PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Range of 1” electronic turbine meters designed to be fitted in line with the
delivery pipework or by the nozzle. Not suitable for resale.
SPECIFICATION
FM.DN1 - Turbine flowmeter, nylon body, 1" BSP ports for AdBlue®.
FM.DA1 - Turbine flowmeter, aluminium body, 1" BSP ports for diesel.
Flow rate: 10-100L
Accuracy: +/- 1% when calibrated.
Ports: 1” F BSPP
Register: 5 digits
Totaliser: 7 digits
Max pressure: 145PSI (10 BAR)
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
This meter is designed to be fitted in line with the delivery pipework or by
the nozzle. Ensure all threaded joints are sealed with a suitable thread
sealant or PTFE tape.

ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION
European Directives 2002/96/EC and 2003/108/EC require that the
equipment bearing this symbol on the product and/or its packaging
must not be disposed of with unsorted municipal waste. The symbol
indicates that this product must be disposed of separately from regular
household waste streams. It is your responsibility to dispose of this
and other electric and electronic equipment via designated collection
facilities appointed by the government or local authorities

CALIBRATION
To calibrate this meter, you will require a calibrated measure greater than
5L in volume. A 20L measure can is recommended and is used in the
below example:
1. Wait for the meter to go into standby mode.
2. Press the RESET button so that the resettable totaliser resets to zero.
3. Start dispensing fluid into the calibrated measure can at full flow until
desired calibrated level is reached, i.e.20.00L.
4. Now press and hold the MENU button until “Cal” is displayed in the
bottom left of the screen. This is the calibration input screen. The first
digit will now flash.
5. We now need to input 020.00L into the display. Press the RESET
button to select the correct digit. Once the correct digit is displayed
press the MENU button to scroll to the next digit. Continue until
020.00L is displayed.
6. Now press and hold the MENU button to exit the calibration menu.
7. Carry out a test measure to ensure that the new calibration setting is
accurate.

REPLACING THE BATTERY
You will need to remove the 4 screws on the rear of the meter to remove
the display and gain access to the battery compartment. The replacement
CR2 battery part code is FM.DA1.BATT
