• When someone calls you, press the button to answer the call,
and hold the button for 2 seconds to reject the call.
• When you call someone, hold the button for 2 seconds to
abandon the call.
• when you are on a call, press the button to hang up the call.
• Press the button to adjust the speaker volume by level.
• Hold the button to adjust the speaker volume continuously.
• Press the button to enable/disable the microphone.
Status Light
• When someone calls you/When you call someone: Five
LED indicators flash white continuously.
• When you are on a call: 5 LED indicators are white.
• When you hang up a call: 5 LED indicators flash white for
three times.
Status Light
Five LED indicators indicate 10 levels of volume, whith each
indicator indicates 2 levels of volume by brightness and
darkness.

• Microphone is working: 5 LED indicators are white.
• Microphone is not working: 5 LED indicators are red.

• 80% <power ≤ 100%:5 LED indicators are solid white.
• 60% <power ≤ 80%:4 LED indicators are solid white.
• 40% <power ≤ 60%:3 LED indicators are solid white.
• 20% <power ≤ 40%:2 LED indicators are solid white.
• 0% <power ≤ 20%:1 LED indicator is solid white.
Status Light & Power Light
When the power is less than 15%, 5 LED indicators flash red 3 times
and the power light is solid red.
Status Light & Power Light & Bluetooth Light
• Power On: All lights are solid white.
• Power Off: All lights are off.
Bluetooth Light
• Bluetooth Enabled: Solid White. Previously connected devices can
be reconnected.
The device enters this state automatically after powering on. If no connection is
made within 3 minutes, Bluetooth will be disabled automatically and the Bluetooth
light will be off.
• Bluetooth Disabled: Bluetooth Light Off.

• Pairing is successfully: Solid Blue

USB3.0
After a successful cable connection, if you want to switch the connection method, please disconnect the USB cable first.
Connect the device to intelligent terminals, such as computers and conference flat panels.
It is recommended to plug into USB3.0 interface of the terminal. If the device is plugged into a USB hub, and there are multiple devices
on the hub, the power supply may be inadequate. It is recommended to connect the device to the computer directly.

After a successful Bluetooth connection, if you connect a USB cable, the cable will be used for charging only. To switch the connection
method, please disconnect from Bluetooth first.

USB Dongle Connection: Models with a USB dongle support this connection method.
Turn on the microphone speaker and the terminal, and plug in the USB dongle at the terminal, the device will be
automatically connected, and the Bluetooth light will be on.
After a successful Bluetooth connection, if you want to switch the connection method, please disconnect the USB dongle first.

Please fully charge the device before first use.

Charging
Charging Methods
• Use the supplied cable to connect the speakerphone and the USB 3.0 interface of a laptop to charge the device.
• Use a power adapter to charge the speakerphone. It is recommended to use a charging adapter with power above 5 V/1 A.

Connect the speakerphone to intelligent terminals and run the conference/video software to use the speakerphone.
If the device cannot work in the conference/video software, check if the microphone and speaker of the software is set
as "4-mic Speakerphone" in the audio settings.
*If you use USB Dongle connection method, check if the microphone and speaker of the software is set as "multi-mic
Speakerphone" in the audio settings.

Warnings
Laws and Regulations
The device should be used in compliance with local laws, electrical safety regulations, and fire prevention regulations.
Electrical Safety
The socket-outlet shall be installed near the equipment and shall be easily accessible.
Battery
CAUTION: Risk of explosion if the battery is replaced by an incorrect type.
Improper replacement of the battery with an incorrect type may defeat a safeguard (for example, in the case of some lithium battery types).
Do not dispose of the battery into fire or a hot oven, or mechanically crush or cut the battery, which may result in an explosion.
Do not leave the battery in an extremely high temperature surrounding environment, which may result in an explosion or the leakage of flammable liquid or
gas.
Do not subject the battery to extremely low air pressure, which may result in an explosion or the leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
Dispose of used batteries according to the instructions.
Cautions
Fire Prevention
No naked flame sources, such as lighted candles, should be placed on the equipment.
Transportation
Keep the device in original or similar packaging while transporting it.
DO NOT drop the product or subject it to physical shock.
Power Supply
EUT will be charged by specified source which the output circuit comply with LPS/PS 2.
Refer to the device label for the standard power supply. Please make sure your power supply matches with your device.
Use a power adapter provided by qualified manufacturers. It is recommended to provide an independent power adapter for each device as adapter
overload may cause over-heating or a fire hazard.
Maintenance
If the product does not work properly, please contact your dealer or the nearest service center. We shall not assume any responsibility for problems caused
by unauthorized repair or maintenance.
Cleaning
Please use a soft and dry cloth to clean the interior and exterior surfaces. Do not use alkaline detergents.
Using Environment
To avoid heat accumulation, good ventilation is required for a proper operating environment.
DO NOT expose the device to extremely hot, cold, dusty, corrosive, saline-alkali, or damp environments. For temperature and humidity requirements, see
device specification.
DO NOT expose the device to high electromagnetic radiation.
Emergency
If smoke, odor, or noise arises from the device, immediately turn off the power, unplug the power cable, and contact the service center.
