Assuming you have the blade in the bowl with your ingredients, all that is left is to chop them.
a. Place the glass lid on your bowl.
b. Carefully place the Heroshi Maruchi Chopper on top of the glass lid. You will feel the shaft slide into the
unit and the nit itself will sit flush with the glass lid.
c. Once the lid and chopper have been secured you can pulse your ingredients. There are 2x settings,
moderate and fast.
Note: If the Heroshi Maruchi Chopper does not feel like it is connecting to the shaft, do not force it, simply rotate the
chopper slightly until you get the right alignment and the shaft slides in easily.

•Pulse for 2-3 seconds at a time, pause for 1 second, repeat until processed.
