
Risk of severe injury due to failure to observe the
applicable safety instructions!
Failure to observe the safety instructions in these
operating instructions and/or in the other applicable
documents can result in severe injuries, burns, and
electrical shocks.

fBefore performing installation work, cleaning, and
maintenance, switch off the tool and the power
supply unit.
2.4 Basic safety instructions
2.4.1 Cleanliness at the workplace
Tidiness, good lighting and cleanliness at the workplace
make work easier and minimise the dangers and
risks of injury.
Observe the following basic principles for tidiness and
cleanliness at the workplace:
fPut away any tools that are no longer required.
fAvoid tripping hazards (e.g. dispose of rubbish in the
intended containers immediately).
fClean up soiling caused by grease, oils and other
liquids immediately.
2.4.2 Spare parts and accessories
Only genuine spare parts and accessories guarantee correct
function and minimise hazards and risk of injury.
Observe the following basic principles regarding spare
parts and accessories:
fOnly use genuine spare parts.
fCheck replaced components for proper function.
fOnly use accessories that are approved by
HellermannTyton.

2.5 Intended use
The bench mount may only be operated in faultless and
safe condition, while keeping safety and potential
dangers in mind.
The bench mount with integrated tool is suitable and
intended for the following applications:
• Automatic tying up the cable bundle up to
max.20mm diameter
• For indoor use only
• Industrial use
2.6 Misuse
Any use that is not mentioned in the "Intended use"
section is considered as misuse. The operator of the
bench mount bears sole liability for any resulting damage.
In addition to that, the safety regulations of the tool
also apply

In particular, the following use is not permitted:
• Use with defective parts
• Use in explosive or inflammable environments
• Outdoor use
• Use with high humidity and / or direct solar radiation
• Manual interventions while the process is running
• Unauthorised changes and modifications on the
bench mount or the tool and their components
without approval by HellermannTyton
• Use of spare parts and accessories that were not
tested and approved by HellermannTyton
• Installation on an unsuitable base.
2.7 Operator obligations
The operator must:
• observe and comply with the respectively applicable
national accident prevention regulations and health
and safety regulations.
• provide the qualified personnel with the required
protective equipment and check, maintain and replace
damaged parts according to the regulations.
2.8 Personnel qualification
Underage persons of trainees may only perform work
under the supervision of an experienced qualified
personnel and with the express consent of the operator.
2.8.1 Qualified personnel for operation
The qualified personnel for advanced operation are
assigned with the following tasks and responsibilities:
• Operating the tool and the bench mount
• Elimination of faults or initiation of measures to
eliminate faults
• Cleaning the tool and the bench mount
Due to their specialised training or practical experience,
this personnel ensures proper handling.
2.8.2 Qualified personnel for servicing and
maintenance
Servicing and maintenance may only be performed by
qualified personnel. Due to their specialised training, this
personnel has sufficient knowledge about the tool or the
bench mount and can assess its safe working condition.
Moreover, the personnel is familiar with the following
rules and regulations:
• Relevant national health and safety regulations
• Accident prevention regulations
• Generally recognised rules of the technology,
provisions and standards
2.8.3 Trained electrician
Work on the electrical supply and on live components
may only be performed by a trained electrician.
2.8.4 Authorised qualified personnel for repairs
and inspection
Repairs and safety inspections may only be performed by
a service technician from HellermannTyton or a service
technician authorised by HellermannTyton.

3.2 Items included
The bench mount is delivered with the following
components and fixing elements:
• 1× foot switch incl. cable
• 1× column
• 1× reel retainer with clamp ring

