Zum Bedienen und Abfragen eines
Garagentorantriebes über ein Smart Phone
oder eines Tablet PC.

Sicherheitslichtschranke
Bei Bedienung der Toranalage
ohne eine Sicherheitslichtschranke
muss das Tor in Sichtweite betätigt
werden. Bei Bedienung der
Toranlage ohne Sicht zum Tor
muss eine Sicherheitslichtschranke
installiert sein.
Eine andere Verwendung als die im Kapitel
"Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch" beschriebene,
gilt als vernünftigerweise vorhersehbare
Fehlanwendung, dazu gehören z.B.:
- Verwendung des Garätes an einen Personal
Computer (PC)
Für Sach- und / oder Personenschäden, die durch
vernünftigerweise vorhersehbare Fehlanwendung
und aus der Nichtbeachtung dieses Handbuchs
resultieren, übernimmt der Hersteller keinerlei
Haftung.

Installation
1. Schieben Sie das Modul in den entsprechenden
Einschub oder stecken Sie es in die entsprechende
Tasche des jeweiligen Garagentorantriebes.
2. Verbinden Sie den Stecker des Moduls mit dem
Garagentorantrieb (siehe Betriebsanleitung
Garagentorantrieb).

Ortsfeste Installation
Das Gerät darf nur für ortsfeste
Installationen verwendet werden.
Das Gerät ist sicher innerhalb einer
festen Installation zu fixieren.

Umgebung
Betreiben Sie das Gerät nur in
trockener sowie staubfreier
Umgebung, setzen Sie es keinem
Einfluss von Feuchtigkeit,
Vibrationen, ständiger Sonnen-
oder anderer Wärmestrahlung,
Kälte und keinen mechanischen
Belastungen aus.

Die Einbausituation ist je nach Typ
des Garagentorantriebes
unterschiedlich.

1. Öffnen Sie die Homematic IP APP.
2. Wählen Sie den Menüpunkt "Geräte anlernen" aus.
3. Der Anlernmodus ist für 3 Minuten nach der
Installation des Moduls an den Garagentorantrieb
aktiv.
Anlernmodus erneut starten
Sollten die 3 Minuten bereits
verstrichen sein, betätigen Sie kurz
die Systemtaste (A) mit einem
geeigneten Gegenstand
(z.B. Büroklammer oder Bleistift).
4. Das Gerät erscheint automatisch in der APP.
5. Zur Bestätigung geben Sie in der APP die letzten
vier Ziffern der Gerätenummer (SGTIN) ein oder
scannen Sie den QR-Code. Die Gerätenummer
finden Sie direkt auf dem Modul

6. Warten Sie, bis der Anlernvorgang abgeschlossen
ist.
7. Zur Bestätigung eines erfolgreichen Anlernvorgangs,
leuchtet die LED (B) am Modul grün.
8. Sollte die LED (B) rot leuchten,
versuchen Sie es erneut.
9. Schließen Sie die Inbetriebnahme ab, indem Sie den
Anweisungen in der APP folgen.

without a safety photocell, the gate
has to be operated within the visual
range. When operating of the door
out of the visual range, a safety
light barrier must be installed.

1. Open the Homematic IP APP on your smartphone.
2. Select the menu item "Tech-in device".
3. After having installed the device on the garage door
operator, the teach-in mode remains activated for 3
minutes.
Restart teach-in mode
Push the system switch (A) shortly
with a suitable object
(e.g. paper clip or pencil), after
the 3 minutes have expired.
4. Your device will automatically appear in the app.
5. To confirm, please enter the last four digits of the
device number (SGTIN) in your app or scan the QR
code. Therefore, please see the sticker supplied or
attached to the device.

6. Please wait until teach-in is completed.
7. If teaching-in was successful, the LED (B) on the
device lights up green. The device is now ready for
use.
8. If the LED (B) lights up red, please try again.
9. Complete the setup of the device by following the
instructions in the app.
