Lägg på bottenplattan över benen, som bilden
visar. Place the bottom plate over the legs, as
the picture shows.
Börja med att montera ihop benen.
Start o by assembling the legs.

Lägg kolrosten på plats ovanför spjället.
Place the coal grate over the sliding hatch.
Placera mellanväggen med den bockade
delen vänd mot den främre plåten. Mount the
middle wall with the flanged part pointing
towards to front plate, as the picture shows.
Fäst benen mot bottenplattan genom att
skjuta in en kil i respektive långsmalt hål och
lås den genom att bända ut den. Fasten the
legs to the bottom plate by placing a wedge
in each of the rectangular holes and pry them
open using the supplied tool.
Montera den bakre väggen mot innertaket
- och hamra in två kilar på samma sätt som
i steg 4. Mount the back wall against the inner
roof and lock them into place by hammering
wedges in the protruding parts of the
inner roof.
Placera skjutspjälet över hålen i bottenplattan
i den bakre delen av ugnen. Roughly align the
sliding hatch against the holes in the rear part of
the oven.
Fäst innertaket mot den främre väggen och
fixera delarna genom att knacka ner en kil
i varje hål. Mount the inner roof against the
front wall. Lock the parts into place by ham-
mering wedges through the protruding lips
from the inner roof.

Montera sidoväggarna mot fram- och bakväg-
garna. Varje plåt har ett urtag som matchar
skjutspjället. Mount the side walls to the front
and back wall. Each side wall has a small notch
for the sliding hatch to run through.
Lägg takets skjutspjäll på plats. Lägg det med-
följande eldfasta garnet i utrymmet mellan
innertak och sidovägg. Place the sliding hatch
for the inner roof so that the handle matches
the notch. Place the supplied fire rope in
the cavity between the inner roof and
the side walls.
Lägg i kolskölden. Du kan plocka ur skölden
med hjälp av verktygets hake genom att trä in
den i det rektangulära hålet och lyfta ur den.
Insert the coal shield. You can detach the coal
shield by inserting the small hook at the end of
the tool and lift it up and out of the oven.
Fäst sidoväggarna mot bottenplattan genom
att skjuta in en kil i respektive hål och bänd ut
den på samma sätt som med benen och bot-
tenplattan. Fasten the side walls to the bottom
plate using the wedges and pry them open in
the same way you mounted the bottom plate
to the legs.
Montera yttertaket. OBS om du vill flytta på
Gömsle lyfter du den i bottenplattan, inte i tak-
plåten. Däremot kan du enkelt lyfta av takplåten
om du vill rengöra den inuti. Mount the outer
roof. Note! If you want to move Gömsle, grab the
bottom plate, not the roof plates. But you can of
course remove the roof plates for cleaning.
Lägg i pizzastålen. Du kan höja nivån på
bakytan med det medföljande stativet för en
kraftigare övervärme. Lägg benen i kors, skjut
in låsbrickan och skruva i medföljande skruv &
mutter. Insert the bake steels. You can use the
extra legs to lift the bake steels and achieve a
more intense top heat. Mount the legs, insert
the lock washer and secure it with the supp-
lied nut and bolt and place it in the oven.

Montera fram- och bakluckorna genom att
trä in dem i bottenplattans urtag i ungefär 45°
vinkel. Mount the front and back door by tilting
them and inserting them in the rectangular
holes in the bottom plate.
Det bockade verktyget har flera smarta
funktioner - du kan justera takets spjäll, öppna
backluckan, avlägsna kolskölden, skrapa ur
sot och aska ur kamindelen och inte minst
öppna kapsyler. The supplied tool has many
smart functions: you can use it to adjust the
sliding hatch on the inner roof, to open the
back door, to clean the chimney part from ash
and lastly but not least, to open bottle caps.
Montera träpluggen i framluckan enligt bilden.
Mount the wooden handle to the front door as
the picture shows.
Montera regnskyddet genom att skjuta in det
över yttertakets bockningar. OBS Regn-
skyddet är ett skydd mot regn och smuts, det
ska inte sitta på när du eldar i ugnen. Slide
the protective roof in place. Please note that
the protective roof is to prevent rain and dirt
from ending up in the oven, and should not be
attached when the oven is in use.
Du kan justera draget och på så vis tempera-
turen genom att öppna eller stänga skjutspjäl-
let. Ett öppet spjäll ger mer drag och därmed
mer värme. Adjust the amount of air entering
the fireplace by opening or closing the bottom
sliding hatch. Fully open allows for more draft,
which results in higher heat.

Om du vill tillaga mat på glödens eftervär-
me eller få en rökig smak kan du minska
öppningen i takspjället. If you would like to
cook on the residual heat from the embers or
want a smoky flavour on your dish, reduce the
opening in the roofs hatch.

Under sommartid räcker en säck på 4kg
till en pizzaafton för ca 4 personer.
Using kindling is an excellent choice.
During summer, 4 kg will suce for a
pizza evening serving approximately 4.

