HOW TO OPERATE AND INSTALL
HOW IT WORKS
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Solar panel collects sunlight to charge
the battery (included) during the day
Automatically turns on at dusk for up to
8 hours of nighttime illumination

This product contains (3)1.2V AA Ni-MH rechargeable batteries. When the
batteries expire, they must be recycled or disposed of properly. Please contact
your local waste disposal authority for correct procedure.
Do not put batteries into fire.
Do not mix old and new batteries.
Do not mix Alkaline and Carbon batteries
1. Use a screwdriver to screw out 4 screws on the bottom of the Solar Panel Unit
(Part A) and open the battery chamber cover
2. Replace the old batteries with the new batteries, making sure the polarity is
correct.
3. Reposition the battery cover tightly

RECHARGEABLE BATTERY
• Slide the switch which is on the bottom of the Solar Panel Unit (Part A ) to "ON"
position

• You can twist the ribbed portion around the middle of the light head to adjust the
light beam

• Insert the Spike (Part B) to the Solar panel Unit (Part A).
• Take the light to the area where the solar panel can receive a full 8 hours of
sunlight to allow the rechargeable battery to reach maximum capacity.
Note: Lights with solar panel may have a protective film over the solar panel. This
must be removed prior to use.
