The KSOL-1 universal s ruc ure is used o moun an addi ional KS2000 collec or on he base of KSOL-2
universal s ruc ure.
S eps of he assembly:
1. Attach the connectors (10) to the horizontal bars (2, 3).
2. Attach the top horizontal bar (the one with less rubber washers) (2), and the bottom one (3) to the vertical bars (1).
3. Attach the bases (7), bottom connector (4) and back connector (5). Connect the horizontal bars (2 and 3) with the KSOL-2 frame
using connectors (11), screws and nuts. Using the diagonal connector (6) attach the KSOL-1 structure to the KSOL-2 structure.
4. During the assembly, remove the upper collector graspers (8).
5. Place the solar collectors on the frame’s platform, keeping a distance of 5 mm between the collectors.
6. Put the top graspers (8) in the place marked with rubber washers and put caps on the nuts (18).
7. Push in and screw tight the bottom graspers of the collector (8) and put caps on the nuts (18).
