MHB Series LED Highbay
ACCESSORY INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT:
Read all instructions carefully before attempting
installation.
If you do not understand these instructions, please
consult your local distributor.
Thoroughly inspect the fixture for any freight damage;
freight damage should be reported to the delivery
carrier.
WARNING:
Disconnect power during installation and before
servicing.
Wear gloves to prevent cuts/abrasions from sharp
edges when removing from carton, handling, and
maintaining this fixture.
SAFETY:
This fixture must be wired in accordance with the National
Electric Code and applicable local codes or ordinances.
All work should be performed by a qualified electrician.
To insure personal safety, proper grounding is required
(connect green fixture lead to supply ground).
WARNING:
The LED Panels are not repairable. DO NOT use damaged or
defective LED Panels. DO NOT touch LED chip surface with bare
hand. DO NOT touch, attach, or detach LED Panels in a live
system.
FACTORY INSTALLED LENS ACCESSORY:
When ordered with Factory installed lens, MHB Series High Bay
luminaries are designed for easy lens access with no tools
required.
Depress quick release button on each end to allow Lens
Assembly to pivot open, OR
Pull back on button tabs on each end to allow Lens Assembly to
pivot open as shown for easy lens access for cleaning or
maintenance.
Following fixture maintenance, pivot lens assembly back into
position and press buttons to snap back to closed position.
CORD ACCESSORY:
MHB Series High Bay luminaries ordered with Power Cord option are designed for easy cord installation.
When ordered with cord option, the fixture is supplied with the power cord preassembled onto Access Plate.
Locate Disconnect Plug (Male) in
Access opening.
Connect Plug (Female) from
preassembled cord.
Install Access Plate onto fixture and
secure with supplied screw.

V-CLIP HANGER ACCESSORY: MHB Series High Bay luminaries are designed for easy mounting when used with
HF-2CV and HF-3CV Chain Hanging Accessory Kits (sold separately). Not recommended for use with 480V/AX models.
Typical HF-#CV kit contents shown.
Secure chains to mounting support
(using S-Hooks if necessary).
After attaching V-Clip to Chain, insert
V-Clip into slotted holes as shown.
Repeat for opposite end of fixture.
Pivot V-Clip to vertical so that clip
ends come up through adjoining
slotted holes.
CABLE HANGER ACCESSORY: MHB Series High Bay luminaries are designed for easy mounting when used with HF-
WCH series Wire-Cable Hanging Kits.
Typical HF-WCH kit contents shown.
Secure cables to mounting support (as
detailed with kit instructions).
Insert cable ball and toggle into
desired slot as shown.
Repeat as necessary to support fixture
on each end.
J-BOX ACCESSORY: MHB Series High Bay luminaries are designed for easy J-Box installation when ordered with J-Box
option.
Secure J-Box to rigid conduit using
supplied conduit nuts.
Slide MHB Fixture tabs onto J-Box as
shown and secure with (2) supplied
screws.
Make input wiring connections
(typical), and install supplied J-Box
cover.
Secure cover with supplied screw.
TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS: If the fixture fails to operate properly, check the following:
Verify proper line voltage is present.
Verify input wiring connections to power source.
Verify that the fixture is grounded.
WARNING: These procedures should only be performed by a qualified electrician. Supply power should be
turned off when replacing components or checking connections. Never perform maintenance or cleaning
while fixture is energized. Disconnect power and allow to cool before servicing.
