Step 1: Mounting the Swivel Wheel (size 3.50-4, Part 9) onto the Flatbed (Part 1), using 8pc
Bolts (Part12), 8pc Flat Washers (Part 10) and 8pc Lock Nut (Part 11).
Step 2: Mounting the Fixed Wheel Bracket (Part 4) onto the Flatbed (Part 1),
using 2pc Flat Washers (Part 5), 2pc Lock Nuts (Part 6).

Step 3: Sliding the 2 Air Wheels (size 4.00-8, Part 3) onto the Axle of
the Fixed Wheel Bracket, lock with 2pc Flat Washer (Part 7), 2pc
Cotter Pin (Part 8)
Step 4: Attach the Handle (Part 2) onto the Flatbed (Part 1), using 2pc Flat
Washer (Part 10), 2 Bolt (Part 12)
Step 4: Put the Liner onto the Flatbed and flatten it.