fCheck the scope of delivery for completeness before
starting installation.
3.3 Function
The AT2000CPKbenchmountkit makes it possible to
fasten the Autotool2000CPK tool in an upright position.
The upright position enables flexible and trouble-free
work with the Autotool2000CPK tool at the workplace.
The operator can feed the cable bundle into the tool and
trigger the tying procedure with the foot switch supplied,
without holding the tool in their hand and therefore
carrying the weight. This makes use of the tool more
effective for the operator.
4 Transport and storage
Only proper transport and proper storage help to
minimise possible material damage to the bench mount.
Observe the following basic principles regarding transport
and storage:
fSecure all moving components.
fOnly use the original packaging supplied for transport
and storage.
fStore the bench mount in dry places that are not
exposed to spray water.
fProtect the bench mount from direct sunlight and
extreme heat.
fThe electronic components (e.g. Autotool2000CPK,
CPKpowersupplyunit, and their cables) must be
packaged protected against impact and stored
separately from the bench mount.
5 Installation and initial operation
DANGER
Danger of lethal electric shock!
There is a risk of lethal injury when touching live
components.
fOnly connect the tool to a properly installed standard
socket with earthed contacts.
fObserve the voltage and amperage requirements.
fDo not touch any of the live components.
CAUTION
Possible risk of crushing due to closing tongs!
When a tool is switched on, it can be accidentally
activated during installation work.
The tongs on the tool can cause crushing injuries when
they are closed.
fOnly perform installation work when the power
supply unit is switched off.

5.1 Required installation tools
fPerform the necessary installation work with the
following installation tools:
• Open-end spanner (size 13)
• Allen key (size 4)
5.2 Installing the bench mount kit
The base plate of the bench mount has additional holes
that enable two different installation options.
Normal installation A :
The waste is disposed of through the opening in the base
plate. The base surface must also have a suitable opening.
Optional installation B :
The waste is disposed of in front of the base plate. An
opening in the base surface is therefore not necessary.

fFor the optional installation B , move the column 8 to
the front of the base plate 4 and screw it on.

fPut the tool bracket 7 on the base plate 4 .
fInsert the three fixing screws 6 through the base
plate 4 into the tool mount 7 and tighten by hand.
fFor the optional installation B , move the tool
bracket 7 to the front of the base plate 4 and screw
it on with two fixing screws 6 .
3 Install the reel retainer incl. clamp ring 9 .
fInsert the reel retainer incl. clamp ring 9 through the
hole in the column 8 .
fPut the washer 2 and the cap nut 1 on the thread of
the reel retainer 9 and tighten by hand.
4 Install the guide roller with bracket 10 .
fInsert the guide roller with bracket 10 into the
opening in the column 8 .
fInsert the two fixing screws 3 through the bracket 10
into the column 8 and tighten by hand.
The reel brake 11 is adjusted at the factory.
It is not necessary to readjust the reel brake.
;The AT2000CPKbenchmountkit is installed.
5.3 Suitable workplace
To ensure flawless operation of the bench mount, the
workplace must be prepared and arranged as follows:
fThe workplace must have sufficient lighting.
fThe workplace must have a stable base surface
(e.g. a work table, a workbench or a work surface).
fThe base surface must have enough space for the
bench mount and the required work with the bench
mount.
fThe base surface must have a suitable opening for
waste disposal (only for installation A ).

5.4 Installing the bench mount kit at the workplace
The screws for fastening the base plate to the base
surface are not included in the scope of delivery.
The operator must use screws that are suitable for the
base surface.

5.6 Connecting the tool
1 Connect the tool to the power supply unit.
fObserve the operating instructions for the
Autotool2000CPK.
2 Connect the foot switch to the power supply unit.
3 Check the cabling.
fMake sure that the cables are routed without kinks.
fMake sure that the tool, the power supply unit,
and the cable tie reel are still easily accessible
after connecting.

5.7 Installing the waste bin
The waste bin is not included in the scope of delivery
and must be individually produced and installed by
the operator.
The following points must be observed for producing and
installing the waste bin:
fMake sure that the waste bin is positioned
underneath the opening in the base plate.
fMake sure that the waste bin is big enough.
fMake sure that the waste bin is easily accessible
for emptying.

