HZTR-1000 SF6 infrared quantitative detector
HZTR-1000 SF6 infrared quantitative detector uses high-speed embedded MCU, English touch
human-machine interface, the operation is simple and clear. The sensor is based on the technical
principle of the dual-wave non-dispersive infrared spectrometer (NDIR) imported from Germany.
The complete hardware and software design of SF6 gas leakage infrared leak detector provides
reliable and high-precision performance and maintenance-free features. At the same time, it also
provides functions such as data saving, USB data export, stable and reliable operation of the
equipment, and high-precision performance.

3.operation instructions:
Starting-up
Press the power key, the display is on, and the interface of figure 1 appears:

(Attention!! After each measurement is completed, the power must be turned off manually.
Otherwise, the battery will run out.At this point, the left indicator light is bright (bright), the
right indicator light flashes, after 5 seconds, the interface of Figure 2 appears:

After 5 seconds, the display backlight is automatically extinguished, the left indicator light is on
(bright on), and the side indicator is on. This is the standby state
A shortcut key operation
After the interface of Figure 2 appears after power on, press the measurement key and the
interface in Figure 3 appears:

Preheating is automatically delayed for 90 seconds (countdown, the sensor itself requires. In order to
enter a stable operating state, it must be warmed up.)

The ">, <" sign rotation changes appear on the interface, indicating that you can enter the
measurement state, you can measure, after measuring a set of data, press the measurement key, the
machine air pump stops, if you need to test the next data, press Measure the key, start the air pump in
the machine and start the measurement again. (Attention!! Do not turn off the power switch during
the entire measurement cycle. Since this key is operated, it must be warmed up for another 90
seconds before measurement can be performed.)
The entire measurement time can be set at the initial time, and the measurement will be
automatically stopped at that time.
In the measurement process, according to the user-defined concentration alarm limit, the screen will
appear: SF6 gas high-risk concentration alarm voice prompts, while the buzzer sounds an alarm.
After the measurement is completed, you need to save the measured data and press the save key
(Note!! This save key only saves the data to the memory, the shutdown is lost, and it needs to be
permanently saved. Enter the menu map and select the permanent save. The data will be
automatically Reading into memory, the data can save up to 8000 groups.

After booting, after the interface in Figure 2 is displayed, touch the screen at any place, the

The user presses the self-desired button and operates on the touch key. After 5 seconds, the backlight

Touch the measurement key: The measurement can be performed. The operation procedure is the
same as the shortcut key measurement program.

restored at any place, In the measurement state, the backlight is not completely turned off and only
the brightness is reduced. When the help key on the touch screen is touched, a simple explanation

5. the equipment calibration and safety measures

3) This equipment is a special tool for detecting SF6 gas. It is forbidden to detect other gases and
illegal use is strictly prohibited.
4) This equipment cannot be used in work areas that have been proven to have explosive mixtures.
6. the operator's requirements for the use of the equipment
1) The operating instructions must be kept with the equipment at all times and kept by the operator.
2) The operator must be familiar with the technical descriptions and instructions in the manual.
3) The operator must be familiar with the safety measures, safe operation and cleaning and
maintenance of this equipment,
4) Engineers and technicians who must operate this equipment must have certain expertise.
