fromdefectsinmaterialsandworkmanship(normalwearand tear excepted),forthree(3)yearsfromthe
dateofpurchase, exceptasprovidedbelow.AnydefectivepartforthisproductmustbereportedtoHAT
bythepurchaserwithin30daysof whendefectbecomesknown.HAT, atits option,willrepair or
replace thisproductor component(s)freeofcharge.Originalsalesreceiptwillberequiredprior torepair
or replacement.Thiswarrantyappliesunderconditionsofnormaluse.Thiswarrantydoesnotapplyto
damagecausedbyfire, accident,negligence,misuse, useotherthanasstatedinproductinstructions,
impropercleaningor othercircumstancesnotdirectlyattributabletodefectsinmaterialsand
workmanship.
Theworddefectsinthiswarrantyisdefinedasimperfectionsthatimpairtheuseof thefurnitureproduct.
Naturalvariationsoccurringinwoodor othermaterialswillnotbeconsidereddefects, andHTAdoes
notwarrantthecolour –fastnessormatchingof colours, grains, ortexturesof suchmaterials.This
Warrantydoesnotapplyto:modificationsoftheproduct,attachmentstotheproductnotapprovedby
HTA, andproductsthatwerenotinstalled,used, or maintainedinaccordancewithproductinstructions
and warnings.
Thiswarrantyhasthefollowingexceptions:Fabrics,foam,veneer finishesand other coveringmaterials
arewarrantedfor two(2) yearsfromdateof purchase.
Proof ofpurchaseisrequiredintheformof areceipt(copyororiginal)tovalidatewarranty.All
