Assembly Instructions
Insert the no.2 (Foam stands) on to the play mat. Repeat at four corners
Step 1
Connect the no1 (toy hanging bar) to all
four points to the white buckle clips.
Please ensure all four sides are secure
Step 2
Attach toys to the round clips and add to
the loops on hanging bar.
Step 3

To Prevent Serious Injury or Death:
Never leave child unattended
Use only under adult supervision
Do not add additional strings or straps to product
Babies should not be allowed to sleep while lying on the activity mat
Do not use this product as a cot
Do not use this product as a blanket
Only use play mat on the oor
Do not use play mat in cot, play yard etc
This item is not intended for carrying baby
Do not connect the hanging bar to other baby products such as cots, play yard
or activity gyms
Applicable Age for Activity Play Mat 0 months +
Applicable Age for Activity Play Mat with balls 6 months +
CAUTION
The toy bars are under a certain tension. To avoid injury, grasp rmly and release the
tension slowly.
Place the balls into the ball pit for play
time. The turtle head can be used for
ball storage.
