15-Channel Remote Programing Instruction
Press Up button to move shade to top limited location.
Press Up and My Favorite buttons at the same time for 5 seconds.
You will hear 3 short "B".
Top limit setup completed.
Press Down button to move shade to bottom limited location.
Press Down and My Favorite buttons at the same time for 5 seconds.
You will hear 3 short "B".
Bottom limit setup completed.
Press My Favorite button for 5 seconds. Wait for a short "B".
Then press My Favorite button again for 3 seconds. Wait for 3 short "B".
My Favorite position setup completed.
*Hide unused channels on remote
Press and hold Left and Right buttons at the same time, and then "C" will show on the screen. Wait
until "15" shown on the screen, then release buttons.
Press Left or Right button to select how many channels you want to show on the screen. For
example, if you only have 10 motorized shades connected to this remote, please select "10".
Press and hold My Favorite button (a small "0" will appear first) until channel number shown on
the screen again.
Setting completed.
*Reset/ Re-programing
Press Up, My Favorite, and Down buttons at the same time. Don't release until you hear a long "B".
Start programing from Step 1 to Step 4 above.
Use Left or Right button to select channel from
1 to 15.
Press motor receiver with pin or paper clip for
2 seconds. Wait for motor to "jog".
Click P2 button (on back of remote) with pin
or paper clip, and then wait for motor to "jog".
Click P2 again and wait for another "jog".
Click Up button.
RF connection completed.

❖Extend and Retract the Shade Before you setup My Favorite Position:
•Press the DOWN button to Extend the Shade.
•Press the UP button to Retract the Shade.
•Press My Favorite button to Stop.
❖Extend and Retract the Shade After you setup My Favorite Position:
•Press the DOWN button for 1.5 seconds to continuing Extend the Shade.
•Press the UP button for 1.5 seconds to continuing Retract the Shade.
•Press any button to stop
❖Operate your shade to My Favorite position:
•After you setup My Favorite position, press UP button to retract shade to top limited position.
•Press My Favorite button for 2 seconds to operate shade to your favorite position.
❖Press LEFT < or RIGHT > button to select the desired channel (Channel 1 - Channel 15). To control 15
motors/ motorized shades synchronously, move to channel “0” for group control.
❖Add a duplicated remote control:
•Click P2 once on the existing remote, and wait for shade to “jog”. Click P2 again and wait for
another “jog”.
•Click P2 once on the new adding remote, and wait for shade to “jog”.
❖Disconnect a duplicated remote to the original existing remote:
•Click P2 once on the remote you want to continue use, and wait for shade to “jog”. Click P2 again
and wait for another “jog”.
•Click P2 button once on the remote you want to remove.
❖Remove All connected remotes:
•Click P2 button once on one of remotes, and wait for shade to “jog”.
•Click My Favorite button, and then wait shade to “jog”.
•Click P2 button on the same remote again, and then shade will jog.
•All remotes will be disconnected.

•Q: Can one shade be programed on multiple channels?
A: No, one shade can be only programed on one channel
•Q: Can multiple shades be programed on ONE channel?
A: Yes, only on channel “0”. Channel “0” is designed to control multiple shades that connect to this remote. The
maximum controlled quantity is 15 shades.
•Q: Can this 15-channel remote connect to old Simple Touch motor?
A: Yes, programing needs to follow by old Simple Touch motor instruction, but no clock and alarm setting on
15-channel remote.
•Q: Can 1- & 5- channel remotes connect to new motor?
A: Yes, just followed by new motor programing instruction. Both clock and alarm work on old remote.
•Q: What is the distant limit for new 15-channel remote?
A: Up to 164 ft.
•Q: Can I control shades from other room?
A: Not recommend.
•Q: How do I reset size limit?
A: Erase frequency setting and then reprogram it.
•Q: How to hide unused channels?
A: Press Left and Right buttons for 5 seconds, select the channel# you need, and then press “My Favorite”

Trouble Shooting
•Remote doesn’t work.
•Please check batteries on both remote and shade first
•Make sure all 4 cord connectors are plug into RF box completely.
•Remote can only control motorized shade to one direction
•Please make sure all 4 cord connectors are plug into RF box completely.
•When remote is unable to connect to shade after consumer received shades?
•Make sure all cords are plugged in completely.
•Erase frequency setting.
•Program motorized shade from step1 to step4 on programing instruction.
