■ Compact size.
■ Easy to install DIN Rail type.
■ Socket structure type for easy installation and removal of the product.
■ Operation can be checked with LED lighting. (High : Red, Low : Green)
■ Sensitivity adjustment function can be used in the field when it operates sensitively
according to the measurement object.
HLC-200A is a Level Control & Alarm Unit that controls and alarms by combining with
the level sensors (HE, HQ, HR Type) of the storage tank.
The signal of the level sensor can control the upper and lower alarm of liquid and
automatic supply of liquid through HLC-200A, and the product can be installed inside the
control panel.
When the liquid in the tank is detected by the level sensor connected to the HLC-200A,
a leakage current flows and the transistor operates through the leakage current detection
circuit. Accordingly, relay contact point can be changed and used as alarm or control signal.

(1) Install in DIN Rail (2) Installation by fixing with bolts
- After assembling the HLC-200A body on the socket, lift the locker to fix the body.

- When adjusting SENS. It is recommended to use the driver (-) 2.5x75 or less or(+) 00x75.

- Alarm Lamp : The red light is on when the fluid is detected and the green light is on when
the fluid is not detected.
- Sensitivity Dial : This function is used to adjust the sensitivity in the situation that it is
sensitive to conductivity and bubble of the fluid.
Turn counterclockwise to adjust for high sensitivity, turn clockwise to adjust
for low sensitivity.
※ Use only with electrode sensors.
※ High Sensitivity is set at the time of factory shipment, please use it after

※ The potentiometers that are used for the Sensitivity Dial above are valid
variable adjustment ranges of about 260 °. If you adjust them beyond
± 130 ° C based on the 9 o'clock position, the parts may be damaged.

Safety

Environment
■ When fastening with bolts, it is recommended to fasten the washer to prevent loosening.
■ Connect the cable after checking the wiring diagram in the manual or on the sticker.
■ Check if the power supply is for AC110V or AC220V.
■ It is recommended to use AWG 13 or 14 cable for connection between controller and
level sensor.
■ When the distance between the controller and the level sensor is far (within hundreds to
500m) and the conductivity is low
■ It is recommended to use shielded cables when using in media.
(Operation performance and level sensing distance are slightly different when using cable
except recommended.)
■ Check the LED lighting after power on. (High: Red / Low: Green)
■ The power should be applied after the installation is completed.
■ Dismantling operation will cut off the power.
■ Remove in reverse order of installation
(Power OFF  Release Locker  Body Disconnection  Wiring Disconnection 

■ Notes during use
-Do not disconnect the cable while in use.
-Do not disconnect the product from the socket during use.
-Do not give a big shock to the product.
■ Cautions when connecting the product
-You should connect the terminal to the proper position of the wiring. (See wiring method)
■ Disposal of the product
-PCB and body inside the product housing should be discarded when the product cannot
be used.
It is recommended to disassemble and discard the part.
There are no accessories that affect the environment, so no special care is required.

Failure Check
and
Corrective
measure
■ Relay contact does not work
- Check whether the LED is on or off.
- Check the cable connection.
- Check the input voltage.
- Check the connection between the body and the socket.
- Check the level sensor wiring cable.
■ Controller is normal but not working
-If there is foreign matter or sediment such as lime on the bottom of the tank, it may
cause malfunction.
-Too low liquid conductivity can cause malfunction.
(ex. distilled water)
-When wiring between controller and electrode is far apart, it may cause malfunction.
-Please refer to the cable recommendations between the controller and the sensor
for installation precautions.
- Check that the float floats normally.
- Check the signal when the float operates normally.

This product is subject to a two-year warranty upon shipment and free service will be provided
for any damage found under normal operating conditions. If troubles that occur are not due to