5.9 Commissioning before every use
Commissioning before every use is important for safety
and comprises a check before and after operation.
fCheck the bench mount for defects.
fHave any defects found repaired by maintenance
personnel if necessary.
fOnly operate the bench mount when all defects have
been repaired and safety is ensured.
5.9.1 Check before operation
Before every operation, perform the following steps:
fCheck the cabling for firm seating.
fCheck the unwinding direction of the cable tie reel.
fCheck that the foot switch works properly.
5.9.2 Check after operation
After every operation, perform the following steps:
fClean the bench mount, the tool, and the
surrounding workplace.
fEmpty the waste bin.
fRecord and report any observed defects.

cleaning agents!
Incompatible and aggressive cleaning agents can damage
surfaces or components.
fOnly use cleaning agents that are compatible with the
surfaces and materials of the bench mount, tool,
power supply unit, and cables.
fCover sensitive components for protection.
1 Disconnect the power supply unit.
2 Clean dirt and foreign objects off of the bench mount.
3 Switch the power supply unit back on.

8.2 Maintenance
8.2.1 Important information
The bench mount must be regularly maintained to ensure
it is working safely.
8.2.2 General maintenance measures
The maintenance required for the tool and the power
supply unit is described in the tool's operating
instructions.

working properly.
fCheck the suitability of the workplace.
fCheck the fastened electrical cords for damage.
fDamaged electrical cords must be replaced
immediately by qualified maintenance personnel.

maintenance work!
Maintenance work not carried out correctly can affect the
safety of the bench mount and result in severe injuries.
fMaintenance work should only be performed by
authorised and trained personnel.

the bench mount and result in a malfunction.

9 Taking out of operation
DANGER

There is a risk of lethal injury when touching live
components.
fSwitch off the power supply unit before taking
out of operation
fPull the power cable out of the socket.
Taking out of operation is used to decommission the
bench mount.
9.1 Taking the bench mount kit out of operation
1 Disconnect the power supply unit.
2 Remove the cabling.
3 Remove the tool from the tool bracket.
4 Remove the cable tie reel.
5 Remove the bench mount from the base surface.
6 Label the bench mount with a suitable sign
("out of operation").
7 Dispose of or store the bench mount properly.

operation
1 Check the bench mount for completeness.

10 Disposal
The operator is obliged to properly dispose of the
delivered bench mount and components when they are
no longer used. Disposal of the bench mount, individual
components, as well as operating and auxiliary materials
are sometimes subject to legal regulations.
The responsible local authorities can provide
precise information.
fDispose of the packaging in compliance with the
applicable disposal and environmental regulations.
fMaterials, production waste and operating materials
may only be delivered to authorised collection points.
fIn case of uncertainty regarding disposal, contact the
manufacturer.

1 Benutzerhinweise
Diese Betriebsanleitung ist eine wesentliche Hilfe für
den ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb der
TischvorrichtungAT2000CPK Sie enthält wichtige
Informationen und Sicherheitshinweise, um die
Produkte sachgerecht aufzustellen, sowie
bestimmungsgemäß und wirtschaftlich zu betreiben.
1.1 Geltungsbereich
Die Betriebsanleitung richtet sich an Fachkräfte und
den Betreiber. Die Betriebsanleitung gilt ausschließlich
für die folgende TischvorrichtungAT2000CPK, im
Folgenden „Tischvorrichtung“ genannt und das dazu
gehörige Werkzeug Autotool2000CPK, im
Folgenden „Werkzeug“ genannt.

1.6 Aufbewahrung und Weitergabe der Anleitung
Diese Betriebsanleitung muss in unmittelbarer Nähe
des Arbeitsplatzes aufbewahrt werden und dem
gesamten Personal jederzeit zur Verfügung stehen.
Der Betreiber muss das Personal über den
Aufbewahrungsort dieser Anleitung informieren.
Wenn die Anleitung nicht mehr gut lesbar ist, muss
der Betreiber beim Hersteller Ersatz beschaffen.
Bei Übergabe oder Weiterverkauf der Produkte an
Dritte müssen folgende Dokumente an den neuen
Besitzer weitergegeben werden:

2 Sicherheitshinweise
Die Tischvorrichtung ist nach dem Stand der Technik
und den anerkannten sicherheitstechnischen Regeln
gefertigt. Dennoch können bei der Verwendung
Gefahren für Leib und Leben des Benutzers oder
Dritter bzw. Beeinträchtigungen der Tischvorrichtung
und anderer Sachwerte entstehen.
Die vorliegende Betriebsanleitung beinhaltet
Anweisungen zur Sicherheit.
fAlle Anweisungen um Personen-, Sach- oder
Umweltschäden zu vermeiden müssen befolgt
werden.
2.1 Darstellung und Aufbau von Warnhinweisen
Die Warnhinweise sind handlungsbezogen und wie
folgt aufgebaut:

