Safety Instructions
1. T e Homegear Meat Grinder is intended for ome use only.
2. Always unplug t e Homegear Meat Grinder before moving it.
3. Ensure c ildren are kept a safe distance away from t e Homegear Meat Grinder.
4. W en carrying t e Homegear Meat Grinder always ensure t e body is eld wit bot ands. Do
not carry t e unit by t e Hopper Plate or Head.
. Do not fix t e Cutting Blade and Cutting Plate w en using t e Kibbe attac ment.
6. Never pus products in by and. Always use t e food pus er.
7. Never grind ard foods suc as bones or nuts.
8. Never continuously run t e meat grinder for longer t an 10 minutes. After running always allow
a 10 minute interval to allow t e motor to cool.
9. W en operating t e unit from On to R or R on always allow a 30 second interval.
10. To avoid jamming never use excessive force.
11. W en t e circuit breaker is activated do not switc on t e Homegear Meat Grinder.
12. Never replace parts by yourself. T is s ould only be done by a qualified tec nician. Failure to
contact S op247 will void t e warranty.
13. T e Homegear Meat Grinder is not intended for use by persons (including c ildren) wit
reduced p ysical, sensory or mental capabilities, unless t ey are constantly provided wit adult
supervision and instruction concerning safe use.
14. Do not operate t e Homegear Meat Grinder if t e cord or plug is damaged.
1 . Always c eck t e voltage indicated on t e rating label corresponds wit t e mains voltage in
your ome.
16. Always ensure t e Homegear Meat Grinder is switc ed off before plugging into t e power
socket.

Assembly
1. Hold t e ead and insert it into t e inlet. W en inserting make sure
t e ead is slanted (see figure 1)
2. Move t e ead anticlockwise so t at it is fastened tig tly. Once t e
andle is screwed in it will now be locked into place (see figure 2)
3. Place t e snake into t e ead, long end first and turn to feed t e
screw slig tly until it is set into t e motor ousing (see figure 3).
4. Place t e cutting blade onto t e snake s aft wit t e blade facing t e
front (see figure 4). If it is not fitted properly t e meat will not grind.
. Place t e desired cutting plate next to t e cutting blade fitting t e
protrusions in t e slot (see figure 5).
6. Support or press t e center of t e cutting plate wit one finger, t en
screw t e fixing ring tig t wit anot er and (see figure 6). Do not
over tig ten.
7. Place t e Hopper Plate on t e ead and fix it into position.
8. Place t e Homegear Meat Grinder on firm even surface
9. T e air passage at t e bottom and t e side of t e motor ousing
s ould be kept free and unblocked.

Mincing Meat
1. Cut all food into small pieces (20mm x 20 mm x 60 mm) so t at t ey fit easily into t e
Hopper opening.
2. Ensure t at t e Homegear Meat Grinder is switc ed off, and plug t e unit into t e power
socket. Switc t e Homegear Meat Grinder on.
3. Feed food into t e Hopper Plate (see figure 7).
Reverse Function
1. In case of jamming switc off t e Homegear Meat Grinder and position t e switc into t e R
position.
2. Doing t is will rotate t e snake in t e opposite direction leading to t e unblocking.
3. If t is does not work switc off t e Homegear Meat Grinder, unplug from t e power supply
and clean it.
Cleaning
1. Switc t e Homegear Meat Grinder off.
2. Make sure t e motor as stopped completely.
3. Disconnect from t e power supply.
4. Disassemble by reversing t e process of assembly.
. To remove t e cutting plate easily, place a screwdriver between
t e cutting plate and t e ead as illustrated and lift it up (see
figure 12)
6. Press t e fasten knob, move t e ead as per direction (see figure
13) t en remove t e ead.
7. Remove any excess meat and was eac part in warm soapy
water.
8. Never immerse t e motor ousing in water only ever wipe it wit
a damp clot .
