WARRANTY INFORMATION
1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Sunbeam Products, Inc. (“Sunbeam”) warrants that for a period of one year from the date of initial retail purchase,
this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship, when used in accordance with the instructions
provided. Sunbeam, at its option, will repair or replace this product or any component of the product found to be
defective during the warranty period. Replacement will be made with a new or remanufactured product or component.
If the product is no longer available, replacement may be made with a similar product of equal or greater value. This
is your exclusive warranty. Do NOT attempt to repair or adjust any electrical or mechanical functions on this product.
Doing so will void this warranty. This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail
purchase and is not transferable. Keep the original sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty
performance. Sunbeam dealers, service centers, or retail stores selling Sunbeam products do not have the right to
alter, modify or any way change the terms and conditions of this warranty. This warranty does not cover normal wear
of parts or damage resulting from any of the following: negligent use or misuse of the product, use on improper
voltage or current, use contrary to the operating instructions, disassembly, repair or alteration by anyone other than
Sunbeam or an authorized Sunbeam service center. Further, the warranty does not cover: Acts of God, such as fire,
flood, hurricanes and tornadoes.
What are the limits on Sunbeam’s Liability?
Sunbeam shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by the breach of any express, implied
or statutory warranty or condition. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty or
condition of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in duration to the duration of the above
warranty.
Sunbeam disclaims all other warranties, conditions or representations, express, implied, statutory or otherwise.
Sunbeam shall not be liable for any damages of any kind resulting from the purchase, use or misuse of, or inability to
use the product including incidental, special, consequential or similar damages or loss of profits, or for any breach of
contract, fundamental or otherwise, or for any claim brought against purchaser by any other party. Some provinces,
states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on
how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives
you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from province to province, state to state or
jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
FEATURES - OPERATIONS
3. With the rear grill removed, check the condition of
the filter. If the filter is dirty, remove the used filter
by pulling the tab on the filter and properly dispose
of it. Do NOT try to wash and re-use the filter.
4. This unit uses Holmes replacement filter P.
Install the new filter into the unit, by pushing the
filter into the rear grill.
5. Once the filter is in position, place the grill on the
rear of the unit and rotate clockwise until lock symbol
on the top of rear grill aligns with the dot on top of
the unit.
NOTE: Filter life will vary, depending on air quality and
usage. Under normal conditions of continuous use,
change filter every 8-12 months.
USING YOUR AIR PURIFIER:
Your air purifier also comes with (1) 3.9ft Micro USB Power
cord (for power only). The USB cord should be used as a
power source to run the air purifier.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Connect the micro USB cable to the unit and plug the
USB to plug the USB to compture or USB adaptor
rated 5V DC 1.0A.
2. Select desired operating speed. The Holmes Personal
Air Purifier have 2 speed settings, the quiet setting
and high setting. You can cycle from off to quiet to
high by pressing the power/speed button.
TILT ADJUSTMENT INSTRUCTIONS
To adjust the angle of the air purifier head simply move
the air purifier head to the desired angle.
CLEANING/MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Turn the air purifier off and unplug it before
cleaning.
2. The outside of the air purifier can be cleaned with a
soft, clean dampened cloth.
3. The rear air inlet grill can be removed and washed in
warm soapy water (not dishwasher safe). Dry before
replacing in the unit.
4. The filtered air outlet can be cleaned of dust with a
small, soft brush.
5. If you wish to clean the inside of the air purifier,
please only use a dry, soft cloth to wipe it down.

FILTER REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT: DO NOT attempt to wash and re-use the
HEPA-type filter.
1. Turn off and unplug the air purifier.
2. Remove the air inlet (rear) grill, by rotating the grill
counter clockwise.
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions
should always be taken including the following:
1. Read all instructions before using this appliance.
2. Use fan only for purposes described in the
instruction manual.
3. To reduce the risk of electrical shock do not immerse
unit, plug or cord in water or other liquids.
4. If the Filter is covered by a bag when shipped,
remove plastic bag before use.
5. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is
used by or near children.
6. Unplug from USB outlet when not in use, when
moving fan from one location to another, before
putting on or taking off parts and before cleaning. To
disconnect, grip plug and pull from USB outlet.
7. Avoid contact with moving parts.
8. Do not operate in the presence of explosive and/or
flammable fumes.
9. To avoid risk of fire, NEVER place the cord under rugs
or any parts near an open flame, cooking or other
heating appliance.
10. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord
or plug after the appliance malfunctions, or has been
dropped/damaged in any manner. Discard fan or
return to an authorized service facility for
examination and/or repair.
11. Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord
with throw rugs, runner, or similar coverings. Do not
route cord under furniture or appliances. Arrange
cord away from traffic area and where it will not be
tripped over.
12. The use of attachments not recommended or sold by
the appliance manufacturer may cause injuries.
13. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table,
counter or come in contact with hot surfaces,
including the stove.
14. Do not use outdoors or for commercial use.
15. Always use on a dry, level surface.
16. WARNING: to reduce the risk of electrical shock
and injury to persons, do not use in window.
17. WARNING: to reduce the risk of fire or electric
shock, do not use this fan with any solid-state speed
control device.
18. Use only with a 5 volt USB port, adapter or power
supply.

GET TO KNOW YOUR AIR PURIFIER
Your Holmes®air purifier features a HEPA-Type filter that
removes up to 99% of airborne dust and pollen as small as 2
microns, helps reduce smoke, and pet dander from air
passing through the filter.
This unit quite setting is specially designed to clean the air
around you without disturbing your personal space.
BEFORE USE:
1. Carefully unpack your Air Purifier. Select a firm level
place where there are no obstructions to the air inlet
or filtered outlet.
2. If the Filter is covered by a bag when shipped,
remove plastic bag before use and place filter into
unit.
3. DO NOT POINT FILTERED OUTLET TOWARDS WALL.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Solution
• Unit will not
operate.
4Check if unit and USB cable are properly plugged in and the USB is energized.
4Make sure unit is turned ON.
4Make sure filter is properly installed and rear grill is seated correctly.
• Decreased air flow. 4Make sure nothing is blocking air inlet and filtered air outlets.
4Check condition of the filters and replace if necessary.
4Check filters to remove any plastic wrapping/packaging.
• Excessive Noise. 4Make sure parts are firmly positioned in place.
4Open the air inlet grill, and make sure that any plastic packaging was removed from
the filters, if applicable.
