Dear users,
Thanks for selecting the HG-8058 advanced garment steamer! Before using the steamer, please carefully read the
operating manual, which provides important safety guidelines.
1. Please use standard supply voltage (AC220-240V, 50-60Hz). The connection of incorrect voltage may damage
the steamer and cause invalidation of the warranty.
2. Do not share a power supply with any other high-power electrical appliance.
3. In order to avoid the danger of any electric shock, do not leave the steamer, the power plug or the power line in
water or other liquid.
4. During use of the steamer, it must be supervised in the whole process, and it should not operate in the situation
without any supervision.
5. Before using, please fill the water tank with water. During the use, please note the change in water level of the
water tank.
6. Do not place the stream hose on the ground flatwise or bend the hose. If the power line is damaged, do not use
the steamer.
7. Always keep the steam hose and the nozzle in the position above the waist to facilitate smooth spraying of
steam, otherwise there may be purrs, and do not stuff any object into the steam hose or the opening.
8. Do not cut or attempt to extend the steam hose or the power line.
9. Do not make the nozzle directly contact the surface of any object or the power line when it is in use.
10. Take care of steam sprayed from the nozzle. Do not enable steam to directly point to any person or animal,
and do not use the steamer when it is damaged. Please be careful of the danger of steam spraying.
11. Do not use the steamer flatwise or in an inverse manner, otherwise it may cause hot water to flow out.
12. Before evacuating the water tank and the water storage tank as well as storing the steamer, shut down the
steamer and wait at least for 30 minutes until it is completely cooled.
13. Before refilling water or draining water as well as cleaning or not using the steamer, please shut down it and
pull out the plug.
14. It is only for indoor use.
15. Please ensure that the steam is far away the flammable materials and the chemicals.
16. Do not fill with hot water or corrosive detergent into the water tank, otherwise it may damage the steamer. It is
highly recommended to use soft water or distilled water.
17. The parts supplied by the original factory are only applicable to this steamer. Any part supplied by a
non-original factory may cause a fire, electric shock or damage to the steamer.

18. Any person with reduced physical, sensory, mental or action capabilities (including children) or lack of
experience and relevant cognition is not recommended to use the steamer, unless he obtains clear directions of
safely using the steamer from his guardian.
19. Do not use any extension cord for the steamer. If an extension cord must be used, please use a wire above
15A, and do not share this extension cord with other home appliances, since it may cause overheat or incapability
of electrification when it is below 15A. When using the extension cord, please take care not to trip or suddenly
unplug the wire.
20. Automatic steam exhaust vents are provided on the bottom of the main body for the product, please be careful
of steam spraying during use.
21. It is recommended to periodically clean the heater of the steamer so as to remove scale of calcium carbonate
and the salt particle type accumulated on the heating body in the steamer and pull out the plug before cleaning.
22. Do not fill the water tank with perfume, scale remover, ironing agent or other chemicals since these chemicals
are not applicable to the product.
Warning
1. In order to avoid the electric shock or other hazards, please shut down the steamer when it is not used and
cleaned.
2. If the product cannot work normally or if there is any damage, leakage, etc., such as dropping or damage to the
ironing head, the power line of an internal part, the connector, etc., it must be replaced by the professional of the
after-sales service point designated by our company.
3. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer and the professional of the maintenance
department or the similar department thereof in order to avoid any hazard.

3.3 Knob of nozzle
Before using, the nozzle can be adjusted according to the ironing requirements, and the nozzle panel can be
rotated leftwards for 90 degrees by press the knob.
Warning!!
1. If the temperature for the bottom plate of the nozzle does not reduce to the room temperature, do not adjust the
nozzle angle so as to avoid burning by high temperature.
2. Do not carry out angle adjustment in electrified use or immediately after use to avoid burning by high
temperature.
IV. Functional Characteristics
Safety pressure relief device
When steam pressure in the heating body is over-high, the safety pressure relief device in the
bottom part of the main body will automatically relieve pressure.
When the product operates, pay attention to the spraying of high-temperature steam so as to avoid burning by high
temperature.

6.2.1 Install the flat ironing board into the rotary nozzle;

6.2.2 After extending the extendable rods and regulating to the appropriate height, lock the buckle, and place the
rotary nozzle into the nozzle hanging bracket.

