I+-241G Color ribbon coderis a table
type semi-automatic
machinewith
motor andtouchingcontrolby limit switch andwith smallvolume,which canbe
suitable
for matchingwith the vertical filling packing machineand used for
printing the date of production and batch in the industriesof food, beverage,
medicineetc.Thismachineadopts
hot stamp
ribboninsteadof liquid ink. It can

4. Usage method: (pleaserefer

the
front
side
of
the
machine

A. Ribbon Tension
Adjustment (Adjustment isdone
in factory)
The
minimum
limit ofthe
tension
isthe
ribbon
won't beloose.
Try to reduce
thetension
if possible.
If thetension
is toolow theribbonrolling will run off the
tracking. The ribbon will be irregular and the ribbon will stick to the printed
materials.
B. Damping Force
Adjustment (Adjustment isdone
in factory)
Whenthe ribbonis installed
in the reel,appropriate
damping
forcecan
keep
the ribbon moderately
tight during the operating.
Too loosereel will affectthe
printing because
of too muchribbon feed.Tootight reelwill dragthe ribbon and
may
breakdown
in severe
cases.
C.Ribbon setuP
pull out the ribbon feed wheel (7) with slight force, disassemble
its nut,
external
coil andribbon papercore;replace
with new ribbon, setup
external
coil
and
nut,then
installthewholewheel
back
to theaxle,
and
pushit inside.
Reel
ribbon
on
wheel
and
rollers
according
tostructure
draft.
At lost
use
asticker
toadhere
ribbon
end
on
the
paper
core
ofribbon
collect
wheel.
When
installation,
please
make
surethat
make
ribbon's
inkside
against
rollerand
axle
center.
Furthermore,
when
ribbon
cross
between
thestep
move
wheel
and
presswheel,
should
move
upward
the
handle
(4)tomakethe
press
wheel
slightly
offthe
step
move
wheel.
Release
the
handle
after
ribbon
cross,
and
press
wheel
would
automatic
reset.
D. Change
of hot stamP
ribbon width
Change
the ribbon and adjustthe two end-plate
of ribbon roller, make the
distance
between
two plates
is lmm wider
than
ribbon
width'
E.Adjustment of connection
Pole
According
tothe
thickness
ofprintedobjects,
adjust
length
of connection
pole
(10).
First
release
twonutofconnection
pole,
because
one
thread
ofpoleisclockwise,another
isanticlochwise,
so
justrotate
boltto adjust
length
of connection
pole.Correct
length
ofpole
should
guarantee
the
type
height
should
be1.5-2mm
lower
than
topofprinted
object,
when
printhead
isat
the
lowest
position.
Please
note
that
the
length
ofconnection
pole
wouldaffect
printpressure.
If pressure
istoohigh,
the
ribbon
might break
orprinted
materials
aredamaged;
if pressure
were
toolow,
the
printed
characters
would
beillegible.
So
operator
should
paygreatattention
toadjustment
ofpolelength

Adjustment of ribbon step
distance
Each
timetheprint head
(26)reciprocate,
thepull arm(18),swingarmof step-
movewheel(20)and
one
direction
movedevices
will makethe step-move
wheel
(29)
turnanangle,
so
drive
ribbon
move
adistance,
whichis
justcalled
step
distance.
If step
distance
istoobig,ribbonwill beconsumed
fast;step
distance
istoo small,
printingcharacters
will beillegible.Thebest
step
distance
should
be lmm longer
than
heightof characters. -3

butterfly-shaped
nutof adjust
bolt(21),
upward
moveto reduce
step
distance,
downward
moveto increase
step
distance.
After adjustment,
tightenthebutterfly-shaped
nut.

clockwise rotate the knob of temperature to raise the temperature,
anticlockwise
rotate
to low downit.
Preheat
timeof machine
is 15-20
minutes'
II. Lock-and-follow control:
I. TyperePlacement
Slightly move the handleof print headinside (L5-2mm), meanwhilerotate
handle
in 90-lg0 degree
centigrade,
loose
loopto takeoutprint head.
Loose
the
fixing bolt to replacetype. please note not to knock type, or they might be
damaged.
J.Print
After aboveadjustment,
you could startformal coding. The control way of
printing canbe selected
by operator.
This machineshould
betterbe used
to print
onsingle
sheet.
Adjust
the
locating
strip
onbaseboard
according
to objects'
size.
K. Cleanness
Timely clean
ribbonfeedwheelandpress

alcohol.
