XT 100 "Dirondello"
assembly instructions

ASSEMBLY
TIME SEQUENCE
1. Fasten the "flag" panel to the pre-assembled structure using 4 M8x45 hex screws (at the
top), 9x M8x80 TORX screws (on sides) and 2x M4x50 TORX screws (near the platform).
2. Fasten the slide to the PE entrance using 4x M8x180 TORX screws.
3. Fasten the climbing board to the struts using 4x M8x80 TORX screws.
5. Fasten the brackets (anchoring or embedding, as requested).

PLEASE NOTE: It is advisable to only secure the
nuts and bolts permanently and insert the caps
once it has been checked that all the elements
have been positioned correctly.
Insert the nuts and bolts required for fastening
as shown in the figure in holes near the
widening on the "flag" panel (indicated on the
previous page with the letter A).

Insert the nuts and bolts required for fastening as
shown in the figure in holes near the platform
(indicated on the previous page with the letter C).

Fasten the climbing board (4) to
struts 7 and 8 using appropriate
nuts and bolts as shown in the
figure.

1. After securing the PE entrance (2), rest the body of the
curved slide (3) on the tower platform (1) and insert the
nuts and bolts necessary to secure it in the holes
present on the slide (3).
2. Once correct positioning, verticality and parallelism
have been checked, secure the nuts and bolts
completely and put the caps on.
3. Repeat the operation on the other side of the
slide.

Fasten the embedding brackets to the
struts. The brackets should be fastened
inside the structure.
