Troubleshooting
My lights won’t flash red for pairing mode
®To get the lights to change from solid to flashing, turn the power on
and off as follows: on/off/on/off/on
Please allow 10-20 seconds for the string to respond to the on/off
pattern after the final on – they will then start flashing
To remove the device from Holman Home,
®Tap the pencil at the top
right of the screen, then
‘Remove Device’ at the
bottom of the screen [a]
®You’ll have the option
to ‘Disconnect’, or
‘Disconnect and wipe’:
LDisconnect is a good idea
for something like a modem
change, or moving house
LDisconnect and wipe will
remove all settings from the
lights (and cloud) and restore
factory defaults