När du fått igång bra fart på elden ska
du hålla igång den under hela pizzaba-
ket. Eldsflammor som fyller innertaket
ovanför pizzan skapar hög värme och
snabb gräddning. Om du vill elda ugnen
under flera timmar så kan du behöva
tömma den på kol under tiden. Skrapa
ur den mängd kol som behövs för att ge
plats för ny ved. Den glödande kolen du
lämnar kvar sätter fart på elden igen.
Once started it is important to keep the
fire going during the whole baking pro-
cess. The flames that fill the inner roof
above the pizza create intense heat and
ensure a quick bake. If you want to fire
the oven for several hours it might
be necessary to remove the charcoal
underneath. Scrape away enough to
allow for new wood. The remaining
embers will get the fire going.

Charcoal grate and scraper.
Läs skötselinstruktionerna noggrant innan produkten tas i bruk första
gången och följ skötselinstruktionen varje gång produkten används. No-
tera särskilt de anvisningar som ges beträande eldning och säkerhets-
föreskrifterna. Hikki ansvarar inte för fel på produkten eller personskador
som uppkommer som en följd av att köparen eller annan som brukar
produkten gör det för annat ändamål än det förutsatta eller att produkten
brukas på ett sätt som står i strid med av Hikki anvisade skötselinstruktio-
ner. Lämna inte produkten utan tillsyn då den brukas och se till att släcka
den eld som antänts vid brukandet innan produkten lämnas utan tillsyn
efter brukande. Rör aldrig någon annan del än handtaget till ugnsluckan
när Gömsle används, då produkten blir väldigt varm vid användning. Tänk
också på att metallen tar tid på sig att svalna efter användning. Gömsle
avger mycket strålningsvärma när den används, se därför till att inte
placera den för nära lättandtändliga material. Tänk på att inte lämna min-
deråriga utan tillsyn i närheten av produkten i samband med brukandet av
densamma. Ha gärna en hink med vatten i närheten när du eldar som en
försiktighetsåtgärd. Töm askan i en plåthink med lock.
Please read this instruction manual carefully before using the product
for the first time. The instructions herein must be followed each time the
product is used. Please note especially the maintenance instructions
regarding how to make a fire and the safety instructions. Hikki will not be
liable for any product or personal damages arising from the buyer’s or any
other person’s use of the product for other purposes than the expected or
failure to follow the instructions relating to the product’s use. The product
must not be left unattended when used. Make sure that any fire used
with the product is put out properly before the product is left unattended
after use. Gömsle gets very hot when in use - never touch any part of the
body, except for the wooden handle on the oven hatch. Also keep in mind
that it takes quite some time for the metal to cool down after use. Gömsle
radiates a lot of heat when in use, therefore it is important to make sure
that you do not place it near combustible materials. Children must not
be left unattended near the product during use. Always keep a bucket of
water close in case sparks as a safety measure. Empty the charcoal grate
in a metal bucket with a lid.
När ugnen levereras har den plåtens naturliga grå
färg. Placera ugnen på ett stabilt bord eller liknande
som kan klara av ugnens totalvikt på ca 65 kilo.
Om du vill flytta på ugnen rekommenderar vi dig att
ta bort takplåtar, luckor och pizzahällar. Då blir den
mycket lättare att hantera.
Använd näver eller braständare för att tända upp
elden. Använd inte tändvätska, bensin eller alkohol
för att tända upp elden i pizzaugnen.
Veden ska alltid placeras i kolrostens fat inne i avsett
utrymme för eldning. Se medföljande manual.
Använd helst torr finhuggen ved av lövträ som ger
minst gnistbildning. Skjut på medföljande regnskydd
om du vill hindra gnistor att komma ut ur takets skor-
sten efter du eldat klart.
Pizzaugnen ska endast användas utomhus.
Ugnen avger väldigt lite värmestrålning nedåt, men vi
rekommenderar ändå inte att placera den på ett bord
av trä. När cortenstål oxiderar bildas det en skyd-
dande rostbrun yta på metallen. Då produkten fått
sin rostbruna karaktär och utsätts för regn kan den
missfärga ett bord av trä. Placera den därför på ett
underlag av icke brännbart material.
Använd alltid en grillhandske när du hanterar heta
delar av ugnen.
On delivery the oven has its natural grey colouring. Place
the oven on a stable surface that can support 65 kg.
If you want to move the oven we recommend that you
remove the roof plates, hatches and baking plate. It will
be a lot lighter.
Use bark or a fire lighter to start the fire. Do not use
lighter fluid, petrol or alcohol.
Firewood should always be placed on the charcoal grate
inside the fire chamber. Se accompanying manual.
Use preferably fine cut firewood from leaf trees as it
reduces the risk of sparks. Attach the rain protection
plate if you do not want sparks to leap out of the chimney
once you have finished.
The pizza oven is only to be used outdoors.
The oven does not get overly heated underneath but we
do not recommend putting the oven on top of a wooden
table. When corten steel oxidises a protective red-
brown layer appears over the metal. If left out in the rain
it could cause staining on wooden tables. We therefore
advise placing it on a non-flammable surface.
Always use an oven glove when handling hot parts of the
oven.

