Step 1: Open Packaging
a. Lay shipping box flat on floor (top up) and open to remove box top. Remove parts box
and all loose parts.
Step 3: Install Batteries and Power Cord
a. Locate and open the battery compartment in the AC Adapter. Install two 9V
batteries and close compartment.
Step 6: Install Mattress Retainer
a. Remove screws and capture washers with provided Hex-L Key.
b. Install mattress retainer using screws and capture washers.
Step 4: Check Remote Connection
a. Press the power button on the remote to check the connection. The TS 100 remote
is pre-connected to the motor before shipping. If your remote is not responding
during testing, you will need to check the remote control plug jack located on the
side of the motor. Confirm that the connection is secure.
Step 7: Powering the Base
Plug base power cord into surge protector or wall
outlet

Step 2: Install Legs
b. Install one leg to each corner of the
base by screwing them into the single
hole threaded inserts located on the
steel frame.
Step 5: Turn Base to Upright Position
Lift base out of box by metal frame (DO NOT pick up by upholstered panels) and set on
legs. ** Always use 2 people to lift base.**
Step 8: Split Base Sync (if applicable)
a. For a synced split base set-up, a sync cord (sold separately) is required.
b. Install sync cord to bases by plugging in cord end into jack on motor (next to wired
remote connection.)
