1PŘED UVEDENÍM DO PROVOZU
1. Zkontrolujte obsah balení – stroj a jeho příslušenství – podle balicího listu.
2. Před uvedením do provozu si řádně přečtěte tento návod na obsluhu.
3. Dbejte, aby byla nástrojová bruska provozována a udržována podle pokynů uvedených v
tomto návodu na obsluhu.
4. Přečtěte si návod na obsluhu a seznamte se s výkonem, požadavky na provoz a údržbu

2POUŽITÍ
Multifunkční kotoučová bruska UWS 3 je určená k broušení nástrojů.. Brusku lze použít např.
k broušení vrtáků, elektrod, soustružnických nožů, apod. Stroj disponuje příslušenstvím, kte-
ré umožňuje broušení válcových částí nástrojů, gravírovacích nožů frézy válcové, stopkové,
některé tvarové, apod. Bruska je konstruována pro vyšší zatížení a lze ji použít i v průmyslo-
vé výrobě.

4BEZPEČNOSTNÍ POKYNY
UP OZOR NĚNÍ
Před zapnutím stroje si pozorně přečtěte návod na obsluhu a zkontro-
lujte obsah dodávky podle balicího listu. Stroj nainstalujte a používejte
v souladu s tímto návodem.
4.1 Úkony před prvním použitím stroje
1. Provádět údržbu nebo opravy stroje je dovoleno pouze odbornému elektrikáři.
2. Přesvědčte se, že napětí sítě na štítku motoru odpovídá napětí v místě, kde budete stroj
používat.
3. Síťová zástrčka stroje musí být spolehlivě a pevně zapojena. Volný nebo špatný kontakt na
elektrické zásuvce je velice nebezpečný.
4. Používejte pouze bezpečný přívodní kabel. Zástrčku nevytahujte ze zásuvky silou. Zástrč-
ka nesmí být vystavena horku, mastnotě a nesmí přijít do kontaktu s ostrými předměty.
5. Přívod proudu lze přerušit pouze vypnutím stroje pomocí vypínače na jeho levé straně, ji-
nak může dojít k výskytu rušení nebo neobvyklému hluku.
6. Nikdy nenechávejte stroj běžet bez dozoru. Po vypnutí vždy počkejte, dokud se zcela ne-
zastaví.
7. Pracoviště kolem stroje udržujte v pořádku a čistotě. Stroj nikdy nepoužívejte ve vlhkém
neudržovaném prostředí nebo v místech s rizikem požáru nebo exploze. Děti a jiné nepo-
volané osoby se musí držet dále od stroje, aby nedošlo k jejich poranění.
8. Pracujte na max. výkon řezání, abyste předešli případným nehodám.
9. Obsluha se musí vyvarovat volného oděvu, nesmí nosit šperky nebo jiné volné předměty a
nesmí nosit volné rukavice. Dlouhé vlasy schovejte dobře pod pokrývku hlavy, abyste za-
bránili jejich namotání do stroje.
10. Všechny obrobky musí být řádně upevněny do stroje.
11. Nikdy nepoužívejte stroj, pokud se cítíte unaveni, pokud jste požili alkohol nebo v případě
užívání léků nebo jiných omamných látek.
12. Poškozené nebo vadné části stroje musí být nahrazeny originálními díly. Objednávky zasí-
lejte na vyplněném formuláři, který najdete na konci tohoto návodu.

4.2 Nastavení a obsluha
1. Před spuštěním stroje promazejte všechny části stroje a ujistěte se, že jsou všechny zám-
ky zajištěny a stroj je správně připojen k elektrické síti.
2. Špony a jiné nečistoty z opracování obrobku musí být po skončení práce ze stroje odstra-
něny, případně aplikujte tenkou vrstvu oleje na očištěné plochy, abyste předešli korozi.
5PROVOZ STROJE
5.1 Broušení
1. Nastavte brusnou délku nože. Nůž našroubujte do kleštin. Přečnívající délka nože by měla
být větší než požadovaná délka brusu. Držák nože nastavte na stupnici na "0" tak, aby byl
v rovině s ryskou na axiální stupnici na držáku vřetene nože. Nastavte axiální polohu držá-
ku nože na držáku vřetene. Krajní plocha kruhu a přední konec nože by měly být vzdáleny
1-2 mm od přední hrany brusného válce. Zajistěte a otočte ustavovacím šroubem a nechte
nůž přečnívat na požadovanou délku.
2. Broušení čelních ploch frézky: Pomocí vyrovnání držáku nože a otáčením zubového točítka
lze posouvat držákem nože po brusném kotouči. Při prvním broušení by měla být lícní
strana nože nastavena o 0,03 mm výše, než je střed brusného kotouče.
3. Broušení kužele (úkosu) s úhlem 20 stupňů: Zasuňte rukojeť risky do kratší drážky rybi-
novitého bloku. Dělící kotouč nechte volně rotovat. Na jedné straně zasunujte sklíčidlo do
objímky rukojeti, na druhé straně dale otáčejte rýhovanou maticí po směru pohybu hodi-
nových ručiček. Tím docílíte vybroušení v úhlu 20 stupňů.
4. Podbroušení nože: Otoučnou patku musíte otočet do určitého úhlu, abyste docílili úhlu
podbroušení a sekundárního úhlu podbroušení nože. Dávejte pozor, abyste nepoškodili
hlavní břit. Vzdálenost by měla být 0.01 mm (0.0004”) od hlavního břitu.
5. Ustavte excentrický střed excentrického řezacího elementu: Uzpůsobte tyč vodící šroubu a
nasměrujte ji na váhu.
6. Broušení zadní strany nože: Nejprve ustavte osu držáku nože kolmo k vřetenu brousícího
kotouče. Dělící kotouč a nůž se mohou otáčet o 180 °.
7. Nožem lze otáčet o libovolný úhel, aby bylo možné znovu nastavit pozici.

