R-91 is an ultra iniature 13 * 15 * 2.2 GPS engine board designed
by low power consu ption SiRF GPS solution. It provides superior
sensitivity up to -159dB and fast Ti e-To-First-Fix in navigation
application. The stable perfor ance of R-91 is your best choice to be
e bedded in your portable device design, like PDA、PND、obile phone、
Digital Ca era for GPS service.

The RTC clock ust be on and stable for this control to be
functional.

5. User Interface
GR-91 provides 2-wire digital UART port for co unication of GPS position
data using NMEA protocol or extension protocol. UART port is capable of 4800
to 115200 baud rate.
5.1 NMEA Protocol
GR-91 is default to support standard NMEA-0183 protocol. In addition, a
series of SiRF extensions have been developed that can be used to provide
extended capabilities co on to any applications.
