pGD es el nuevo interface grafico compatible con la serie
pCO-AMO, consiste en la completa gestión de los equipos
con placas pCO.
La arquitectura consta de:
– Placa base con microprocesador destinado a la ejecución
del programa de regulación, provista del regletero nece-
sario para conectar los elementos a controlar del equipo;
válvulas, compresores, ventiladores,...
El programa permanece escrito en la EPROM y los paráme-
tros introducidos son memorizados en la EEPROM consi-
guiendo así el mantenimiento del programa incluso ante
falta de corriente.
La placa base permite también la conexión a una red de
varias placas base denominado red pLAN y también permi-
te la conexión hacia una línea serial de Supervisión/Tele
asistencia mediante protocolo RS422, RS232, RS 485, pro-
tocolo CAREL de comunicación, protocolo MODBUS, pro-
tocolo LONWORKS e incluso WEBGATE para telegestión
mediante MODEM.
– Terminal gestionado por microprocesador, con pantalla,
teclado desde el que se realiza la programación de los
parámetros de control y operaciones fundamentales de
funcionamiento del equipo.
El terminal de usuario permite:
– Configuración inicial de la maquina con acceso protegido
mediante password.
– La posibilidad de modificar los parámetros fundamenta-
les del equipo con acceso protegido mediante password.
– Modificación en cualquier momento de puntos de consig-
na, paro/marcha de la unidad, cambio de ciclo
verano/invierno y horarios en el caso de incorporar una
tarjeta reloj, sin necesidad de password.
– Visualización en pantalla de las posibles alarmas del sis-
tema y aviso acústico de las mismas.
GENERALIDADES / GENERALITIES
DESCRIPCION
pGD is the new graphic interface compatible with the PCO-
AMO series, dealing with the complete management of
equipment with PCO plates.
The architecture is made up of:
– A base plate with a microprocessor destined to carrying
out the adjustment program, provided with a spacer
necessary for connecting the elements that control the
equipment; valves, compressors, fans...
The program remains written in the EPROM and the entered
parameters are saved in the EEPROM, which preserves the
program even if the power goes off.
The base plate also allows connecting to a network with
various base plates called the LAN network and it also
allows connecting to a serial line of Supervision/Tele assis-
tance through protocols RS422, RS232, RS 485, CAREL
communication protocol, MODBUS protocol, LONWORKS
protocol and even WEBGATE for telemanagement by
MODEM.
– Terminal managed by microprocessor, with screen and
keyboard, where the control parameters and fundamental
operations for running the equipment are programmed.
The user terminal permits:
– The initial configuration of the machine with access pro-
tected by a password.
– The possibility to modify the equipment’s fundamental
parameters with access protected by a password.
– Modifying, at anytime, the set points, stop/start of the
unit, changing the winter/summer cycle and timetables, in
case of incorporating a clock card, without needing a
password.
– Viewing possible system alarms on the screen plus their
sound warnings.

TECLA ALARM: se utiliza para la visualización de las
alarmas en pantalla, si la tecla esta iluminada en color
rojo significa que hay alguna alarma en la maquina.
TECLA PROGRAM: se utiliza para entrar en el menú
general, muestra los menús principales.
TECLA ESCAPE: en cualquier submenú retrocedes
un nivel, en la pantalla principal muestra la ayuda.
FLECHA HACIA ARRIBA: para la gestión de los
menús y modificación de valores de los parámetros
de regulación.
TECLA ENTER: confirmación de los valores introdu-
cidos.
FLECHA HACIA ABAJO: para la gestión de los
menús y modificación de valores de los parámetros
de regulación.

ALARM KEY: used to view the alarms on screen.
When the key is lit red, it means that there is an alarm
in the machine.
PROGRAM KEY: used to enter the general menu, it
displays the main menus.
ESCAPE KEY: it goes back a level on any submenu;
the main screen displays the aid.
UP ARROW: manages the menus and modifies the
adjustment parameter values.
ENTER KEY: confirms the values entered.
DOWN ARROW: manages the menus and modifies
the adjustment parameter values.

