PEN DIGITIZER

Thank you for purchasing the PD-8060U. This quick start guide will help you install the driver and digitizer. For more detailed

features and installation, please refer to the User Manual in the provided installation CD.

MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

- Windows XP / Vista / 7 / 8/ 8.1/ 10 or Macintosh system (Intel Mac) 0S x 10.5 to 10.11 and above.

- CD-ROM Driver (for driver and software installation)

- An available USB port (preferably an USB 2.0 / USB 3.0 instead of USB 1.1, and not less than 70 mini amps)

Attention: 1. before the installation, please make sure all other brands driver has been uninstalled clearly.

2. Please temporarily turn off the Antivirus software during installation

3. After installation, please follow the instructions message for reboot or not reboot the systems

DRIVER / SOFTWARE INSTALLATION

• For Windows

1. Once you insert the installation CD into your CD-R0M driver, the main installation window will appear immediately. Please

select “Driver Setup” to start the driver installation program. If the main installation window does not appear automatically,

please start the setup programs manually by selecting My Computer [CD-R0M drive] (double) [Installer.exe] to

begin installation.

2. Follow the instruction to complete the installation.

3. To connect Digitizer, insert USB connector to any free USB port on your computer (not less than 70 mini amps). For best

results, we recommend against using a USB hub or an USB port on an exterior device.

4. Restart the computer and see the Digitizer icon [ ] in the System tray. You can start to experience the convenience of

Digitizer functionality.

• For Mac OS

In the Macintosh system, please follow these steps for installation:

1. Insert the CD into CD-ROM drive; wait for the installation screen to open.

2. You can also run the installation manually by clicking on [Go] [Computer] [ Pen Tablet] (double click)

3. Start the installation of [ Pen Tablet], Follow the installation of the software, and remember that Mac computer required a

set of username and password during installation or un-installation. Enter your password and click “OK" to continue.

4. When the installation is complete, click “Close" to exit the installation program, After that, please restart your computer.

Note: If you do not see Digitizer icon in System Tray, it means the installation is unsuccessful, unless the Digitizer has been

disconnected, or you have turned off this icon explicitly using Tablet Configuration Panel.

VERIFYING INSTALLATION

• Digitizer Startup

Right after you connect the Digitizer to the computer or when you power up the computer with Digitizer already connected,

you can see the Digitizer icon reflects in the system tray. When you tap the digital pen on the Activity area, you will see the

LED light, This indicates that the Digitizer has started up and is ready to use.

• Digital Pen in Use

Always tap digital pen before using it.
