period,HP will,atitsoption,eitherrepairorreplaceproductswhichprovetobedefective.Replacementproductsmaybe eithernew
orlike-new.
2.HP warrantstoyou that HPsoftwarewill not fail toexecuteitsprogramming instructionsafterthedateof purchase, fortheperiod
specified above,duetodefectsinmaterialand workmanshipwhenproperly installed and used.If HPreceivesnoticeofsuchdefects
during the warrantyperiod, HPwill replacesoftwaremediawhichdoesnotexecuteitsprogramming instructionsduetosuch
defects.
3. HP doesnot warrant that theoperation of HP productswill be uninterrupted orerrorfree. If HP is unable, withinareasonabletime,
torepairorreplaceanyproducttoacondition aswarranted,youwill be entitled toarefundofthe purchasepriceuponpromptreturn
of the product withproof ofpurchase.
4.HP productsmaycontainremanufactured partsequivalent tonewinperformanceormayhavebeensubject toincidentaluse.
