A. IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read all instructions before using.
When using an electrical appliance, basic safety precautions should always be followed.
Check if the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to the local mains voltage before you connect the
appliance.
Do not use the appliance if the power cord, the plug or other parts are damaged.
If the power cord is damaged, you must have it replaced by an authorised service center in order to avoid a
hazard.
Always unplug from the mains outlet when not in use.
Never immerse the motor unit, the power cord or the plug in water or any other liquid, nor rinse it under the tap.
Use only a moist cloth to clean the motor unit.
Do not leave switched ON device unattended. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by
children or the disable.
The appliance is not intended to be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack
of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance
by a person responsible for their safety.
Always keep hands and utensils out of the chopper bowl when it is operating. To reduce risk of severe injury or
damage to the unit.

A. IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Do not use this food chopper to chop hard and dry food, to avoid of dulling the blade.
Be very careful when you handle the blade unit. In case of blade unit stucks, disconnect from power supply.
Remove the motor unit and the lid, then clean up the blocks.
Disconnect from power supply before changing accessories or approaching parts.
Always unplug after switch OFF the appliance.
Always wait until the appliance stop completely and disconnect plug from mains outlet before reaching into the
glass bowl with your fingers or other objects.
When switch OFF the appliance and unplug from mains outlet, do not remove the lid until the appliance stop
completely.
The ingredients do not exceed the quantities and processing times indicated in the table.
This appliance is intended for household use only.
Do not operate the chopper when the glass bowl is empty or over-loading.
Do not move the appliance when in use.
Do not operate the appliance on tilted or unstable platform.

C. FIRST TIME USE
Carefully remove all packaging materials from the chopper
and accessories.
Clean the parts and accessories thoroughly that in contact
with food.
Never fill the glass bowl with ingredients and liquids that the
temperature exceed 60° C.
Fix the blade unit correctly and then put in ingredients.

D. INSTRUCTION FOR USE
When putting the blade unit into the glass bowl, the blade unit must be put on the steel shaft of glass bowl.
Rotate slighly to make sure it is attached appropriately. (Picture 1)
Cut large ingredients into pieces of approximately 2cm before putting into the glass bowl.
Cover the glass bowl with lid, and ensure the lid fix properly on glass bowl. (Picture 2)
Place the motor unit on lid, turn ON the power. (Picture 3)
NOTICE: If necessary, slightly lift up the motor unit. Press speed 1 button, then put on the lid. Make sure the
blade shaft is assembled properly with the motor unit.
Press your desired speed button and start processing your food. This product has 2 speed selections.
Operate the appliance not over 15 seconds everytime.
If the ingredients stick to the wall of the bowl, remove the motor unit and the lid. Then loosen the ingredients
with a spatula or add some liquid and operate again.

E. CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Turn OFF the power supply and unplug the appliance from mains outlet.
Detach the motor unit, the lid and the blade unit.
Wash the lid and blade unit under the water tap.
NOTICE :
Motor unit is forbidden to put into any liquid and forbidden to flush under the tap. Wipe it with wrung out and
damp cloth.
Cannot clean with abrasive tools. Cannot be cleaned in the dishwasher. Cannot be disfected with disinfection
cabinet.
Be especially careful when cleaning the blade unit. Its cutting edges are very sharp.
Use a little cooking oil to clean the parts if they are colored by vegetables or fruits.
Ensure the parts are completely dry after washing.
MAINTENANCE :
It is advised to use the product frequently to keep the functionality of motor.
Always store the appliance at a cool, dry and ventilated place to prevent the motor malfunction.
Keep away from direct sunlight.

F. TROUBLESHOOTING
IMPORTANT
Solution
Check if the power outlet works and the appliance is plugged in.
Make sure the blade shaft is properly attached to the steel shaft of glass
bowl.
It is normal that may have smell when first use. After several time of
usage, it will back to normal.
When the appliance works over the suggested working time. Turn OFF
the appliance, let it cools for at least 30 minutes before resume
operation.
Problem
The appliance does not work.
It has smell when using the
appliance.
Too many ingredients are being processed at once. Turn OFF the
power, remove the motor unit and the lid from the glass bowl. Use a
spatula to dislodge the ingredients that are blocking the blade unit.
The blade is stopped after
working for a few seconds.