VII. Operating Guide
7.1 Water filling of water tank
Open the water filling plug, fill about 1.2L water into the water tank, and tightly press the plug of the water tank.
Warm tips: In order to elaborate the maximum performance and realize a longer service time, please use purified
time.
7.2 Electrification and preheating of product
7.2.1 Switch on the power supply, and the main body gives out a buzzing sound of “beep”.
7.2.2 Long press the power switch of the main body for about 3 seconds, it gives out the buzzing sound of “beep”
to start the steamer, and the power light is ON;
7.2.3 After the power supply is connected, the lowest gear of the temperature gear indicator as shown in the figure
flashes (indicating the pre-heating process), and it is constantly ON after finishing the pre-heating process;

7.2.4 According to the ironing requirements, the steam gear and the temperature gear switch can be set at will so
as to set the required gear;

7.4 Ironing of clothes
7.4.1 Steam ironing of clothes (rotate the nozzle into 90 degrees)

, and the steam ironing function cannot be used at other temperature gears.
The steam gear can be set by the user himself as required, when the temperature indicator lamp stops flashing,
press the steam button switch to conduct ironing. During ironing, straightly pull the clothes to be ironed with one
hand, hold the steamer with the other hand, cling the steam holes with the clothes to iron them from top to bottom,
and for thicker clothes, it is required to iron many times.
7.4.2 Ironing of clothes
According to the fabric to be ironed, set into the appropriate temperature, place the fabric to be ironed onto the
ironing board, slowly smooth the wrinkles with hands to iron comprehensively, and for the place with folding marks,
slowly stretch the clothes with hands to iron slowly;
During ironing, please start from a small place slowly to a large place, so that redundant wrinkles can be avoided,
meanwhile please iron according to different cloth materials and the temperature standard on the care label, and
cloth or a towel can be padded for ironing when necessary;

Note: In order to prevent from scorching the clothing and the ironing board, do not keep the nozzle in the same
position longer than 30 seconds, and if it is not used, please place the ironing head in place.

8.1 Usage of clothing clip
When iron the clothing in a hanging manner, install the clothing clip into the collar hanging bracket, clamp the
clothing by moving the clips on both sides according to the size of clothes to be ironed, and then iron the clothes;

IX. Maintenance and Cleaning
9.1 Shutdown and cooling
9.1.1 Long press the power switch of the main body for 3 seconds, the main body gives out a buzzing sound of
“beep”, then the steamer is shut down, the power indicator lamp is OFF, pull out the power plug, and wait for at
least 30 minutes until the steamer is cooled.
9.2.1 It is a common problem that scale is accumulated in the steam chamber of the heater after using tap water
for a long time. The method to reduce scale is to use filtered water, mineral water or distilled water, and it is
recommended to carry out scale removal treatment at least twice per year.
9.2.2 In the event that there is no condition to use purified water, scale can be reduced by carrying out the
following steps at least once per month:
•Ensure the power is unplugged for the product, and the product is completely cooled;
•Fill vinegar and water in the proportion of 1:2 into the water tank;
•After the product is electrified and the heating is finished, turn on the steam switch to continuously spray
steam for 5 minutes, then turn off the steam switch, and timely replenish fresh water if water is dry in the
tank;
•Empty mixed water remaining in the water tank. Use fresh water to clean vinegar remaining in the tank until
there is no smell of vinegar, and fill with clean water to reuse after 1 hour.
9.2.3 Remove the water tank, empty water in the water tank, and regulate the extendable rods in place to facilitate
storage.

X. Notes to Maintenance
10.1 Remove the steam brush on the steam head, and then use wet cloth to clean.
10.2 Do not use rough or abrasive detergent or solvent.
10.3 Do not soak the steamer into water or other liquid.
10.4 Do not enable it to fall, and do not throw or attempt to bend it.
10.5 Do not attempt to disassemble or decompose the appliance.
10.6 Empty water in the water tank after each use.
10.7 Prevent from storing the electric appliance in a wet place.
10.8 Do not approach a heat source or put the electric appliance in direct sunshine.
10.9 Always ensure that the steam outlet is clean as well as has no scaling or blockage.
10.10 It is recommended to vertically store the steamer in a flat position.
Do not treat the scrapped electric appliance as the unclassified city refuse,
hand it over to the officially designated recycling center. This facilitates
environmental protection.

XI. Guidelines to Troubleshooting

⚫According to the provided operating manual,
always keep the steamer in the upright position.
There is an obvious buzz or the
sound of pumping when the
steamer works.
⚫Verify the water level; and if there is no water or
the water level is low, please fill water into the
water tank.
Avoid discoloration of metal
accessories on clothes.
⚫Do not use the steamer directly onto the metal
accessories.
⚫Be prudent to use steam when there is any metal
accessory in the surrounding.
There is a smell of cloth
scorching.
⚫Check whether it is used according to the
temperature standard on the clothing care label,
and use a towel;
There is white powder when
steam is sprayed.
⚫This is not mineral in water, and it is not
abnormal. In case it is attached on the clothing,
please gently scrub and flip.