2.2 Klassifizierung der Warnhinweise
Warnhinweise in der Betriebsanleitung warnen vor
Gefahren im Umgang mit der Tischvorrichtung und
dem Werkzeug und geben Hinweise zu deren
Vermeidung.
Jede Nichtbeachtung kann Unfälle mit tödlichem
Ausgang, Verletzungen oder Sachschäden zur Folge
haben.
Die Warnhinweise sind hinsichtlich der Schwere ihrer
Gefahr abgestuft. Nachfolgend sind die
Gefahrenstufen mit den dazugehörigen Signalwörtern
und Warnsymbolen erläutert.

2.3 Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise für
Elektrowerkzeuge
Die Sicherheitshinweise in der Betriebsanleitung des
Autotool2000CPK gelten auch für den Betrieb des
Autotool2000CPK nach der Montage in die
TischvorrichtungAT2000CPK.

Missachtung der Sicherheitshinweise in dieser
Betriebsanleitung und/oder in den mit geltenden
Unterlagen können zu schweren Verletzungen, Brand und

fVor Montagearbeiten, Reinigung und Wartung das
Werkzeug und das Netzgerät spannungsfrei schalten.
2.4 Grundsätzliche Sicherheitshinweise
2.4.1 Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz
Ordnung, gute Beleuchtung und Sauberkeit am
Arbeitsplatz erleichtern das Arbeiten, minimieren die
Gefahren und das Verletzungsrisiko.
Die folgenden Grundsätze zur Ordnung und
Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz einhalten:
fNicht mehr benötigtes Werkzeug wegräumen.
fStolperstellen vermeiden (z. B. Abfälle sofort in dafür
vorgesehene Behälter werfen).
fVerunreinigungen durch Fette, Öle und andere
Flüssigkeiten sofort beseitigen.
2.4.2 Ersatzteile und Zubehör
Nur Original-Ersatzteile und Zubehör gewährleisten
die korrekte Funktion und minimieren die Gefahren
und das Verletzungsrisiko.
Die folgenden Grundsätze zu Ersatzteilen und
Zubehör einhalten:
fAusschließlich Original-Ersatzteile verwendet werden.
fErsetzte Bauteile auf deren Funktion überprüfen.
fAusschließlich Zubehör verwenden, dass von
HellermannTyton freigegeben ist.

2.5 Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Die Tischvorrichtung nur in einwandfreiem und
sicherem Zustand, sicherheitsbewusst und
gefahrenbewusst betreiben.
Die Tischvorrichtung ist mit integriertem Werkzeug für
folgende Einsätze geeignet und bestimmt:
• Automatisches Abbinden am Bündelgut bis
max.20mm Durchmesser
• Gebrauch ausschließlich für den Innenbereich
• Industrieller Gebrauch
2.6 Bestimmungswidrige Verwendung
Jegliche Benutzung, die nicht im Abschnitt
„Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung“ genannt ist, gilt
als bestimmungswidrig. Für hieraus resultierende
Schäden haftet allein der Betreiber der
Tischvorrichtung.
Darüber hinaus gelten die Sicherheitsbestimmungen
des Werkzeuges

