Important
This control box is not suitable for medical use. Follow the directions for installation and connection. We reserve
the right to change the product and the specification without notice.
Safety rules
A. Locate the box in a dry area with good ventilation.
B. The box must be situated at least 3 cm above the ground floor.
C. Before cleaning, servicing, exchanging of parts or accessories or checking up on various disturbances, the
mains have to be cut off.
D. Make sure that there are no unconnected wires and cables inside the box.
E. Cables and wires must be as short as possible inside and outside the box.
F. The box is protection Class I. It has to be connected with cables according to the instructions from EN
60335-1 and EN 60335-2-60. It is recommended that you consult a state registered electrician. The supply
cable has to be minimum type H05VV-F; 3G1.5 mm2.
G. Keep at all time minimum 20 mm distance between high and low Voltage cables.
H. In order to separate the box from the mains you must install a suitable ground fault circuit interrupter with at
least 3 mm break distance on each terminal in the present electrical installation.
I. The mounting is to be made in such a way that it is not possible to touch the electric parts.
J. The electric parts have to be mounted in such a way that they cannot fall into the bathtub.
K. Instruments of Class I must be connected to a permanent installation.
L. Be aware that some countries have requirements about power indication.
M. Tighten all cable glands sufficient by means of a tool to ensure that the Ingres protection is IPX5 and to
ensure that the cables are fixed in position and protected for physical traction and pressure.
N. If not all cable outlets are used, the cable gland(s) in question has to be changed to dummy plug(s) of the
same dimension to ensure that the Ingres Protection still is IPX5.
O. This appliance is not intended for use by persons, including children with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or in-
struction concerning use of the appliance by a responsible for their safety.
P. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

Cabling and wiring
1. Connect 12V water level sensor to terminal marked: LEVEL.
2. Connect touch to terminal marked: CONTROL PANEL.
3. Connect 230 VAC blower to terminal marked: A (and if necessary to earth).
4. Connect pump or other 230 VAC equipment to terminal marked: B. (and if necessary to earth).
5. Connect underwater light or other 230 VAC equipment to terminal marked: C (and if necessary to earth).
6. Connect control box to power 230 VAC via terminals marked: MAINS; L1, N & EARTH.
Initial settings
Blower maximum and minimum speed can be set by following steps below:
•Connect power to the control box.
•Within 60 seconds after power on, press “blower down” & “blower on/off” simultaneously for 5 sec. Blower
will start and “blower on/off” LED will flash twice.
•Press “blower down” to the desired minimum speed and press “blower on/off” to store the setting. “Blower
on/off” LED flashes with high frequency.
•Press “blower up” to the desired maximum speed and press “blower on/off” to store the setting. “Blower
on/off” LED will light for 2 seconds and blower will stop to indicate end of settings.
Functional description
Power indicator
Pump LED will flash every 10 seconds to indicate power is connected to the system.
Water level indicator
Pump LED will flash every second to indicate adequate water in the bathtub.
Function indicator
If pump, blower or light is activated, LED for each function will light up.
Dry blowing indicator
Blower LED will flash during the automatic dry blowing program.
Automatic dry blowing program
The program will start after water level sensor indicates low level. After 20 minutes, blower will run for 1 minute.
During the dry blowing, the program can be stopped by pressing the blower button, at any time. The program will
only start if the pump function has been in use. The dry blowing program can be disabled with a terminal strap
between AUX IN and COMMON.
Manual dry blowing
It is possible to do manual dry blowing of air channels, by pressing the blower button without water in the bathtub.
Pulsation
Function is activated/deactivated by press and holding blower button for 3 seconds. Blower will pulsate between
minimum and the current speed (see under initial settings).
Boost (stop/start of blower)
Boost is activated by holding down the blower button for 3 seconds, when the pulsation is running.
It is stopped by pressing the blower button once.
The boost function is when the blower stops and stars with 2.5 seconds interval.
A built in timer
Switches off all functions after 30 minutes.
The water level sensor dominates all functions and will shut off everything in case of inadequate water.