1) Press the key the previous screen is displayed
2) Choose the SET POINT menu by pressing the key
it displays the following screen:

1) Apretar la tecla se mostrara la anterior pantalla
2) Escogemos el menú CONSIGNAS apretando la tecla
se mostrara la siguiente pantalla:
Consigna regulación Temperatura
VERANO 22ºC
INVIERNO 20ºC
3) Apretando la tecla entramos en modo modificación
de parámetros de temperatura.
4) Para modificar dichos parámetros apretando las teclas
(subir) bajar) establecemos la temperatura
que deseamos y para confirmar los valores introducidos
apretamos la tecla
5) En el submenú consigna regulación de temperatura si
apretamos (bajar) entramos en el siguiente submenú
Consigna regulación Humedad
50.0 %
Para modificación de valores seguir los pasos 3 y 4.
6) Una vez modificados los valores apretamos el botón
y volvemos a los menús anteriores.

3) Press the key to enter the modification mode of
temperature parameters.
4) To modify said parameters, press the keys (up)
(down) to set the desired temperatureand to confirm the
values entered, press the key
5) On the temperature adjustment set submenu, by pressing
(down) you enter the following submenu

To modify the values, follow steps 3 and 4.
6) Once the values are modified, press the button and
return to previous menus.

WINTER-SUMMER CHANGE
1) Press the key the previous screen is displayed
2) Choose the WINTER/SUMMER menu by pressing the
key the following screen is displayed:
Winter / Summer

3) Press the key to enter the operation modification
mode.
4) To modify said parameters, press the keys (up)
(down). To set the desired operation mode and to confirm
the values entered, press the key
5) Once the values are modified, press the button and
return to the previous menus.
CAMBIO VERANO-INVIERNO
1) Apretar la tecla se mostrara la anterior pantalla
2) Escogemos el menú INVIERNO/VERANO apretando la
tecla se mostrara la siguiente pantalla:
Invierno / Verano
por teclado
INVIERNO
3) Apretando la tecla entramos en modo modificación
modo de funcionamiento.
4) Para modificar dichos parámetros apretando las teclas
(subir) (bajar) establecemos el modo de fun-
cionamiento que deseamos y para confirmar los valores
introducidos apretamos la tecla
5) Una vez modificados los valores apretamos el botón
y volvemos a los menús anteriores.

PARO/MARCHA UNIDAD
1) Apretar la tecla se mostrara la anterior pantalla
2) Escogemos el menú PARO/MARCHA apretando la tecla
se mostrara la siguiente pantalla

3) Apretando la tecla entramos en modo modificación
paro/marcha.
4) Para modificar dichos parámetros apretando las teclas
(subir) (bajar) establecemos el paro o marcha
y para confirmar los valores introducidos apretamos la
tecla
5) Una vez modificados los valores apretamos el botón
y volvemos a los menús anteriores.
STOP/START UNIT

2) Choose the STOP/START menu by pressing the key
the following screen is displayed

To set the stop or start and to confirm the values entered,

RED LOCAL
1) If the unit has an active alarm, the button lights up.
By pressing said button, the sound alarm shuts off.
2) Pressing it again, if the alarm is solved, will erase said
alarm.
3) In case the alarm is not solved, consult your refrigerator
technician.
When you have just one terminal to operate various machi-
nes, it is called a LAN-NETWORK
To access each one of the units, press the buttons +

ANULACION ALARMAS
Unidad: 01 Representa el número de unidad a la cual
esta conectado el terminal.
12:00 Indica la hora real (solo si se ha instalado la
tarjeta reloj, esta configuración es opcional)
INV/VER Indica el modo e funcionamiento de la unidad
INV: bomba de calor VER: frió
Al Indica si la unidad tiene alguna alarma activa
20.0 ºC Indica la temperatura de retorno
050.3 % HR Indica la humedad medida en los sensores
Unidad Off Indica el estado de la maquina, pueden salir
varios rótulos Unidad off por fase horario-
Unidad Off Remoto
1) Si la unidad tiene alguna alarma activa se ilumina el
botón al pulsar dicho botón se elimina la alarma
acústica.
2) A una segunda pulsación si la alarma esta solventada, se
borrara dicha alarma.
3) En caso de no solventarse, avise a su técnico frigorista.
Cuando se disponga de un solo terminal para actuar sobre
varias maquinas, le denominamos RED-LAN
Para acceder a cada una de las unidades apretar a la vez
los botones + y cambiar entre las diferentes
unidades presentes en la RED-LAN.

Al Indicates whether the unit has an active alarm
20.0 ºC Indicates the return temperature
050.3 % HR Indicates the humidity measured at the sensors
Unit Off Indicates the state of the machine, various Unit
off signs may appear per time phase-
