How to mount and balance mobile
phone on the gimbal?

The gimbal would work improperly if not screw the knob up.
Clench the holder, ensuring that
your phone is cling to the rubber
mat, otherwise the gimbal would
vibrate or turn o automatically.
❶ Unfold the gimbal
❸ Make the
“HOHEM”logo upward.
❺ Slide the holder to
the middle of phone to
balance the gimbal.
❷ Screw up the knob
❹ Put your phone stuck in
the bottom of holder and
pull the head of holder to
mount your phone.

Booting up for the rst time
Activate iSteady X & Activate APP
Feature

Please turn on the gimbal for the rst use. Some features are disabled
until Hohem Pro app is activated. Download the APP to register for free
membership and one-year extended warranty.
❶ Startup
Long press the function button.
When it is turned on for the
rst time, it will enter a to-be-
activated state and the Bluetooth
indicator light will ash “red and
green” alternately.
❷ Bluetooth connected
directly in the Hohem
Pro App.
Turn on the phone's
Bluetooth, open the APP,
and log into the home page.
Follow the prompt at the top
and click “Connect”.
❸ Activate APP Feature
After the Bluetooth is
connected, an activation
prompt box will pop up.
Click "Conrm" to complete
the activation. After that,
you will hear a prompt tone
of ticking, which means the
stabilizer starts to work.

Controls and Operations
How to switch working mode via button?
Press and hold shutter button ④ and tap power button ① :
Single Tap: Pan& Tilt Follow
Double Tap: Pan Follow
Triple Tap: All Lock
Quartic Tap: POV (All Follow)
*Release power button rst, then release shutter button.

Press once to take photo or start video or end video.
Press twice to switch photo mode or video mode.
Press three times to switch between front and back cameras.
(Available in the App)

Joystick:Move vertically to tilt the mobile phone.
Move horizontally to pan the mobile phone.
Control roll axis can be set in Hohem Pro.

Press and hold to power on/ o.
Single tap to switch between landscape and portrait mode.
Press twice to recenter the gimbal.

Why the Lights Flash?
Power Indicator Lights
* Staying on: fully charged or charging complete
* Single ashing: charging
* Flashing in turn: calibrating
Bluetooth Indicator Light
Blinks red and green alternatively : App feature
is waiting for activation
Color indicates the current status of Bluetooth
Blinking indicates the current status of working modes
Color indicates the current status of Bluetooth:
Green: Bluetooth is connected
Yellow: Bluetooth is to be connected
Red: Warning of abnormal loads on the stabilizer or rmware update failed
Solid Light: Pan & Tilt Follow
Flash for twice: Pan Follow
Flash for triple: All Lock
Flash for four times: POV (All Follow)