Vigtigt
Kontrolboksen er ikke egnet til medicinsk brug. Følg altid instruktionen under montering og tilslutning. Vi forbehol-
der os ret til at ændre i produktet og manualen uden varsel.
Sikkerhedsregler
A. Boksen anbringes på et tørt og godt ventileret sted.
B. Boksen skal anbringes mindst 3 cm over gulvet.
C. Strømtilførslen skal altid afbrydes før rensning, reparation, udskiftning af reserve dele eller tilbehør, og ved
undersøgelse af evt. uregelmæssigheder.
D. Der må ikke forefindes utilsluttede kabler eller ledninger inde i boksen.
E. Kabler og ledninger skal være så korte som muligt både indeni og udenfor boksen.
F. Kontrol boksen er henhørende i sikkerhedsklasse I, og må kun elektrisk forbindes i overensstemmelse med
EN 60335-1 og EN 60335-2-60. Det anbefales, at De rådfører Dem med en autoriseret elinstallatør.
Tilslutningskablet skal som minimum være type H05VV-F; 3X1,5 mm2.
G. Der skal være en afstand på mindst 20 mm mellem stærk- og svagstrømskabler.
H. Boksen skal adskilles fra nettet af en kontakt med en brydeafstand på min. 3 mm på hver pol.
I. Installeringen skal foretages således, at det ikke er muligt for brugeren at berøre elførende dele.
J. Alle elektriske dele skal være således monteret, at der ikke er mulighed for at disse kan falde ned i karret.
K. Apparater af Klasse I skal være forbundet til en fast installation.
L. Vær opmærksom på at nogle lande har krav om synlig spændingsindikation.
M. Spænd alle kabel forskruninger tilstrækkeligt ved hjælp af værktøj for at sikre IPX5 tæthedsgraden samt for
at aflaste kablet.
N. Hvis ikke alle kabel forskruninger anvendes, skal de udskiftes til blænd propper for at sikre IPX5 tætheds-
graden.
O. Udstyret er ikke beregnet til brug for personer, inkl. børn, med fysiske eller mentale handikap eller personer
uden erfaring eller viden i brugen. Der bør gives instruktion i brugen af installationen af hensyn til deres
sikkerhed.
P. Børn bør overvåges, for at sikre at de ikke leger med installationen.

Kabel- og ledningstilslutninger
1. Tilslut 12V vandstandssensoren til klemmerækken mærket LEVEL.
2. Tilslut touch til klemmerækken mærket CONTROL PANEL.
3. Tilslut blæseren til klemmerækken mærket A (samt Jord om nødvendigt).
4. Tilslut pumpe eller andet 230 VAC udstyr, til klemmerækken mærket B (samt Jord om nødvendigt).
5. Tilslut lampe eller andet 230 VAC udstyr, til klemmerækken mærket C (samt Jord om nødvendigt).
6. Kontrol boksen kobles til lysnettet, 230 VAC, via klemmerækken mærket MAINS L1, N & JORD.
Grund indstillinger
Blæser maksimum og minimum hastighed kan indstilles på følgende måde:
•Tilslut strøm til control boksen.
•Inden 60 sekunder efter strøm tilslutning, aktiveres ”blæser on/off” & ”blæser ned” samtidig i 5 sek. Blæse-
ren vil starte og dioden for ”blæser on/off” vil blinke to gange.
•Hold “blæser ned” knappen nede, til den ønskede minimum hastighed. Tryk på ”blæser on/off” for at gem-
me indstillingen. Efterfølgende vil dioden for ”blæser on/off” blinke hurtigt.
•Hold knappen “blæser op” nede, til den ønskede maksimum hastighed. Tryk på ”blæser on/off” for at gem-
me indstillingen. Efterfølgende vil dioden ”blæser on/off” lyse i 2 sekunder og blæseren stopper. Dette vil
indikere, at indstillingerne er gemt.
Funktionsbeskrivelse
Strøm indikation
Pumpe dioden vil blinke hver 10. sekund, for at indikere, der er strøm på systemet.
Vandstandsindikation
Pumpe dioden vil blinke hvert sekund for at indikere korrekt vandstand i karret.
Funktionsindikation
Når pumpe, blæser eller lys er aktiveret vil tilhørende diode lyse.
Tørblæsningsindikation
Når tørblæsningsprogrammet kører vil dioden for blæser blinke.
Automatisk tørblæsningsprogram
Aktiveres automatisk, når vandstandssensoren indikerer lav vandstand og pumpen har været i brug. Blæseren
starter 20 minutter efter aktivering og kører i 1 minut. Programmet kan afbrydes ved at trykke på blæser knappen.
Hvis automatisk tørblæsningsprogram ikke ønskes, kan dette undgås ved at montere en ”lus” mellem AUX IN og
COMMOM.
Manuel tørblæsning
Det er muligt at køre manuel tørblæsning af luft systemet, ved at aktivere blæser knappen. (Dette kræver ikke, at
der har været vand i karret).
Pulsering
Pulsering af blæser aktiveres/deaktiveres ved at holde blæser knappen nede i 3 sekunder. Blæseren vil pulsere
mellem den aktuelle hastighed og til minimum. (Minimum hastighed kan indstilles. Se ”Grund indstillinger”)
Boost (stop/start af blæser)
Boost aktiveres ved at holde blæser knappen nede 3 sekunder, når pulsering kører.
Stoppes ved et tryk på blæser knappen.
Boost funktionen er, at blæser stopper/starter med 2,5 sekunders interval.
Indbygget timer
Den indbyggede timer vil afbryde alle funktioner efter 30 minutter.
Alle udgange er vandstands afhængige og vil derfor afbrydes ved for lav vandstand.