Insbesondere folgende Nutzung ist nicht zulässig:
• Nutzung mit defekten Teilen
• Nutzung in explosions- oder feuergefährlicher
Umgebung
• Nutzung im Außenbereich
• Nutzung bei hoher Feuchtigkeit und/oder direkter
Sonneneinstrahlung
• Manuelle Eingriffe während der laufenden Prozesse
• Eigenmächtige Veränderungen und Modifikationen an
der Tischvorrichtung oder dem Werkzeug und deren
Bestandteilen ohne Zustimmung von HellermannTyton
• Einsatz von Ersatzteilen und Zubehör, welche nicht
von HellermannTyton geprüft und freigegeben
wurden
• Montage auf einen nicht geeigneten Untergrund.
2.7 Pflichten des Betreibers
Der Betreiber muss:
• die jeweils national geltenden gesetzlichen
Unfallverhütungsvorschriften und
Arbeitsschutzvorschriften beachten und einhalten.
• dem Fachpersonal die erforderliche Schutzausrüstung
zur Verfügung stellen und gemäß Vorschrift prüfen,
pflegen und schadhafte Teile ersetzen.
2.8 Qualifikation des Personals
Minderjährige oder Personen in der Ausbildung
dürfen die Arbeiten nur unter Aufsicht einer
erfahrenen Fachkraft und nach ausdrücklicher
Erlaubnis des Betreibers durchführen.
2.8.1 Fachpersonal für Bedienung
Dem Fachpersonal für erweiterten Betrieb werden
folgende Befugnisse und Aufgaben zugewiesen:
• Bedienung des Werkzeuges und der Tischvorrichtung
• Beseitigung von Störungen bzw. Einleiten von
Maßnahmen zur Beseitigung von Störungen
• Reinigung des Werkzeuges und der Tischvorrichtung
Dieses Personal bietet aufgrund seiner fachlichen
Ausbildung oder praktischen Erfahrung die
Gewährleistung für eine sachgerechte Handhabung.
2.8.2 Fachpersonal für Instandhaltung und Wartung
Instandhaltung und Wartung nur durch qualifiziertes
Fachpersonal durchführen lassen. Dieses Personal hat
aufgrund seiner fachlichen Ausbildung ausreichende
Kenntnisse über das Werkzeug oder die
Tischvorrichtung und kann einen arbeitssicheren
Zustand beurteilen.
Des Weiteren ist das Personal mit folgenden Regeln
und Vorschriften vertraut:
• Einschlägige staatliche Arbeitsschutzvorschriften
• Unfallverhütungsvorschriften
• Allgemein anerkannte Regeln der Technik,
Bestimmungen und Normen
2.8.3 Ausgebildete Elektrofachkraft
Arbeiten an der elektrischen Versorgung und an
stromführenden Bauteilen nur durch eine
ausgebildete Elektrofachkraft durchführen lassen.
2.8.4 Autorisierte Sachkundige für Reparatur
und Prüfung
Reparaturen und sicherheitstechnische
Überprüfungen dürfen nur durch einen
Servicetechniker von HellermannTyton oder einem von
HellermannTyton autorisierten Servicetechniker
durchgeführt werden.

Die Tischvorrichtung wird mit den folgenden

fDen Lieferumfang vor Beginn der Montage auf
Vollständigkeit überprüfen.
3.3 Funktion
Die TischvorrichtungAT2000CPK ermöglicht eine
Fixierung des Werkzeugs Autotool2000CPK in
aufrechter Position. Die aufrechte Position ermöglicht
ein störungsfreies Arbeiten mit dem Werkzeug
Autotool 2000 CPK am Arbeitsplatz.
Der Bediener kann das Bündelgut dem Werkzeug
zuführen und den Abbindevorgang mit dem
mitgelieferten Fußschalter auslösen, ohne das
Werkzeug in der Hand halten und damit das Gewicht
tragen zu müssen. Dadurch wird die Verwendung des
Werkzeuges für den Bediener effektiver.
4 Transport und Lagerung
Nur ein ordnungsgemäßer Transport und eine
ordnungsgemäße Lagerung helfen mögliche
Sachschäden an der Tischvorrichtung zu minimieren.
Die folgenden Grundsätze zu dem Transport und der
Lagerung einhalten:
fAlle bewegliche Bauteile sichern.
fAusschließlich die mitgelieferte Originalverpackung für
den Transport und die Lagerung verwenden.
fDie Tischvorrichtung an trockenen und vor
Spritzwasser geschützten Orten lagern.
fDie Tischvorrichtung vor direktem Sonnenlicht und
extremer Hitze schützen.
fDie elektronischen Bauteile (z. B. Autotool2000CPK,
NetzgerätCPK und deren Kabel) stoßfest verpacken
und getrennt von der Tischvorrichtung lagern.
5 Montage und Inbetriebnahme
GEFAHR
Lebensgefahr durch Stromschlag!
Bei Kontakt mit spannungsführenden Bauteilen besteht
Lebensgefahr.
fDas Werkzeug nur an eine ordnungsgemäß installierte
und normgerechte Steckdose mit Schutzkontakten
anschließen.
fDie Anforderungen an die Spannung und die
Stromstärke beachten.
fKeine spannungsführenden Bauteile berühren.
VORSICHT
Mögliche Quetschgefahr durch schließende Zangen!
Ein eingeschaltetes Werkzeug kann bei Montagearbeiten
unbeabsichtigt ausgelöst werden.
Die sich schließenden Zangen am Werkzeug können zu
Quetschverletzungen führen.
fMontagearbeiten nur bei ausgeschaltetem Netzgerät
durchführen.

