Troubleshooting
Problem Cause Solution
The product does not
start.
The power plug is not connected. Connect the power plug to a power outlet.
The power switch releases when you push
the green ON button.
Let an electrician do a check of the input volt-
age. The input voltage must be between +10
to -5% nominal. The frequency must be ±2%.
There is no power in the power outlet. Replace or repair the power outlet.
The power cord is defective. Let a service agent replace the power cord.
Some of the motor protection circuit breakers
are released (CF67TCI4P only).
Make sure that the switches for all the motor
protection circuit breakers are set to OFF.
The product stops af-
ter a while.
There is overload in the product. Make sure that the total nominal consump-
tion of the connected concrete vibrators is
lower than the nominal output from the prod-
uct.
The motor protection circuit breakers release
(CF67TCI4P only).
Let an electrician do a check of the input volt-
age. The input voltage must be between +10
to -5% nominal. The frequency must be ±2%.
The concrete vibrator is defective and the
amperage consumption is too high.
Replace the concrete vibrator.
The load is too high for the product because
the vibrator head is too large.
Make sure that the diameter of the product is
adapted to the space between the rebars.
The vibrator head must not touch the rebars.
The bearings in the product are worn out. Replace the bearings.
The power outlets on the product or the pow-
er plugs on the concrete vibrators are dam-
aged.
Let a service agent replace the damaged
parts.
The product becomes too hot. Let the product become cool for 30 minutes
and start it again. Make sure that the cooling
fan operates correctly. Remove concrete
from the heatsinks on the casing.
