DESCRIPTION OF THE MACHINE
2.5 DESCRIPTION
Cook Matic is a machine with interchangeable moulds designed to bake bases for tartlets
and cakes of various shaped and sizes made of sweet and savoury short-crust pastry and
puff pastry.
All you have to do is place a small ball of dough in each cavity, pull down the top plate to
get tartlets ready for filling and decorating according to your taste.
Cook Matic is very easy to use. Merely set the required temperature, which is then
displayed, and the cooking time. Place some dough in each cavity, close the two halves
and press time. A buzzer will sound when the set time has elapsed.
These tartlets are as genuine and tasty as handmade ones but they cost much less to
make. One single person, even an apprentice, can make and bake about 700 tartlets in an
hour. For special cases you can reduce the baking time to get tartlets that are pre-baked
blind 50% - 70%. You can then add cream or other fillings and finish them off in the oven.