5.1 Benötigtes Montagewerkzeug
fNötige Montagearbeiten mit den folgenden
Montagewerkzeugen durchführen:
• Gabelschlüssel (SW 13)
• Innensechskantschlüssel (SW 4)
5.2 Tischvorrichtung montieren
Die Grundplatte der Tischvorrichtung verfügt über
zusätzliche Bohrungen, welche zwei verschiedene
Montageoptionen ermöglichen.
Normale Montage A :
Die Abfallabführung erfolgt durch die Aussparung der
Grundplatte. Der Untergrund muss ebenfalls über eine
passende Aussparung verfügen.
Optionale Montage B :
Die Abfallabführung erfolgt vor der Grundplatte. Eine
Aussparung im Untergrund ist somit nicht nötig.

1 Die Säule 8 montieren.
fDie Säule 8 auf die Grundplatte 4 setzen.
fDie drei Befestigungsschrauben 5 durch die
Grundplatte 4 in die Säule 8 stecken und handfest
anziehen.
fFür die optionale Montage B die Säule 8 nach vorne
auf die Grundplatte 4 versetzen und verschrauben.
2 Die Werkzeughalterung 7 montieren.
fDie Werkzeughalterung 7 auf die Grundplatte 4
setzen.
fDie drei Befestigungsschrauben 6 durch die
Grundplatte 4 in die Werkzeughalterung 7 stecken
und handfest anziehen.
fFür die optionale Montage B die
Werkzeughalterung 7 nach vorne auf die
Grundplatte 4 versetzen und mit zwei
Befestigungsschrauben 6 verschrauben.
3 Die Spulenaufnahme inkl. Klemmring 9 montieren.
fDie Spulenaufnahme inkl. Klemmring 9 durch die
Bohrung der Säule 8 stecken.
fDie Unterlegscheibe 2 und die Hutmutter 1 auf das
Gewinde der Spulenaufnahme 9 aufsetzen und
handfest anziehen.
4 Die Umlenkrolle mit Halter 10 montieren.
fDie Umlenkrolle mit Halter 10 in die Aussparung der
Säule 8 einsetzen.
fDie zwei Befestigungsschrauben 3 durch den
Halter 10 in die Säule 8 stecken und handfest
anziehen.
Die Spulenbremse 11 ist werkseitig eingestellt.
Eine Justierung der Spulenbremse ist nicht notwendig.
;Die TischvorrichtungAT2000CPK ist montiert.
5.3 Geeigneter Arbeitsplatz
Damit ein einwandfreier Einsatz der Tischvorrichtung
gewährleistet ist, muss der Arbeitsplatz wie folgt
vorbereitet und ausgerichtet sein:
fDer Arbeitsplatz muss ausreichend beleuchteten sein.
fDer Arbeitsplatz muss über einen stabilen Untergrund
(z.B. einen Arbeitstisch, eine Werkbank oder eine
Arbeitsplatte) verfügen.
fDer Untergrund muss ausreichend Platz für die
Tischvorrichtung und die notwendigen Arbeiten mit
der Tischvorrichtung bieten.
fDer Untergrund muss über eine passende Aussparung,
zur Abfallabführung verfügen (nur bei Montage A ).
