Quick Guide Demo SideLED
Note: USB power supply with min. 850mA required, onne tion via USB able – Mi ro B
Plug in USB power supply
1. All LEDs are a tivated for a short time
2. The devi e will then enter an “idle state” (no standby)
3. Only the ompany logos are illuminated.
Start by pressing the O / OFF key
1. The illumination of some keys is a tivated. ON / OFF lights up green.
2. Press again for a tivating the demo mode, key lights up white.
3. Holding the key will put the devi e into “idle state”
*) If the ON / OFF key is operated from the right side of the keypad, there is a chance that turning off to
standby mode does not work properly as the palm of the hand is detected by the proximity sensor

umeric keypad
1. Illumination of the numeri keypad an be a tivated / dea tivated via F1
2. The F1 key shows the hange of illumination of symbols within a key.
3. Numeri keypad dea tivated: F1 button lights up blue
4. Numeri keypad a tivated: F1 hanges to the “monitor symbol”
and lights up white
5. Illumination of the numeri keypad in pure white (white SideLED):
a. 1st row: symbol and frame illumination
b. 2nd and 3rd row: i on lighting only
(for space reasons just one partial or limited illumination possible )
. 4th row: key area fully illuminated
6. With the numeri keypad dea tivated (F1 lights up blue), the two olumns of the
status LEDs next to the ON / OFF button an be a tivated by pressing keys 1-0.
The respe tive numeri single keys will light up.
Keys 1-4 + 5*: a tivation / dea tivation of the LEDs in the left olumn
with bla k disappearan e effe t.
Keys 6-9 + 0*: a tivation / dea tivation of the LEDs in the right olumn
LED-window white-opaque.
*) The two LEDs in the lower row are each equipped with two-color LEDs,
the 5 and 0 keys switch the duo-LED from red to green or off
7. Press Cand Eto ompletely dea tivate the LED olumn.
Caps-lock-key
1. Color hange on large button – white / blue
2. LED left / top an be ontrolled separately
Blue rocker key
1. Used to ontrol the battery indi ator from
red – red / yellow – 3x green – 4x green
Play key
1. Key with illuminated frame and symbols, frame embossed
2. Equipped with RGB LED, olor hange from blue to mixed olor “magenta”
„Eye“ key
1. Illuminates orange – equipped with yellow LED and
2. Swit hes on and off the warning symbol to the left
(ina tive: not visible with disappearan e effe t, a tive: illuminated red)

Cursor keypad
1. The ursor keypad is initially ina tive
2. The illumination is a tivated by pressing the enter ENTER key:
red, green, blue, „mixed“-white in RGB, E TER mixed olor “ yan”
When the arrow keys are pressed, the enter ENTER key hanges to the respe tive olor R/G/B/W.
3. The mixed white (from RGB LEDs) of the E TER key is used as omparison to the pure white of the
remaining keys (a tivate mixed white with ).
This is intended to deliberately demonstrate the different colors of the RGB LED using mixed colors
Due to various possible influences (component tolerances, keypad layout, coupling of light,
temperature, etc ), color deviations are possible even within the keypad
The devi e automati ally goes into standby after 5 minutes and an be rea tivated via the proximity
sensor or ON / OFF.
Demo mode
1. The demo mode a tivates automati ally, when the devi e swit hes to standby mode.
2. Additionally, the demo mode an be a tivated by pressing the ON / OFF button again.
ON / OFF button lights up white.
