Filter step Functions
PE material of non-woven fabrics effectively removes
suspended solids such as rust, mud and sand larger
than 5 µm (micron).
This lter absorbs and eliminates residual chlorine, heavy
metals, and all sorts of organic compound such as
agricultural chemical components, carcinogenic
substances, etc.
The activated carbon ceramic balls reduce chlorine and
odours from the water and give it a better taste. They
have excellent absorption, adhesion and deodorisation
and prevent any dust or dregs from coming out of the
unit’s body.
This Pi-water ceramic suppresses oxidation and
disintegration, by neutralising the harmful effects of active
oxygen and controlling the oxidation reduction reaction.
The tourmaline ceramic balls have the function to
purify and release mineral microelements into the
drinking water.
0.1 µm-0.01 µm Ultraltration hollow bre membrane
lters out bacteria and other microscopic organisms
while letting through minerals, consequently providing
fresh water at all times.
This prohibits bacteria from entering through the outlet
of the lter. It gradually releases mineral substances to
the water and prevents recontamination of the lter with
its silver-impregnated mineral stone.

PRECAUTIONS
The water lter can only be used with pre-ltered water from a
water supply facility, such as a tap. The lter cannot be used
with water from unsafe water sources such as rivers and wells.
To reach an optimum and satisfactory lter result, HomePure
should only be installed in houses with a pipe pressure between
1 to 4 bars.
HomePure must be installed at a far distance from inammable
materials and heating sources in order to avoid deformation.
HomePure should only be installed inside the house.
HomePure can only be installed with a cold water supply at
temperatures ranging between 4°C to 35°C.
Do not clean the lter cartridge. Doing so may contaminate
the lter unit.
HomePure can only be installed as a countertop unit by using a
diverter valve. It cannot be used under the sink.
HomePure should not be exposed to force or shock.
HomePure must be kept away or protected from direct light
(e.g. sunlight).
Do not spill water on the water lter.
Do not open the lter during water ow.
Do not twist the exchange lter too tight into the adapter as the
neck of the lter cartridge can crack and break easily.

10
Pull out the top cover.
Connect the diverter valve to the
faucet. If needed, use one of the
three faucet adapters.**
Open the battery cover and insert
the batteries.
Insert the other end of the tube
to the elbow tting at the back of
the unit until it is properly locked.
Put the top cover back on the lter
and connect the exible pipe to
the nipple.
Place the lter near the sink and
open the cold water supply. Open
the valves and check all connections
for leakage.
Connect the plastic tube to the
diverter valve. Tighten the cap.*
Before using the ltered water as
drinking water, let the water ow
for at least 10 minutes.
* Push the plastic tube rmly and completely over the valve before locking it in with the ring.
** In case no adapter ts to your faucet, you will need to purchase an additional adapter that will t your faucet style.
Always hold the unit from the bottom as the upper part is not secured to the unit and comes off easily for lter replacement.