2APPLICATION
The tool grinding machine is the necessary machine to be equipped with the engraving milling
machine. It is applicable to grind and carve the end mill, graver and pins of various shape and
angle, which is used on engraving milling machine and engraving and marking machine. In addi-
tion it has many accessories, which could be used to sharpen various cutters, such as turning
tools, milling cutters and drilling bits. The machine has beautiful outlook, advanced structure and
powerful functions. It has been widely used in industrial production.

4CAUTIONS
ATT E NTIO N
Please reading the manual carefully before using the machine and
check it and the accessories according to the packing list. Be sure to in-
stall and test the machine according to the instructions.
4.1 Preventative Measures
1. Only professionals with electrician licenses are authorized to install or repair electrical ap-
pliances.
2. Be sure the voltage indicated on the nameplate of the motor conforms to that of the power
supply.
3. The power plug of the machine tool and each contact of the socket should be reliable and
firm. It is forbidden to have loose or bad contact.
4. Only use authorized power cords. Don't pull the power cord from the socket violently. The
power cord should be away from hot, oily, or sharp places.
5. The power supply should be cut off by turn off the switch on the left side of the machine
tool as soon as any fault or abnormal sound is detected, then have it checked and re-
paired.
6. Never leave the tool run unattended. Don't leave the tool until it is powered off and stops.
7. Keep the operating place clean and tidy. Don't operate it in any damp, untidy, dim, flam-
mable, and explosive place. Keep children or visitors away from the tool to avoid acci-
dents.
8. Keep it under its max. cutting capacity to avoid accidents.
9. No operator should wear loose clothes, ornaments, gloves. Long hair should be fixed with
a hair pin and tucked in a cap, otherwise, it may be rolled into the machine.
10. All work pieces should be held and clamped tightly and reliably in processing. Never hold
one with your hand, if so, you can not operate the machine with two hands.
11. Never operate the machine when you feel tired, or after you drink alcohol or take anes-
thetics.
12. Only replace damaged parts or accessories with those having the same performance. It is
optimal to use those from our company.
4.2 Adjust and Operate
1. Before starting the machine, add lubricants in each part and ensure that all locking mech-
anisms are in proper locking and power supply is proper.
2. Sand should be removed from the machine after operation, and apply engine oil on un-
coated surface to prevent it from becoming rusty.

5OPERATION INSTRUCTION
5.1 The grinding of the edge of engraving milling cutter.
1. Adjust the grinding length of the cutte. Tighten the cutter in the collet. The protruding
length of the cutter should be longer than the needed grinding length. Adjust the cutter
holder in order to align the “0”scale line on the plate with the axial scale line on the cutter
holder’s spindle. Meanwhile adjust the cutter holder’s axial position on the cutter holder’s
spindle, in order to let the outer circular face and the front end of the cutter are 1-2mm
away from the front end of the grinding wheel. Lock and rotate the adjusting screw and let
the cutter protruding to the needed length.
2. Grinding the front face of the cutter: By adjusting the cutter holder and rotating the collet
handle sleeve, the cutter holder could be moved toward the grinding wheel. Thus it could
grind the front surface of the cutter. When first grinding it, the front face of the cutter
should be 0.03mm higher than the center of the grinding wheel.
3. The grinding of the taper angle 20 of the cutter: Set the index pin handle in the short slot
of the dovetail block. Let the index plate could rotate freely. On one hand, feed it slightly
by the handle sleeve; on the other hand continue to rotate the knurling nut clockwise.
Thus the taper angle 20 could be grinded.
4. Grinding the relief angle of the cutter: We need to rotate the swivel base to certain angle
in order to grind the relief angle and the secondary relief angle of the cutter. Take care not
to damage the main cutting edge. It should be 0.01mm(0.0004”) away from the main cut-
ting edge.
5. Adjust the eccentric center of the eccentric cutter: Adjust the leading screw rod and align
the scale.
6. We need to grind the back of the cutter after grinding the relief angle. The method is to let
the radius of the back of cutter is a little smaller than the radius of the main cutting edge.
The radius should be decided according to the size of the cutter.
7. Grinding the back of the cutter: First let the axial line of the cutter holder to be vertical to
the grinding wheel’s spindle. Thus the index plate and the cutter could rotate by 180o re-
peatedly. Feeding according to the scale indication on the handle, we could avoid damag-
ing the main cutting edge when we grind the needed radius of the back of the cutter.
8. In addition, the cutter could be rotated by any angle to set the position again.
